ในยุคปัจจุบันที่เทคโนโลยีมีการพัฒนาอย่างรวดเร็วและก้าวกระโดด การนำเทคโนโลยีมาใช้ใน
งานก่อสร้างจึงเป็นสิ ่งสำคัญเพื ่อเพิ ่มประสิทธิภาพและคุณภาพของงาน ในบริบทของการพัฒนาเชิง
ยุทธศาสตร์ชาติ การปรับตัวให้ทันกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางเทคโนโลยีถือเป็นหัวใจสำคัญสำหรับองค์กรต่างๆ
ในการบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ โดยเฉพาะองค์กรของรัฐที่มีบทบาทสำคัญในการพัฒนา
ประเทศ หนึ่งในเทคโนโลยีที่มีบทบาทสำคัญในการบริหารโครงการก่อสร้างคือ Building Information
Modeling (BIM) ซึ่งเป็นระบบสารสนเทศที่ช่วยในการจัดการข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการออกแบบและการ
ก่อสร้างในทุกขั้นตอน
การศึกษานี ้มุ ่งเน้นไปที่การพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศ BIM เพื ่อบริหารโครงการก่อสร้างของ
กองบัญชาการกองทัพไทย โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลัก ๓ ประการ ได้แก่ ๑) เพ่ือศึกษาปัญหาการบริหารโครงการ
ก่อสร้างของกองบัญชาการกองทัพไทย ๒) เพื่อศึกษาการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศ BIM เพื่อบริหารโครงการ
ก่อสร้าง ของกองบัญชาการกองทัพไทย และ ๓) เพื่อศึกษาแผนการพัฒนาและข้อเสนอแนะต่อการพัฒนา
ระบบสารสนเทศ BIM เพ่ือบริหารโครงการก่อสร้างของกองบัญชาการกองทัพไทย
สรุปผลจากการศึกษาพบว่าการบริหารโครงการก่อสร้างของกองบัญชาการกองทัพไทยยังคง
ประสบปัญหาที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อคุณภาพของงานและระยะเวลาในการดำเนินงาน โดยเฉพาะปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นก่อน
ขั้นตอนการก่อสร้าง เช่น ความผิดพลาดจากแบบก่อสร้างที่ไม่สมบูรณ์ ขาดรายละเอียดสำคัญ และมีข้อขัดแย้ง
ซึ่งส่งผลให้เกิดความล่าช้าในการดำเนินการก่อสร้าง เนื่องจากต้องใช้เวลาในการแก้ไขแบบรูประหว่างการ
ก่อสร้าง ดังนั้นการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศ BIM จึงเป็นวิธีที่สำคัญในการแก้ไขปัญหาเหล่านี้ด้วยการใช้จุดแข็ง
และโอกาสในการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศ BIM อย่างต่อเนื่อง จะช่วยสร้างสภาวะเกื้อกูลต่อการพัฒนาระบบงาน
ดิจิทัล ซึ่งรวมถึงการพัฒนากำลังพลให้มีความรู้ ความสามารถและความเชี่ยวชาญในการใช้ระบบ BIM อย่างมี
ประสิทธิภาพ ทั้งนี้เพ่ือเสริมสร้างความสามารถในการบริหารจัดการโครงการก่อสร้างให้มีประสิทธิภาพ ลดความ
ขัดแย้งของแบบรูป และลดระยะเวลาในการก่อสร้าง ซึ ่งจะช่วยให้กองบัญชาการกองทัพไทยสามารถใช้
ประโยชน์จากโครงการได้ตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนด และเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการบริหารจัดการโครงการในระยะ
ยาวได้

Title The development of Building Information Systems (BIM) to manage the
construction projects of the Royal Thai Armed forces Headquarters

In the context of strategic development, the adaptation to technological changes
is at the heart of many organizations to efficiently manage resources. Specifically, state
organizations played a key role in the development of the country. One of the technologies
plays an important role in the construction project management is Building Information System
(BIM), an information system that helps to manage data related to design and construction in
all stages.
The study focused on the development of the BIM Information Systems to manage
the construction projects of the Royal Thai Armed forces Headquarters with three primary
objectives: 1) to study the management of construction projects by the Royal Thai Armed
forces Headquarters 2) to study the development of the BIM system for the project
management of construction projects of the Royal Thai Armed forces Headquarters and 3) to
study the development plans and recommendations on the development of BIM information
systems to manage the construction projects of the Royal Thai Armed forces Headquarters.
The study concluded that the management of construction projects by the Royal
Thai Armed forces Headquarters still faced problems with the quality of the work and
operation periods, especially the problems that occurred before the construction process,
such as uncompleted construction mistakes and major conflicts, which caused delays in
construction. Due to the difficulty of editing in the form between constructions, BIM
information system development is an important way to solve these problems by
continuously using hard spots and opportunities to develop BIM information systems. This will
help create a glimpse into the development of digital work systems, including the
development of personnel with high knowledge, capabilities and expertise in the use of BIM
systems. This will enhance the ability to manage the construction projects to be effective,
reduce the conflict of form and reduce the construction period. This will help the Royal Thai
Armed forces Headquarters to leverage the project according to the specified period and
enhance the efficiency of long-term project management.
