Title Implementing Housing Development Policies For Low-Incomepeople
To Create Stability And Sustainability For The Nation

The research objectives were: 1) Study the problems and obstacles in
implementing housing development policies for low-income people in order to create
stability and sustainability for the nation. 2) Study and analyze success factors in
implementing housing development policies for low-income people in order to create
stability and sustainability for the nation and 3) To propose guidelines for implementing
housing development policies for low-income people in order to create stability and
sustainability for the nation.
This research was quantitative. The population was management National
Housing Authority Ministry of Social Development and Human Security There are a total
of 50 civil servants. The sample was executives. National Housing Authority Ministry of
Social Development and Human Security, 44 people using a simple random sampling
method. by using questionnaires as a tool to collect data The statistics used in the
analysis were mean, standard deviation and multiple regression analysis.
The results found that:1) Problems and obstacles in implementing housing
development policies for low-income people To create stability and sustainability for
the nation. Control aspect Cooperation and resistance to changes in power and
relationships with other related organizations There is a positive influence on the
success of the housing development policy for low-income people in terms of
organizational support and engagement. It has a negative influence on the success of
housing development policies for low-income people. 2) Success in implementing
policies to develop housing for low-income people in order to create stability and
sustainability for the nation. Overall, it is at the highest level and 3) Implementation of
the plan/project must be carried out seriously and continuously. Emphasis is placed
on the participatory process by involving as many residents as possible in the project.
There is public relations to create knowledge and understanding and build good
relationships with residents.
