จงัหวดัภูเก็ตดว้ยการท่องเที่ยวเชิงกีฬาประเภทมวยไทยเพื่อเสนอแนะแนวทางในการ
เพิ่มศักยภาพท่องเที่ยวจังหวดัภูเก็ตด้วยอุตสาหกรรมการท่องเที่ยวเชิงกีฬาประเภทมวยไทย
การศึกษาในคร้ังน้ีใช้วิธีการเก็บรวบรวมขอ้มูลด้วยการเก็บแบบสอบถาม จ านวน 400 ราย และ
วิเคราะห์ปัจจยัภายในและปัจจยัภายนอกดว้ย SWOT Analysis ผลการวิจยั พบว่า นักท่องเที่ยว
ชาวต่างชาติกลุ่มผูส้นใจการท่องเที่ยวเชิงกีฬา ประเภทมวยไทย ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย สัญชาติ
ฝร่ังเศส สหรัฐอเมริกา แคนาดา องักฤษ และ เยอรมนั ตามล าดบั โดยส่วนใหญ่ มีอายรุะหว่าง 21-30 ปี
และมีสถานะโสด มีรายไดอ้ยูร่ะหว่าง 10,000 - 59,999 ดอลล่าสหรัฐ ส่วนใหญ่มีระยะเวลาพ านักใน
จงัหวดัภูเก็ตระหว่าง 15 - 30 วนั เดินทางท่องเที่ยงโดยล าพงัและมาประเทศไทยคร้ังแรก ทั้งน้ี
การวิเคราะห์ความเป็นไปได้ ข้อจ ากัด และโอกาสของจังหวดัภูเก็ตในการพัฒนาศักยภาพ
การท่องเที่ยวจงัหวดัภูเก็ตด้วยการท่องเที่ยวเชิงกีฬาประเภทมวยไทย พบว่า อุตสาหกรรมการ
ท่องเที่ยวเชิงกีฬาประเภทมวยไทยในจงัหวดัภูเก็ต เป็นอุตสาหกรรมที่เกิดขึ้นมานานกว่าทศวรรษ
และเติบโตได้ดว้ยความแข็งแกร่งของภาคเอกชน จากการรัฐบาลไทยได้ก าหนดให้กีฬามวยไทย
เป็น 1 ในอุตสาหกรรม Soft Power เป้าหมาย อยา่งไรก็ตาม จงัหวดัภูเก็ตเป็นจงัหวดัที่มีแนวโน้มที่
จะสร้างความเติบโตทางเศรษฐกิจจากการท่องเที่ยวเชิงกีฬาประเภทมวยไทยได ้ดว้ยการการบริหาร
จดัการระบบนิเวศน์การท่องเที่ยวเชิงกีฬาประเภทมวยไทย การส่งเสริมธุรกิจบริการมวยไทย
คอนเทนตสู่์ตลาดต่างประเทศ และ การเพิม่บทบาทของสมาคมมวยไทยในเวทีโลก

Title Enhancing Phuket's Tourism Potential through Muay Thai Sports Tourism

This study examines the behavior of tourists interested in sports tourism,
specifically Muay Thai, and analyzes the environment and factors for developing Phuket's
tourism potential through Muay Thai sports tourism. The study aims to propose ways to enhance
Phuket's tourism through the Muay Thai industry. Data collection was conducted using
questionnaires from 400 respondents, and both internal and external factors were analyzed using
SWOT Analysis. The research findings indicate that the majority of tourists interested in Muay
Thai sports tourism are male, with nationalities from France, the United States, Canada, the
United Kingdom, and Germany, respectively. Most of them are aged between 21-30 years, single,
and have an income between 10,000 - 59,999 USD. They typically stay in Phuket for 15-30 days,
travel alone, and are visiting Thailand for the first time. The feasibility analysis, limitations, and
opportunities for Phuket in developing its tourism through Muay Thai sports tourism reveal that
the Muay Thai sports tourism industry in Phuket has been established for over a decade and has
grown strong due to private sector efforts. The Thai government has designated Muay Thai as one
of the target Soft Power industries. However, Phuket has the potential to drive economic growth
through Muay Thai sports tourism by managing the Muay Thai sports tourism ecosystem,
promoting Muay Thai service businesses to international markets, and enhancing the role of
Muay Thai associations on the global stage.."
