ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงของสังคมโลกภายใต้สังคมที่เป็นพลวัต ส่งผลต่อพฤติกรรมของ
ประชากรที่ปรับเปลี่ยนไปตามกระแสสังคมโลก ไม่ว่าจะเป็นทัศนคติ ความเชื่อ ค่านิยม วัฒนธรรม การ
เลื่อนไหลของกระแสสังคมดังกล่าว ทำให้เป็นผลต่อพฤติกรรมก่อความรุนแรงในปัจจุบัน เพ่ิมมากขึ้น
ซึ่งทำให้เกิดสถานการณ์เป็นภัยต่อความมั่นคงของชาติ โดยจากปัญหาความรุนแรงปัจจุบันของ
สังคมไทยมีแนวโน้มเพ่ิมสูงขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่องนับตั้งแต่เหตุกราดยิง 5 ครั้ง ภายในระยะเวลา 2 ปี ที่ซึ่งนับ
ได้ว่าเป็นระเบิดเวลาของชนชั้นผู้น้อยหลังจากการถูกกดทับเชิงโครงสร้าง และการรู้สึกไร้ค่าจาก
กระบวนการทางสังคมที่รู้สึกได้ว่าตนเองนั้นแปลกแยกไปจากบุคคลอ่ืน โดยทุกพฤติกรรมของมนุษย์
ล้วนมีสาเหตุมาจากแรงขับเคลื่อนบางอย่าง ไม่ว่าทางใดก็ทางหนึ่งอาจกล่าวได้อีกว่า เหตุการณ์ท่ีเกิดข้ึน
ล้วนเป็นภาพสะท้อนความไม่เป็นธรรมทางสังคมที่ตนเองได้รับผ่านการแสดงออกหรือพฤติกรรมบาง
ประการที่ช่วยตอบสนองความต้องการในด้านที่ลึกที่สุดของศีลธรรมและจริยธรรมหรืออาจเป็นระเบิด
เวลาของอารมณ์อ่อนไหวของมนุษย์ ซึ่งในที่สุดแล้วการแสดงออกมักจะไม่เหมือนกัน จากการสังเกต
เหตุการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้นตลอดระยะเวลาที่ผ่านมา ทั้งในประเทศไทยและต่างประเทศเองจะพบว่า การ
แสดงออกของพฤติกรรมที่ไม่สามารถอดทนได้อีกต่อไป มักจะเป็นความรุนแรงรวมถึงเป็นผลเชื่อมโยง
จากโครงสร้างของระบบและสังคมที่บีบบังคับให้บุคคลต้องแสดงออกซึ่งพฤติกรรมเช่นนั้น จากการ
ปฏิบัติงานของเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจในการระงับเหตุบางครั้งการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ก็มีปัญหาและอุปสรรคใน
รูปแบบหลายๆ มิติ อาทิ สภาพแวดล้อม เครื่องมือ กฎหมาย นโยบายของภาครัฐ เป็นต้น ซึ่งปัญหา
เหล่านี้ล้วนมีทั้งข้อดีและข้อเสียในการปฏิบัติงานตามแต่สถานการณ์ท่ีเกิดขึ้นในแต่ละพ้ืนที่หรือในแต่ละ
บริบทของสถานการณ์ ซึ่งจุดนี้ทำให้เป็นอุปสรรคต่อการปฏิบัติงานในเชิงประสิทธิผลต่อเจ้าหน้าที่
ตำรวจผู้ปฏิบัติ จึงจำเป็นต้องหาแนวทางเพ่ือเพ่ิมประสิทธิภาพต่อการทำงานจึงจะทำให้เกิดประสิทธิผล

In the changes of the world society under the dynamic society, it affects the
behavior of the population that changes according to the world social trends, whether it is
attitudes, beliefs, values, cultures, the flow of such social trends has resulted in the current
violent behaviors, which have increased, causing a situation that is a threat to national
security. From the current violence problem in Thai society, there has been a tendency to
increase continuously since the 5 shooting incidents within 2 years, which can be considered
a ticking time bomb for the underclass after being structurally suppressed and feeling
worthless from the social process that makes them feel different from others. Every human
behavior is caused by some driving force. In one way or another, it can be said that the
incidents that occur are a reflection of the social injustice that they have experienced
through some expressions or behaviors that help meet the deepest needs of morality and
ethics or may be a ticking time bomb of human sensitivity, which in the end, the
expressions are often not the same. From observing the events that have occurred
throughout the past period, both in Thailand and abroad, it can be found that the
expression of behaviors that cannot be tolerated anymore are often violent and are also a
result of the connection between the structure of the system and society that forces
individuals to display such behaviors. From the work of police officers in suppressing
incidents, sometimes the performance of duties has problems and obstacles in many
dimensions, such as the environment, tools, laws, government policies, etc. These problems
all have both advantages and disadvantages in the performance of duties according to the
situation that occurs in each area or in each context of the situation. This point causes
obstacles to the effective performance of the police officers who perform the work.
Therefore, it is necessary to find a way to increase the efficiency of the work, which will lead
to the effectiveness of the work.
