การวิจัยครั ้งนี ้ ม ีว ัตถุประสงค์เพื ่อศึกษาสถานการณ์ ล ักษณะธุรกิจเอสเอ็มอี
การท่องเที่ยวของจังหวัดกระบี่ เพื่อน ามาวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการด าเนินธุรกิจ
เอสเอ็มอีการทอ่งเที่ยวของจงัหวัดกระบี ่เพื่อเสนอแนะแนวทางการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการด าเนินธุรกิจ
เอสเอ็มอีการท่องเที่ยวของจังหวัดกระบี่ ซึ่งได้ด าเนินการวิจัยจากการศึกษาเอกสารวิจัย เอกสาร
วิชาการ กฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง งานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง ตลอดจนการรวบรวมข้อคิดเห็นของผู้เช่ียวชาญ
ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ในด้านการบริหารจัดการท่องเที่ยวและการบริหารธุรกิจเอสเอ็มอีของจั งหวัดกระบี่
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า จ านวนผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจเอสเอ็มอีการท่องเที่ยวจังหวัดกระบี่มีอัตราการเพิ่มข้ึน
ประมาณ ๔-๕% ในช่วง ๓ ปีหลังสถานการณ์โควิด ๑๙ คลี่คลาย โดยธุรกิจที่มีมากสุดคือ ธุรกิจ
ด้านอาหาร/ร้านอาหาร รองลงมาคือธุรกิจโรงแรม รีสอร์ท ห้องชุด และธุรกิจน าเที่ยวเป็นล าดับต่อมา
ส าหรับปัญหาของเอสเอ็มอีการท่องเที่ยวจังหวัดกระบี่ พบว่า ธุรกิจเอสเอ็มอีส่วนใหญ่เป็นธุรกิจราย
ย่อย โดยมีมากถึง ร้อยละ ๘๓ ของธุรกิจเอสเอ็มอีทั้งหมด หรือที่เรียกว่า Missing Middle ที่สะท้อน
ให้เห็นถึงข้อจ ากัดของธุรกิจที่ท าใหไ้ม่สามารถเติบโตไปเป็นธุรกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดใหญ่ได้ ส าหรับ
อุปสรรคและข้อจ ากัดของธุรกิจการท่องเที่ยวจังหวัดกระบี่ พบว่า แม้ว่าจังหวัดกระบี่จะมีทรัพยากร
ที่อุดมสมบูรณ์และหลากหลายอันเป็นจุดเด่นด้านการท่องเที่ยวของจังหวัด แต่ทรัพยากรเหล่านี้
ก็ต้องมีการใช้อย่างจ ากัด ตลอดจนการเปลี่ยนแปลงของสภาพแวดล้อม การเสื่อมโทรมจาก
ภัยธรรมชาติหรือภัยจากมนุษย์ ข้อจ ากัดด้านโครงสร้างพื้นฐานและสิ่งอ านวยความสะดวกในแหล่ง
ท่องเที่ยวยังไม่เพียงพอ ด้านการบริหารจัดการยังขาดการบังคับใช้กฎหมายสิ่งแวดล้อมอย่างจริงจัง
รวมถึงด้านสังคม ความขัดแย้งทางการเมือง เหตุการณ์ความไม่สงบ และภาวะเศรษฐกิจตกต่ า
ล้วนเป็นอุปสรรคต่อการท่องเที่ยวของจังหวัดกระบี่ ส าหรับแนวทางการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพธุรกิจ
เอสเอ็มอีการท่องเที่ยว ได้แก่ ๑. การส่งเสริมผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจเอสเอ็มอีด าเนินธุรกิจด้วยโมเดล
BCG หรือการบริหารจัดการธุรกิจด้วยความยั่งยืน และ ๒. การลงทุนพัฒนาแหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิง
สุขภาพ โดยเฉพาะการพัฒนาจังหวัดกระบี่เป็นเมืองสปาน้ าพุร้อน ทั้งนี้ หน่วยงานภาครัฐและ
ที่ เกี่ยวข้องต้องก าหนดนโยบาย แผนงานบูรณาการ แผนการปฏิบัติ เพื่อให้ธุรกิจเอสเอ็มอี
การท่องเที่ยวจังหวัดกระบี่มีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งข้ึน

The purpose of this study is to examine the state and features of small
and medium sized enterprises (SME) tourism enterprises in the province of Krabi.
to examine elements influencing the management effectiveness of SME tourism
businesses in Krabi Province. to make recommendations for best practices for managing
SME tourism businesses in Krabi Province. Investigate through the examination of research
documents. scholarly writings Associated Laws Conduct relevant research and get the
insights of experts in SME business management and tourism business management.
According to the study, the number of SME tourism-related businesses in Krabi
Province In the three years following the resolution of the COVID-19 problem, there
has been an approximate 4-5% annual growth rate. The business that has the most is
Food business/restaurant Followed by the hotel, resort, apartment business and
travel business. Regarding the issues facing SME tourism in Krabi Province, the study
finds that, at up to 83 percent of all SME firms, the majority of SME businesses are
small enterprises. Likewise referred to as Missing Middle. It represents the constraints
on the company that keep it from expanding into a medium- or large-sized enterprise.
Regarding the challenges and restrictions facing the tourism industry in Krabi Province,

productivity of SME is to encourage them to use the BCG model or sustainable
business management. Another way is to invest in the development of health
tourism destinations. in particular the growth of Krabi province as a town known for
its hot spring spas. Policy must be set by the government and affiliated organizations.
Action plan for the integration plan to increase the efficiency of the Krabi province's
SME tourist industry.
