การวิจัยเรื่องการเสริมสรางความมั่นคงแหงชาติทางดานสังคมจิตวิทยา โดยกรมดุริยางคทหารบก
มีวัตถุประสงคเพื่อศึกษาบทบาทหนาที่และการดําเนินการของกรมดุริยางคทหารบก ตองาน
ความมั่นคงแหงชาติทางดานสังคมจิตวิทยาในอดีตที่ผานมา เพื่อวิเคราะหถึงงานความมั่นคงแหงชาติ
ทางดานสังคมจิตวิทยาที่สนับสนุนนโยบายรัฐบาลในความรับผิดชอบของกรมดุริยางคทหารบก และ
เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางในการเสริมสรางความมั่นคงแหงชาติทางดานสังคมจิตวิทยาใหกับรัฐบาล โดย
กรมดุริยางคทหารบก ขอบเขตการวิจัย เปนการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยวิธีการวิจัยเปนการศึกษาจาก
เอกสารและการสัมภาษณเชิงลึกตอผูเชี่ยวชาญ ผลการศึกษาพบวา กรมดุริยางคทหารบก มีบทบาท
หนาที่ และดําเนินการตองานดานความมั่นคงแหงชาติทางดานสังคมจิตวิทยา ตามภารกิจหลักของ
หนวยอันไดแก การแสดงดนตรี และการผลิตสื่อทางดนตรี ในการสนับสนุนนโยบายของรัฐบาลมา
ตั้งแตในอดีต โดยมีการผลิตเพลงปลุกใจ รักชาติ และการแสดงดนตรีใหกับประชาชนในการตอสู
เอาชนะคอมมิวนิสต งานความมั่นคงแหงชาติทางดานสังคมจิตวิทยาสนับสนุนนโยบายของรัฐบาล
ไดแก งานทางดานดนตรี ทั้งในการแสดงดนตรีและการผลิตสื่อทางดนตรีสําหรับแนวทางปฏิบัติใน
การเสริมสรางความมั่นคงนั้น ไดแก การจัดแสดงดนตรี โดยใหมีความประทับใจและเขาถึงประชาชน
ไดทุกกลุมเปาหมายโดยสอดแทรกอุดมการณความรักชาติ การผลิตผลงานและสื่อทางดนตรี
ใหสามารถโนมนาวจิตใจของผูฟงใหคลอยตามบทเพลง เปนหลักทางดานดนตรีที่ตอบสนองนโยบาย
ของรัฐบาลโดยเฉพาะทางดานการปกครอง ผลิตผลงานเพลงที่ใชในพิธีการที่สําคัญของรัฐบาล
รวมทั้งประสานความรวมมือกับสถาบันทางดนตรีอื่น ๆ ใหตอบสนองตอนโยบายของรัฐทางดาน
ความมั่นคงแหงชาติทั้งในดานสังคม วัฒนธรรม และความจงรักภักดีตอสถาบัน จากการวิจัยมี
ขอเสนอแนะ ควรปรับโครงสรางของหนวยใหเปนมาตรฐานเดียวกับหนวยระดับกรมอื่น ๆ การบรรจุ
กําลังพลตามอัตราเต็ม การบรรจุกําลังพลที่มีความรูและความสามารถพิเศษทางดนตรีรวมทั้ง
การพัฒนาศักยภาพในทุกดานของกรมดุริยางคทหารบกใหไดในระดับกระทรวงกลาโหม เพื่อการ
สนับสนุนนโยบายของรัฐบาลใหไดอยางมีประสิทธิภาพ รวมทั้งขอเสนอแนะระดับนโยบายที่ควร
กําหนดหนาที่หรือภารกิจการปฏิบัติการแสดงดนตรีสําหรับการสนับสนุนงานความมั่นคงแหงชาติ
ทางดานสังคมจิตวิทยาไวในอัตราเฉพาะกิจ (อฉก.๔๘๐๐) ของหนวย

ABSTRACT
Title Strengthening National Security in Social Psychology
by Royal Thai Army Band Department

The purpose of the study title “Strengthening National Security in Social Psychology
by Royal Thai Army Band Department” was to examine the past roles and responsibilities of the
Royal Thai Army Music Department in social psychology for national security to analyze national
security missions in social psychology that supported the governmental policy under the
responsible field of the Royal Thai Army Band Department. This study was a qualitative study and
the research methodology included a literature review and in-depth interview sessions with
experts. The findings indicated that the Royal Thai Army Band Department had roles and
responsibilities to fulfill national security missions in social psychology according to its primary
missions purposely to serve the government policy from past to present which included music
performance and production. Royal Thai Army Band Department composed soul-stirring songs,
patriotic songs, and organized musical performances for the public to encourage people to fight
against Communism. National security work in social psychology that supported the government
policy included music in forms of musical pieces and musical media production. In terms of
fostering national security, the band organized music performances that impressed and reached
all groups of target audiences where the band incorporated patriotic ideology into the music and
its media production to convince the audience to follow what the lyrics conveyed which, in
principle, to fulfill the government policy, especially on ruling. Moreover, Royal Thai Army Band
Department also produced music work used in key ceremonies of the government as well as
coordinated with other musical art institutions in response to governmental policies on multiple
dimensions including security, society, culture, and loyalty to the royal family as an institution.
The study suggested that the Royal Thai Army Band Department should be restructured as a
governmental department under the same operational standards as other governmental
departments. There should be more workforce recruitment at the conventional rate, recruitment
of knowledgeable personnel and musical talents, and sufficient allocation of all-dimension
training offered to the Royal Thai Army Band Department at a certain significant level under the
Ministry of Defense to ensure that it can efficiently support governmental policy in all aspects. In
addition, in a policy level, tasks and responsibilities to perform musical performances to support
missions under national security in social psychology should be officially assigned under special
capacity (SPC 4800) of the department.
