This qualitative research had the objectives as follows; 1) To study
political culture in the democratic system with the king as the head of state of Thai
youth at present. 2) To study problems and obstacles in promoting political culture
in the democratic system with the king as the head of State. 3. To study the
guidelines to promote political culture in the democratic system with the king as
head of state for Thai youth. The method used in this research was the content
analysis from the in-depth interview and academic papers. From the research results,
the researcher suggested that the government should determine the promotion of
political culture in the democratic system with the king as the head of state for Thai
youth to be the national agenda and formulate a national strategic plan according to
the current situation, educational institutions or departments related to education
should include curriculum content about the democratic system with the king as the
head of state in learning courses for all ages to ensure continuous learning, should
encourage learners to have space for social expression politics for a creative
exchange of ideas and promote learning beyond classroom learning so that learners
can learn and express themselves appropriately. Family members should be open to
encourage family members to express their opinions on various matters, which will
lead to democratic behavior as well as encouraging family members to have political
interest and dare to express their opinions and participate in political activities
critically.ค
