เรื่อง การพัฒนาระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ในการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพของ
กา ลงัพลกองทัพบก ในโรงพยาบาลกองทัพภาคที่ ๓

การวิจัยคร้ังน้ีมีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษา รู ปแบบและแนวทางการพัฒนาระบบ
เทคโนโลยสีารสนเทศในการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพของกา ลงัพลกองทพั บกในโรงพยาบาลกองทพั ภาค
ที่ ๓ กลุ่มตวัอย่างคือ ผูท้ ี่เกี่ยวขอ้งกบัการพฒั นาระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ในการสร้างเสริม
สุขภาพของกา ลงัพลกองทพั บกในโรงพยาบาลกองทพั ภาคที่ ๓ ท้งัในระดบัผูป้ ฏิบตัิใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัย
เชิงคุณภาพเชิงคุณภาพโดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก ใช้การวิเคราะห์เน้ือหา น ามาเปรียบเทียบและ
จดัหมวดหมู่ขอ้ มูล
ผลวิจยัพบว่า การพฒั นาระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศในการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพกา ลงัพล
ในโรงพยาบาลกองทัพภาคที่ ๓ ผู้ให้ข้อมูลส าคัญ จ านวน ๓๐ คน ดงัน้ี๑) ทีมส่งเสริมสุขภาพ ๑๐ คน
๒) ทีมสารสนเทศ ๑๐ คน และ ๓) ทีมศูนย์พัฒนาคุณภาพ ๑๐ คน กลุ่มตวัอย่างส่วนใหญ่มีอายุ
๓๐ ปีข้ึนไป ระดบัการศึกษาปริญญาตรี มีประสบการณ์ทา งานมากกว่า ๕ ปีข้ึนไป เคยเขา้ร่วม
โครงการการพัฒนาระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศในการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพกา ลงัพลเพราะเห็นว่ามี
ประโยชน์ ด้านรูปแบบการพัฒนาระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ในการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพได้รูปแบบ
ST3PLE Model เป็ นกรอบความคิดมี ๗ องค์ประกอบ ประกอบด้วย ๑) โครงสร้าง (Structure)
๒) เทคโนโลยี (Technology) ๓) บุคลากร (Personal) ๔) การบริหารจัดการกระบวนการ (Process
Management) ๕) การเตรียมความพร้อม (Preparation) ๖) การเรียนรู้ (Learning) และ ๗) การ
ประเมินผล (Evaluation) และแนวทางการการพัฒนาระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ในการสร้างเสริม
สุขภาพก าลังพลในโรงพยาบาลกองทัพภาคที่ ๓ มี ๓ กิจกรรม ประกอบด้วย กิจกรรมที่ ๑
ข้นั เตรียมการ (Preparation) กิจกรรมที่๒ การปฏิบัติพัฒนาระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ในการ
สร้างเสริมสุขภาพกา ลงัพล(Action) และกิจกรรมที่๓ การติดตามประเมินผล
จากผลการวิจยัไดน้ า ไปสู่ขอ้ เสนอแนะ ทางการพัฒนาระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ
ในการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพในการศึกษาและการวิจยัต่อไป เพื่อให้ทางการพฒั นาระบบเทคโนโลยี
สารสนเทศในการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพมีการนา ไปใชอ้ยา่ งมีประสิทธิภาพต่อไปข

the Third Army Area Hospital, the sample group is People involved in the development of
information technology systems In promoting the health of Army personnel in the Third Army
Region Hospital, both at the practitioner level A qualitative research method was used using indepth interviews. Use content analytics to compare and categorize the data
Research results Information technology system development in the promotion of
health and strength in the 3rd Army Area Hospital, there were 30 key informants as follows: 1)
Health promotion team 10 people 2) Information technology team 10 people and 3) Quality
development center team 10 people. bachelor Has more than 5 years of work experience, used to
participate in information technology system development projects in the promotion of health and
strength because it is useful. in the form of information technology system development In
promoting health, the ST3PLE Model is a conceptual framework with 7 elements, consisting of
1) Structure (Structure) 2) Technology (Technology) 3) Personnel (Personal) 4) Process Management
(Process Management) 5) Preparation. readiness (Preparation), 6) Learning (Learning), and 7)
Evaluation (Evaluation). and guidelines for developing information technology systems There are
3 activities in the health promotion of personnel in the 3rd Army Area Hospital, consisting of
Activity 1 Preparatory stage. (Preparation) Activity 2 Information technology system development
practice in the health promotion of personnel (Action) and the third activity, monitoring and
evaluation
From the research results, recommendations have been made. in the development of
information technology systems in promoting health in further education and research to allow
the authorities to develop information technology systems In health promotion, there will be
further effective use. ค
