การศึกษา ปัญหาและทิศทางในการขับเคลื่อนตามโครงการชุมชนยั่งยืนเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหายาเสพติด กรณีศึกษา: ชุมชนสุเหร่าบ้านเกาะ แขวงแสนแสบ เขตมีนบุรี กรุงเทพมหานคร ในครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและทิศทางในการขับเคลื่อนตามโครงการชุมชนยั่งยืน เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหายาเสพติด ในเขตชุมชนสุเหร่าบ้านเกาะ แขวงแสนแสบ เขตมีนบุรี กรุงเทพมหานคร และเพื่อหาแนวทางในการพัฒนาชุมชนไปสู่ความยั่งยืนเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหายาเสพติด ในชุมชนสุเหร่าบ้านเกาะ แขวงแสนแสบ เขตมีนบุรี กรุงเทพมหานคร โดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์เป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลกลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลสาคัญ โดยใช้หลักในการเลือกเจาะจง (Purposive sampling)
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1. ปัญหาทิศทางในการขับเคลื่อนตามโครงการชุมชนยั่งยืน เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหายาเสพติด กรณีศึกษา: ชุมชนสุเหร่าบ้านเกาะ แขวงแสนแสบ เขตมีนบุรี กรุงเทพมหานคร มีดังนี้ ด้านความปรองดอง พบว่า มีการแบ่งแยกพี่น้อง ความเป็นญาติพี่น้อง ที่ไม่ให้ความร่วมมือเท่าที่ควร ปัญหาในการขับเคลื่อน ด้านความแตกต่างทางศาสนา พบว่า ในแต่ละชุมชนตามโครงการชุมชนยั่งยืนผู้ติดยาเสพติดนับถือศาสนาต่างกันบางคนนับถือศาสนาพุทธ บางคนนับถือศาสนาอิสลาม ทาให้เกิดปัญหาในเรื่องขนบธรรมเนียมประเพณี อาหาร ในการบาบัดรักษา CBTX คือ การบาบัดฟื้นฟูผู้ใช้ยาเสพติดโดยใช้ชุมชนเป็นฐานก็ต่างกัน ด้านความเหลื่อมล้า พบว่า การแบ่งพรรคพวก การช่วยเหลือต่างๆ จึงไม่ทั่วถึง เกิดการแตกแยก การร้องเรียนแต่ละเรื่องไม่ได้รับการแก้ไข ให้กับผู้เดือดร้อน มีความเหลื่อมล้าทางการศึกษา อาชีพ และฐานะ มีผลในการขับเคลื่อน ด้านความยากจน พบว่า ความยากจนถือเป็นปัญหาสาคัญในการขับเคลื่อนโครงการเพราะผู้เสพยาเสพติดส่วนมากจะมาจากพื้นฐานความยากจนและเป็นเครื่องมือของ ผู้ขาย หรือผู้ค้ายาเสพติดที่หลอกใช้เป็นเครื่องมือในการจาหน่ายยาเสพติด จึงยอมขายยาเสพติด และ นารายได้มาจุนเจือครอบครัวตัวเอง ด้านการศึกษา พบว่า คนในชุมชนได้รับการศึกษาต่อน้อยมาก 2. ทิศทางในการขับเคลื่อนตามโครงการชุมชนยั่งยืนเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหายาเสพติด กรณีศึกษา : ชุมชนสุเหร่าบ้านเกาะ แขวงแสนแสบ เขตมีนบุรี กรุงเทพมหานคร ด้านความมั่นคง พบว่า ความสัมพันธ์

ในชุมชนต้องมีน้าใจไมตรีช่วยเหลือ ซึ่งกันและกัน สร้างความเข้มแข็งในชุมชน เช่นมีการประชุมร่วมกันโดยตลอด แก้ไขปัญหาร่วมกัน แบบสงบและสันติสุข ไม่มีข้อขัดแย้ง ด้านการพัฒนาและเสริมสร้างศักยภาพทรัพยากรมนุษย์ พบว่า การพัฒนาคนในชุมชน ทางด้านการศึกษาเพิ่มเติม เช่นด้านอาชีพการงาน หรือด้านความสามารถพิเศษ การชื่นชมคนในชุมชน ยกย่องเชิดชูคนในชุมชน ที่มีส่วนร่วมในการแก้ไขปัญหายาเสพติด ด้านการสร้างโอกาสและความเสมอภาคทางสังคม พบว่า สร้างจิตสานึกการยอมรับคนเสพ คือผู้ป่วยที่มีติดยาช่วยเหลือดูแลกัน ยอมรับความเป็นมนุษย์ ของคนว่าทุกคนคือมนุษย์เหมือนกันทุกคนอยากเป็นคนดีมีโอกาสดีๆ ในชีวิตเหมือนกัน
