การศึกษาการสร้างเครือข่ายการมีส่วนร่วมของเยาวชนเพื่อสร้างโอกาสและความเสมอภาค ทางสังคมให้กับเด็กพิเศษครั้งนี้ เป็นวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการจากสภาวการณ์ความไม่เพียงพอของการพัฒนา เด็กพิเศษในสังคมด้วยข้อจำกัดทางด้านงบประมาณและบุคลากรที่ใช้ ในขณะที่กลุ่มเด็กพิเศษจะมีแนวโน้ม มากขึ้นซึ่งหากเด็กพิเศษไม่ได้รับการฝึกฝนทักษะที่จำเป็นต่อการดำเนินชีวิตประจำวัน พวกเขาอาจต้องพึ่งพา ผู้อื่นในการทำกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ ซึ่งจะเป็นภาระให้กับครอบครัว ซึ่งอาจส่งผลให้พวกเขามีโอกาสน้อยลงในการ ได้รับการศึกษาและโอกาสในการประกอบอาชีพในอนาคตนำมาสู่ปัญหาสังคมต่อไป มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา ความคิดเห็นของเยาวชนที่มีต่อความรู้และความเข้าใจและความคิดเห็นของเยาวชนที่มีต่อแนวทาง ในการสร้างการมีส่วนร่วมในการให้โอกาสและความเสมอภาคกับเด็กพิเศษ โดยประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ ใช้ในการศึกษาคือกลุ่มเยาวชนทั้งในระบบและนอกระบบการศึกษา ครอบคลุมกลุ่มเยาวชนที่มีคุณลักษณะ ผู้นำ จำนวน ๒๕ คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาเป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง ใช้วิธีการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา พร้อมทั้งนำเสนอข้อมูลในเชิงพรรณนา
ผลการศึกษา พบว่า เยาวชนมีความรู้และความเข้าใจในการให้โอกาสและเสมอภาคกับเด็กพิเศษ มากขึ้นและเข้าใจว่าสังคมโลกและสังคมไทยนั้นมีปัญหาเรื่องเด็กพิเศษ นอกจากนี้ยังมีความต้องการที่ จะเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมเพื่อเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในการช่วยเหลือเด็กพิเศษอีกในอนาคตและอยากมีการจัดโครงการนี้ เพื่อให้ได้มีส่วนร่วมในการทำกิจกรรมในระยะยาว มีความพึงพอใจในกิจกรรมโครงการและยังจะนำกลับ ไปเล่าให้เยาวชนที่ไม่ได้มาเข้าร่วมในกิจกรรมถึงโครงการนี้ เพื่อชักชวนให้เข้ามาร่วมทำกิจกรรมนี้อีก ในอนาคต
จากการศึกษาในครั้งนี้ มีข้อเสนอแนะว่า นำเสนอให้สถานศึกษาทุกระดับทำข้อตกลง ความร่วมมือ (MOU) กับ โครงการเพื่อนที่แสนดี (Best Buddy Thailand) ของสถาบันราชานุกูล และสร้าง เครือข่ายเยาวชนเพิ่มขึ้น เพื่อให้มีการจัดกิจกรรมโครงการเพื่อนที่แสนดีอย่างต่อเนื่องและสม่ำเสมอในระยะยาว เพื่อเป็นการปลูกฝังจิตสำนึกในการเห็นอกเห็นใจและให้ผู้ปกครองควรมีบทบาทและมีส่วนร่วมกันการพัฒนา เด็กพิเศษร่วมกันศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษเพื่อช่วยลดปัญหาในระดับประเทศต่อไป

Establishing a Youth Engagement Network to Create Opportunities and Social Equality for Special Needs Children

This study is on creating a network of youth participation to create opportunities and social equality for special children. It is an action research based on the situation of inadequacy in the development of special children in society due to limitations in budget and personnel used. On the other hand, the group of special children will have a greater tendency. If special children do not receive training in the skills necessary for daily life, they may be dependent on others to carry out various activities. which will be a burden to the family. This may result in them having fewer opportunities to receive education and career opportunities in the future, leading to further social problems. The purpose is to study youth's opinions on knowledge, understanding and youth's opinions on ways to create participation in providing opportunities and equality for special children. The population and sample used in the study were youth groups both in the education system and outside the education system. It covers a group of 25 youths with leadership qualities. The instrument used in the study was a semi-structured interview by using content analysis methods along with presenting information in a descriptive manner
The results of this study found that Youth have more knowledge and understanding in providing equal and equal opportunities to special children. They understand that global society and Thai society have problems with special children. They are also a desire to join activities to participate in helping special children in the future. They are satisfied with the project activities and will also take it back to tell the youth who did not participate in the activities about this project. To invite them to join in this activity again in the future.
From this study, there is a suggestion to presented to educational institutions at all levels to enter into a cooperation agreement (MOU) with the Best Buddy Thailand project of Rajanukul Institute and create more youth networks. In order to have the activities of the Good Friends Project continuous and regular in the long term. In order to, instill a sense of empathy and parents should play a role and participate in the development of special children together with the Special Education Center to help reducing problems in the future.
