ฐานกีฬามวยไทย Muaythai Soft Power เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพโดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (๑)
สถานการณ์ของกีฬามวยไทย ปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการพัฒนากีฬามวยไทย (๒) ผลกระทบและ
ประโยชน์ในด้านต่างๆที่จะได้รับจากการผลักดันนโยบายอุตสาหกรรมสร้างสรรค์ และ (๓) เพื่อเป็น
ข้อมูลการดำเนินงานให้กับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องในการขับเคลื่อนนโยบาย Muaythai Soft Power
ของรัฐบาล โดยเก็บข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกด้วยบุคคลและผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ร่วมกับการวิเคราะห์
เอกสารและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเศรษฐกิจสร้างสรรค์และกีฬามวยไทย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัญหา
และอุปสรรคที่สำคัญของการสรรสร้างเศรษฐกิจไทยจากฐานกีฬามวยไทย คือ ด้านความหลากหลาย
และการบังคับใช้กฎหมายเพื่อการควบคุมการจัดการแข่งขัน และการส่งเสริมกีฬามวยให้มีมาตรฐาน
ความไม่ชัดเจนในการขับเคลื่อนนโยบาย งบประมาณ รูปแบบการดำเนินงาน และการติดตาม
ประเมินผลผลกระทบที่จะได้รับจากการผลักดันนโยบายอุตสาหกรรมสร้างสรรค์ผ่านโครงการของ
รัฐบาล ทำให้ส่งผลดีต่อการพัฒนาทางเศรษฐกิจของอุตสาหกรรมกีฬา การสร้างภาพลักษณ์ด้าน
วัฒนธรรมและคุณค่ามรดกภูมิปัญญาไทยในระดับสากลและเป็นเครื่องมือที่สำคัญสำหรับทูต
วัฒนธรรมทางกีฬา ซึ่งหน่วยงานภาครัฐสามารถใช้ข้อมูลที่ได้จากการศึกษาวิจัยเพื่อการบูรณาการใน
การขับเคลื่อนนโยบายให้กีฬามวยไทยเข้าถึงกลุ่มเป้าหมายที่หลากหลาย การสนับสนุนงบประมาณ
จากภาครัฐเพื่อขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจสร้างสรรค์ โดยผ่านกระบวนการและกลไกทางการทูตและ
ประสานความร่วมมือกับสหพันธ์มวยไทยนานาชาติ (IFMA) เพื่อผลักดันและสนับสนุนให้มวยไทย
ได้รับการบรรจุในการแข่งขันในกีฬาโอลิมปิกสากล ข

The personal research report topic “the power of creativity to build up the
Thai creative economy base on Muaythai soft power” is the qualitative research that
aimed to (1) study thesituations, problems and obstacles in the development of Muay
Thai, (2)study the effects and benefits that the drive for creative industry policy, and
(3) to be operational information for agencies involved in driving the government's
Muaythai Soft Power policy. The data collection were including (1) in-depth interviews
with the sports expertise, and (2) document analysis from documents and researches
related to creative economy and Muay Thai.The findings indicated that the diversity
and application of rules for regulating competition, elevating the sport of boxing to a
standard, uncertainty in budgeting, operating procedures, monitoring, and assessment
systems are the primary issues and barriers in the development of the Thai economy
based on the sport of Muay Thai. The promotion of creative industries through
government initiatives will have a favorable effect on the growth of the sports
industry's economy. For cultural ambassadors in athletics, expressing culture and the
importance of Thai wisdom legacy on a global scale is a crucial instrument.
Governmental organizations can use the data from research studies to establish
regulations that will help Muay Thai reach a variety of target audiences. Through
diplomatic channels and mechanisms as well as collaboration with the International
Muay Thai Federation (IFMA), government funding is being used to promote the
creative economy and campaign for the pursuit of Muay Thai into the International
Olympic Games program.ค
