การวิจัยเรื่อง การพัฒนาทักษะที่จำเป็นแห่งอนาคต (Future Skill) เพื่อเสริมสร้าง
คุณ ภาพและสมรรถนะคนไทย : ช่วงวัยแรงงานที่เชื่อมโยงกับการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจใน
ภาคอุตสาหกรรมและบริการแห่งอนาคต มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาสภาพแวดล้อมความต้องการ
ในปัจจุบันเพื่อพัฒนาแรงงานในอนาคต (2) ศึกษาทักษะที่จำเป็นแห่งอนาคต (Future Skill) ช่วงวัย
แรงงาน และ (3) จัดทำข้อเสนอสำหรับประเทศไทยในการพัฒนาทักษะที่จำเป็นแห่งอนาคต
(Future Skill) ช่วงวัยแรงงานที่เชื่อมโยงกับการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจในภาคอุตสาหกรรมและบริการแห่ง
อนาคตภายใต้ยุทธศาสตร์ชาติ พ.ศ. 2561 - 2580
งานวิจัยฉบับนี้เป็นงานวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ผู้วิจัยได้ดำเนินการศึกษา รวบรวมข้อมูล จาก
บทความทางวิชาการ วารสารทางวิชาการ เอกสารทางวิชาการ รายงานการประชุมจากหน่วยงาน
ของภาครัฐและภาคเอกชนที่สำคัญ ได้แก่ กระทรวงศึกษาธิการ สำนักงานสภาพัฒนาการเศรษฐกิจ
และสังคมแห่งชาติ สำนักงานสถิติแห่งชาติ กรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน กระทรวงแรงงาน สถาบัน
นโยบายสาธารณะและการพัฒนา กระทรวงดิจิทัลเพื่อเศรษฐกิจและสังคม เพื่อให้ได้ข้อมูลที่เป็น
ประเด็นสำคัญ (Agenda) ในการวิเคราะห์ทักษะที่จำเป็นแห่งอนาคตตามความต้องการของ
ตลาดแรงงาน ตลอดจนประเด็นการพัฒนาทักษะที่จำเป็นแห่งอนาคต (Future Skill) ของแรงงาน
เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมในการเข้าสู่ตลาดแรงงาน เพื่อประกอบการจัดทำข้อเสนอสำหรับประเทศไทย
ในการพัฒนาทักษะที่จำเป็นแห่งอนาคต (Future Skill) ช่วงวัยแรงงานของอุตสาหกรรมและบริการ
แห่งอนาคต ได้แก่ (1) อุตสาหกรรมชีวภาค (2) อุตสาหกรรมและบริการการแพทย์ครบวงจร
(3) อุตสาหกรรมและบริการดิจิทัล ข้อมูล และปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (4) อุตสาหกรรมและบริการขนส่ง
และโลจิสติกส์ และ (5) อุตสาหกรรมความมั่นคงของประเทศ
ผลจากการศึกษา พบว่า การเปลี่ยนแปลงของโลกทำให้หลายประเทศกำลังประสบกับ
การเปลี่ยนแปลงครั้งใหญ่ที่ก่อให้เกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงทั้งในภาครัฐและภาคเอกชน ส่งผลต่อแรงงาน
ภาคอุตสาหกรรมในอนาคตเป็นอย่างมาก เนื่องจากแรงงาน ยังขาดทักษะที่จำเป็นแห่งอนาคต
(Future Skill) เพื่อเสริมสร้างคุณภาพและสมรรถนะ ผลการศึกษาแสดงให้เห็นทักษะพื้นฐานที่
ตอบสนองความต้องการของ 5 อุตสาหกรรมและบริการแห่งอนาคต คือ ทักษะทางเทคโนโลยีและ
วิทยาศาสตร์ ได้แก่ ด้านทักษะทางเทคโนโลยี (Technological Skills) รองลงมาเป็นทักษะที่
ตอบสนองความต้องการของอุตสาหกรรมและบริการ ในสัดส่วนความต้องการ 3 ต่อ 5 ได้แก่ (1) ข
ทักษะทางสติปัญญา ได้แก่ การคิดเชิงสร้างสรรค์ (Creative Thinking) (2) ทักษะทางอารมณ์และ
สังคม ได้แก่ การทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่น (Collaborative Skills) (3) ทักษะทางภาษาและการสื่อสาร
ได้แก่ การสื่อสารทางธุรกิจ (Business Communication) และ (4) ทักษะทางเทคโนโลยีและ
วิทยาศาสตร์ ได้แก่ ความเข้าใจและการใช้งานเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล (Digital Literacy) ความรู้ทาง
วิทยาศาสตร์ (Scientific Literacy) และทักษะทางวิศวกรรม (Engineering Skills)ค

Future Industries and Services: Developing The Necessary of the Future Skill to
Enhance the Quality and Competence of Thai People. designed for 1. Research the
market conditions for demand in order to prepare the workforce for the future. 2.
Research the abilities required for the future. 3 . Make suggestions for Thailand to
acquire the future-ready skills. The National Strategy 2 0 1 8–2 0 3 7 links economic
growth in Developing future industries and services to the working age.
This research is qualitative in nature. The researcher carried out a study and
gathered information from scholarly publications. journals and academic papers
meeting minutes from significant governmental and corporate organizations, such as the
Ministry of Education, Office of the National Economic and Social Development Council
on NESDC, National Statistical Office, Department of Skill Development. Ministry of
Labour, Institute of Public Policy and Development and Ministry of Digital Economy and
Society. For learning more about important problems. to examine the talents that will
be needed in the future in light of market demands. as well as the growth of the skills
required for the workforce of the future. Make suggestions for Thailand to acquire the
future-ready skills. Economic development is correlated with the working age
population. 1. biological industry; 2. integrated medical industry and service; 3. digital,
data, and artificial intelligence industry and service; 4. transport and logistics industry
and service; and 5. national security industry.
According to the report, as the globe develops, many nations are going
through significant changes that are impacting both the public and commercial
sectors. Future industrial employees will be significantly impacted. Because the
workforce lacks the future-ready skills needed to improve performance and quality.
The study's findings suggest that technological and scientific abilities, particularly
technological skills, are the fundamental talents needed to develop future ง
businesses and services. intellectual abilities, especially creative thinking, are
followed by 1. 2. Social and emotional abilities, particularly teamwork abilities. 3.
Communication and linguistic abilities, notably business communication. 4.
Technical and scientific abilities, such as engineering expertise, scientific literacy, and
digital literacy.จ
