งานวิจัยฉบับนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาข้อมูลของปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นจากการสร้างโรงไฟฟ้า
ในชุมชน พื้นที่นิคมอุตสาหกรรมอมตะนคร และเพื่อเสนอแนวทางในการตอบแทนชุมชนที่อยู่ใกล้
โรงไฟฟ้าในวิธีการต่าง ๆ ได้แก่ การสร้างพื้นที่สีเขียวในชุมชน การสร้างสวนสาธารณะ การปลูกป่า
ชุมชน การสร้างศูนย์การเรียนรู้ การสร้างลานกีฬา การจ้างแรงงานจากชุมชนใกล้เคียง ตลอดจนการ
สนับสนุนทุนการศึกษาแก่เยาวชนในชุมชนซึ่งเป็นก าลังของชาติในอนาคต โดยศึกษากรณี พื้นที่นิคม
อุตสาหกรรมอมตะนคร
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การสร้างโรงไฟฟ้าในนิคมอุตสาหกรรม เป็นอีกวิธีหนึ่งที่ช่วยขับเคลื่อน
เศรษฐกิจของประเทศอีกวิธีหนึ่ง ที่ท าให้อุสาหกรรมต่าง ๆ สามารถขับเคลื่อนไปได้ แต่ก็มีข้อจ ากัดอยู่
ไม่น้อยส าหรับโครงการสร้างโรงไฟฟ้าในแต่ละที่ โดยข้อจ ากัดต่าง ๆ ที่ได้กล่าวไปแล้วในบทที่ 3 เป็น
สิ่งที่ผู้ประกอบการต้องค านึงถึงเป็นอย่างยิ่ง และหาวิถีทางที่ท าให้เกิดผลกระทบน้อยที่สุดเท่าที่จะท าได้
การตอบแทนชุมชนจึงเป็นอีกวิธีหนึ่งที่ผู้ด าเนินกิจการโรงไฟฟ้าในพื้นที่นิคมอุตสาหกรรมพึงกระท าเพื่อ
ทดแทนในสิ่งที่ขาดหายไป เป็นการบูรณาการร่วมกันระหว่างผู้ประกอบกิจการกับชุมชนการตอบแทน
ชุมชนมีหลายวิธี หลายรูปแบบ แล้วแต่การตัดสินใจระหว่างชุมชนกับผู้ประกอบกิจการที่ต้องหา
แนวทางร่วมกันเพื่อการอยู่ร่วมกันอย่างถ้อยที่ถ้อยอาศัย นอกจากกิจการต่างในพื้นที่นิคมอุตสาหกรรม
จะด าเนินไปได้แล้ว ชุมชนก็จะเป็นชุมชนที่เข้มแข็ง เกิดการพัฒนาและน าไปสู้ความยั่งยืนได้ในอนาคต
การด าเนินกิจการโรงไฟฟ้าให้ประสบผลส าเร็จได้นั้น จ าเป็นต้องมีการปรับตัวเรียนรู้และ
พัฒนาอย่างต่อเนื่องตลอดเวลา เพื่อให้เข้ากับสภาพแวดล้อมทางสังคม เศรษฐกิจ และสิ่งแวดล้อมที่
เปลี่ยนไป โดยให้ผู้บริโภค ประชาชน ผู้อาศัยในพื้นที่นิคมอุตสาหกรรมอมตะนครให้เข้ามามีส่วนร่วมใน
การพัฒนาชุมชน เพื่อความก้าวหน้าของธุรกิจที่จะเติบโตอย่างยั่งยืนในอนาคต ความรับผิดชอบต่อ
สังคมจึงเป็นเรื่องที่ส าคัญและจ าเป็นที่ผู้ประกอบการ และผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องต้องใส่ใจและท าการศึกษา
เพื่อให้ได้มาซึ่งแนวทางในการอยู่ร่วมกันอย่างผาสุก ระหว่างโรงไฟฟ้ากับชุมชน ให้สามารถด าเนินไป
พร้อมกันอย่างยั่งยืนได้

Title : Power plants with sustainable community development
study for the area of Amata Nakorn Industrial Estate

This research aims to learn the information of issues caused by building
power plants in the community. Amata Nakorn Industrial Estate and offers a way to
reward a community near the power plant in various ways, including creating a green
area in the community. Building a Park Community reforestation Building a learning
center to build a stadium to hire workers from a neighboring community, as well as
support scholarships to youth in the future of the nation, by the study of Amata
Nakorn Industrial Estate.
The findings showed that building a power plant in Industrial estate is
another way of helping to drive the economies of the country, making it possible to
drive the various transactions, but there is no less than a few constraints on the
project. Building a power plant in each of the limitations that have already been
mentioned in Chapter 3, is that operators must take into account and find the least
