Research on methods for producing and developing manpower for electric vehicles (EV) in the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC). In this research, the researcher has set the following research objectives: 1) To study the problems and needs for manpower of Electric vehicle (EV) personnel in the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) 2) To study factors affecting the production and development of Electric Vehicle (EV) workforce in the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) 3 ) to propose guidelines for the development of production and human resource development for electric vehicles (EV) in the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC), with the scope of content being education. Analyze the current condition Problems of manpower needs and methods for production and development of manpower for electric vehicles (EV) in the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) only and is a study and analysis of manpower needs and methods for production and development of manpower for electric vehicles. (EV) that focuses on the quality dimension of students. The demographic scope includes senior executives of the Vocational Education Commission (Secretary General, Deputy Secretary General, Advisors), educational institution directors. Deputy Director of Academic Affairs Head of Dual Vocational Education System Subject department heads, supervisory teachers, establishment administrator workplace trainer and students who studying in the field of electric vehicles There are methods for conducting research using documentary research, in-depth interviews, and focus group discussions. The results of the research are: Guidelines for producing and developing manpower for electric vehicles (EV) in the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) are consistent with government policies such as the National Economic and Social Development Plan No. 13 (2023-2027), the National Education Plan. 2017-2036 Policy of the Vocational Education Commission Office that places importance on the production and development of manpower for electric vehicles (EV) that will produce manpower to meet the needs of the private sector or establishments in the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC), creating a network of cooperation and proactive management between the public and private sectors. By establishing the Center of Vocational Manpower Networking Management (CVM) in the area of electric vehicles (EV), The target of the Office of The Vocational Education Commission is to able to produce and develop electric vehicle (EV) manpower to meet the needs of the establishment.
