เรื่อง แนวทางการลดความขัดแย้ง และเสริมสร้างความสัมพันธ์ระหว่าง
ประเทศไทยกับกัมพูชา ในพื้นที่รับผิดชอบกองก าลังบูรพา

เอกสารวิจัยเรื่อง “แนวทางการลดความขัดแย้ง และเสริมสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีระหว่าง
ประเทศไทย กับกัมพูชา ในพื้นที่รับผิดชอบกองก าลังบูรพา” มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา บริบท
ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างประเทศไทยและกัมพูชา ปัญหาและอุปสรรค และก าหนดแนวทางการลดความ
ขัดแย้งและเสริมสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีระหว่างประเทศไทยและกัมพูชา ในพื้นที่รับผิดชอบของกองก าลัง
บูรพา การวิจัยได้ศึกษาทฤษฎี แนวคิด และงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างประเทศไทยกับ
กัมพูชา และประวัติศาสตร์ ท าให้ทราบสาเหตุหลักของความขัดแย้งที่มีความขัดแย้งผลประโยชน์ของ
ชาติ ปัญหาเส้นเขตแดนไทย – กัมพูชา และข้อพิพาทกรณีปราสาทเขาพระวิหาร ข้อพิพาทเกี่ยวกับ
ศิลปวัฒนธรรม รวมถึงปัญหาความไม่ไว้วางใจระหว่างกันเป็นปัญหาที่ฝังรากลึกจากประวัติศาสตร์และ
การเผยแพร่แนวคิดเรื่องความเป็นชาตินิยม ซึ่งมีแนวทางในการลดความขัดแย้งและเสริมสร้าง
ความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีระหว่างประเทศไทยกับกัมพูชาโดยใช้กลไกแบบทวิภาคีและการใช้กลไกระงับข้อพิพาท
ในกรอบอาเซียน รวมถึงการใช้ Soft Power สร้างภาพลักษณ์ที่ดีต่อประเทศไทย และสร้างทัศนคติที่ดี
ต่อกัน ความเข้าใจสังคมและวัฒนธรรมของทั้งสองประเทศ และการให้ความช่วยเหลือเพื่อการพัฒนาแก่
ประเทศกัมพูชา นอกจากนี้การแลกเปลี่ยนการเยือนของผู้น าประเทศ ตลอดจนส่งเสริมการไปมาหาสู่
ของประชาชนและปฏิสัมพันธ์ที่ดีของหน่วยงานในพื้นที่ ชายแดนของทั้งสองประเทศ โดยมีปัจจัยที่ส าคัญ
ในการก าหนดนโยบายต่างประเทศที่สร้างค่านิยมทางความคิด การสร้างการรับรู้ที่คลาดเคลื่อนในมุมมอง
ของประเทศตน เพื่อลดความหวาดระแวง และการพัฒนาพื้นที่ร่วมกันทั้งสองประเทศค

Title: Guidelines for reducing conflicts and enhancing the
relationship between Thailand and Cambodia in
responsible area of Burapa Command

This purpose of the research titled “guidelines for reducing conflicts and
enhancing the relationship between Thailand and Cambodia in responsible area of
Burapa Command” is to study context of relationship between Thailand and Cambodia,
study the problems and obstacle to set guidelines for reducing conflict and enhancing
the relationship between Thailand and Cambodia in responsible area of Burapa
Command. This paper studies the relevant theories, thoughts and other relevant research
about relationship Thailand and Cambodia and history to know main cause of conflicts
that are national interests include territorial disputes border issues, disputes over the
Preah Vihear temple, cultural heritage and lack of trust. These problems are deeply
rooted in history and the dissemination of nationalist ideologies through the education
system.
The result of the research is found to mitigate conflicts and strengthen the
relationship between Thailand and Cambodia, the following approaches can be taken:
utilizing a bilateral mechanism and dispute settlement mechanism within ASEAN,
including the use of soft Power to promote a positive image of Thailand and fostering a
favorable perception of each other. Enhancing social understanding, cultural exchange,
and providing assistance for Cambodia’s development. Additionally, promoting official
visit of leader, facilitating interactions among citizens, and fostering good relations among
organizations in the border areas of both countries. Crucial factors in determining foreign
policy that creates values and perceptions, to reduce suspicion and promote joint
development in both countries. ข
