เรื่อง การพัฒนาการรักษาภาวะโรคหัวใจขาดเลือดเฉียบพลันในภูมิภาคของประเทศไทย

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงคเพื่อศึกษาการพัฒนาขีดความสามารถและขยายบริการการรักษา
ผูปวยโรคหัวใจในโรงพยาบาลระดับตางๆ ในภูมิภาคตามเครือขายการบริการ และเพื่อเพิ่มโอกาสใน
การเขาถึงบริการของผูปวยที่เปนโรคหัวใจใหรวดเร็ว ไดมาตรฐานและเปนธรรม โดยเปนการวิจัยเชิง
คุณภาพ เครื่องมือที่ใชในการเก็บขอมูล คือ การวิจัยเอกสารและการสัมภาษณเจาะลึก กลุมตัวอยาง
คือ ผูบริหารดานสาธารณสุข และผูเชี่ยวชาญดานโรคหัวใจ จํานวน 6 คน พบวา การรักษาโรคหัวใจ
ขาดเลือดในภูมิภาคของประเทศไทย มีความพรอมในดานโยบาย ความสนใจของผูบริหารที่พยายาม
จัดสรรทรัพยากรดานกําลังคน ดานสถานที่และเครื่องมือ ตามแผนการพัฒนาระบบบริการสุขภาพ แต
สิ่งที่ควรพัฒนาคือ การขาดแคลนบุคลากรผูเชี่ยวชาญ การพัฒนาบุคลากรทางการแพทยและพยาบาล
การพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศ เพื่อสามารถขยายบริการใหผูปวยโรคหัวใจเขาถึงบริการไดมากขึ้น
ตลอดจนสงเสริมใหประชาชนไดมีความรูในเรื่องโรคหัวใจ
abstract:
ABSTRACT
The Development of Service Plan for Acute Myocardial Infarction
Treatment in remote region of Thailand
This research aims to study the development of capacities and expand
the heart disease services of thai patients in hospitals in health service region in
Thailand and to increase the chances of thai patients to access the heart disease
services quickly with standard and fair. This research is qualitative in nature and has
two means for the collection of the data, document research and in-depth
interviews. The sample were 6 public health administrators and cardiologists and
nurses. As a result, they agree that the policy of ischemic heart disease in
Thailand is well on the way. The interests of executives were have to allocate
manpower resources, location and tools according to the heart disease Service Plan.
However, the importance to concerned were shortage of medical and nursing
specialist personnel, development of medical and nursing personnel competencies
and development of information management systems for expanding the service for
heart patients to access more services, as well as, encouraging health literacy of heart
disease are also important.
