เรื่อง การพัฒนาวิสาหกิจชุมชนเพื่อสร้างความเติบโตทางเศรษฐกิจฐานราก
อย่างยั่งยืน ในอ าเภอวังน้อย จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ ๑) เพื่อศึกษาองค์ความรู้ทางเศรษฐกิจฐานรากของ
วิสาหกิจชุมชน ๒) เพื่อวิเคราะห์จุดแข็ง จุดอ่อน โอกาส อุปสรรค รวมท้ังกระบวนการพัฒนา
เศรษฐกิจฐานรากของวิสาหกิจชุมชน และ ๓) เพื่อเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาวิสาหกิจชุมชนเพื่อสร้าง
ความเติบโตทางเศรษฐกิจฐานรากอย่างยั่งยืน โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพด้วยการสัมภาษณ์เชิง
ลึกจากวิสาหกิจชุมชนท่ีเป็นกลุ่มเป้าหมาย ๓ ชุมชน ได้แก่ วิสาหกิจชุมชนกลุ่มเห็ดเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง
วังจุฬา, วิสาหกิจชุมชนคัดเมล็ดพันธุ์ข้าว และวิสาหกิจชุมชนนาแปลงใหญ่ข้าวหันตะเภา โดยผู้ให้
ข้อมูลหลักประกอบด้วยประธาน คณะกรรมการ และสมาชิกของกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชน โดยก าหนด
จ านวนผู้ให้ข้อมูลแบบเจาะจง ชุมชนละ ๑๐ คน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ๑) องค์ความรู้ทางเศรษฐกิจฐานรากของวิสาหกิจชุมชนมีความ
เป็นรูปธรรม สามารถวัดผลจากการด าเนินงานของวิสาหกิจชุมชนท่ีสามารถเป็นแหล่งกระจายรายได้
ท าให้ระบบการเงินของชุมชนเกิดการหมุนเวียน ๒) วิสาหกิจชุมชนมีจุดแข็งคือวัตถุดิบหลัก
ท่ีมีคุณภาพ ผลิตภัณฑ์ได้รับการรับรอง และมีระบบการบริหารจัดการท่ีดี จุดอ่อนคือสมาชิก
ในวิสาหกิจชุมชนยังมีความรู้ในการคิดค้นสูตรใหม่ๆ จ านวนน้อย ขาดอ านาจต่อรองเรื่องราคาสินค้า
กับลูกค้า และขาดเงินทุน โอกาสคือพฤติกรรมผู้บริโภคผลิตภัณฑ์หันมาสนใจสินค้าเพื่อสุขภาพเพิ่มขึ้น
และภาครัฐยังให้การสนับสนุน อุปสรรคคือราคาตลาดผันผวน สภาพอากาศท่ีแปรปรวนไม่เป็น
ตามฤดูกาล และขาดแคลนแรงงานภาคเกษตร ๓) ในกระบวนการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจฐานรากมุ่งเน้น
การแก้ไขปัญหาด้านการบริหารการเงิน การแก้ไขปัญหาการท าลายทรัพยากรธรรมชาติอันเป็นแหล่ง
ผลิตวัตถุดิบหลัก และการแก้ไขปัญหาด้านกระบวนการแปรรูป และ ๔) แนวทางการพัฒนา
การด าเนินงานของวิสาหกิจชุมชนเพื่อสร้างความเติบโตอย่างยั่งยืน ได้แก่ การจัดโครงสร้างองค์กร
การจัดการด้านการผลิต การจัดการด้านระบบบัญชีและการเงิน การจัดการด้านการตลาด และ
การสร้างพันธมิตรทางธุรกิจ

GRASSROOTS ECONOMIC GROWTH IN WANG NOI DISTRICT, PHRA

The objectives of this research are: 1) to study the knowledge of the
grassroots economy of community enterprises; 2) to analyze the strengths, weaknesses,
opportunities, obstacles, including the process of developing the grassroots economy
of community enterprises; and 3) to propose guidelines for developing community
enterprises to create sustainable grassroots economic growth. Using a qualitative
research method with in-depth interviews with community enterprises in 3 target
communities, namely the Wang Chula Sufficiency Economy Mushroom Community
Enterprise, the Rice Seed Sorting Community Enterprise, and community enterprises
for large plots of Hantapao rice. Key informants include the president, the committee, and
members of the community enterprise group. By specifying a specific number of
information providers, 10 people per community.
The results of the research found that: 1) the basic economic knowledge
of community enterprises is concrete, can measure the results of the operations of
community enterprises that can be a source of income distribution. Make the
community's financial system circulate; 2) community enterprises' strengths are
quality raw materials. The product is certified and has a good management system,
the weak point is that the members of the enterprise still have a small amount of
knowledge about creating new formulas and lack the power to negotiate with
customers about product prices. and lack of funds, the opportunity is that product
consumer behaviour has turned more interested in health products and the government
sector also provides support, the obstacle is that market prices fluctuate, unseasonal
weather conditions and a shortage of agricultural labour; 3) in the process of developing
the grassroots economy, emphasis is placed on solving financial management
problems, solving the problem of the destruction of natural resources, which are the
main source of raw material production, and solving problems in the processing
process; and 4) guidelines for developing the operations of community enterprises
include organizing organizational structures, production management of accounting
and financial systems marketing management and creating business alliances.
