เรื่อง แนวทางการพัฒนาประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของอาจารย์ ในศูนย์ฝึกอบรมตารวจภูธรภาค ของสานักงานตารวจแห่งชาติ

เอกสารงานวิจัยส่วนบุคคล เรื่อง แนวทางการพัฒนาประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงาน ของอาจารย์ในศูนย์ฝึกอบรมตารวจภูธรภาค ของสานักงานตารวจแห่งชาติ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของอาจารย์ และเสนอแนวทางในการพัฒนาความสามารถในการสอนและการปฏิบัติงานของอาจารย์ให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น การวิจัยนี้ ใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยวิธีการรวบรวมข้อมูลจากเอกสาร หลังจากนั้นจึงได้จัดทาแบบสัมภาษณ์ เพื่อเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากผู้ให้ข้อมูลสาคัญ (Key Informant) โดยใช้วิธีการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก (In-depth Interview) โดยจะทาการศึกษาใน 3 ด้าน คือ 1. การฝึกอบรม 2. การศึกษา 3. การพัฒนา
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ปัญหาและปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของอาจารย์ ได้แก่ ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล เช่น ความรู้ความสามารถ ประสบการณ์ และทักษะการสอน ปัจจัยสิ่งแวดล้อม เช่น บรรยากาศการทางาน สถานที่และอุปกรณ์การสอน รวมถึงปัจจัยด้านการสนับสนุนจากองค์กร เช่น การฝึกอบรมและการพัฒนาอย่างต่อเนื่อง การประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานที่เป็นธรรม และการสร้างแรงจูงใจในการทางาน
จากผลการวิจัยนี้ ได้เสนอแนวทางในการพัฒนาประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงาน ของอาจารย์ ได้แก่ การพัฒนาและปรับปรุงโครงสร้างองค์กร การวางแผนทรัพยากรมนุษย์ การส่งเสริมการใช้เทคโนโลยีในการสอน การจัดทาสื่อการสอนที่ทันสมัย การฝึกอบรมและพัฒนาอาจารย์อย่างต่อเนื่อง การสร้างระบบการประเมินผลที่โปร่งใสและเป็นธรรม การให้รางวัลและยกย่องอาจารย์ที่มีผลงานดีเด่น และการสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือกับหน่วยงานภายนอก

The personal research document titled "Guidelines for Enhancing the Work Efficiency of Instructors at the Provincial Police Training Centers of the Royal Thai Police" aims to study the issues and factors affecting the work efficiency of instructors and propose methods to improve their teaching and work performance.This research employs qualitative methods, collecting data from documents and then creating an interview guide to gather information from key informants through in-depth interviews. The study focuses on three areas: 1. Training, 2. Education, and 3. Development.
The findings reveal that the problems and factors affecting the work efficiency of instructors include personal factors such as knowledge, abilities, experience, and teaching skills; environmental factors such as the work atmosphere, teaching facilities, and equipment; and organizational support factors such as continuous training and development, fair performance evaluation, and work motivation.
Based on the research results, the proposed guidelines for enhancing the work efficiency of instructors are as follows: developing and improving organizational structure, planning human resources, promoting the use of technology in teaching, creating modern teaching materials, continuous training and development for instructors, establishing a transparent and fair evaluation system, rewarding and recognizing outstanding instructors, and building collaborative networks with external agencies.
