๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐การศึกษาแนวโน้มการเปลี่ยนแปลงเทคโนโลยีกับความมั่นคงทางทหารนั้น
เป็นการศึกษาเพื่อให้ทราบถึงสถานการณ์และแนวโน้มของการเปลี่ยนแปลงเทคโนโลยี รวมถึง
ผลกระทบจากการเปลี่ยนแปลงของเทคโนโลยีที่มีผลต่อความมั่นคงทางด้านการทหาร การจัดทำ
ข้อเสนอแนะสำหรับการเตรียมความพร้อมทางด้านการทหารรองรับการเปลี่ยนแปลงของเทคโนโลยีที่
จะเกิดขึ้น โดยขอบเขตของการวิจัยมุ่งเน้นศึกษาถึงแนวโน้มของการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางด้านเทคโนโลยีที่
มีผลต่อความมั่นคงทางด้านการทหาร ซึ่งใช้การดำเนินการวิจัยในลักษณะของการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพทั้งจาก
(1) ข้อมูลปฐมภูมิ โดยใช้แบบสอบถามกับกลุ่มประชากรจากผู้บริหารระดับสูงที่มีอำนาจตัดสินใจจาก
หน่วยงานด้านความมั่นคงและภาคเอกชนต่าง ๆ ที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับการใช้เทคโนโลยีและ
(2) ข้อมูลทุติยภูมิ จากยุทธศาสตร์ชาติ 20 ปี ด้านความมั่นคง ยุทธศาสตร์และแผนงานต่าง ๆ ระเบียบ
คำสั่ง และเอกสารต่าง ๆ เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อนำมารวบรวมและวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาตามขอบเขตของการศึกษา
จากการวิเคราะห์พบว่า สถานการณ์เทคโนโลยีที่สำคัญในปัจจุบัน ได้แก่ การรักษา
ความมั่นคงปลอดภัยทางไซเบอร์, การใช้ AI และหุ่นยนต์อัตโนมัติ, การแข่งขันทางเทคโนโลยี และ
ผลกระทบของเทคโนโลยีต่อความเป็นอยู่ของมนุษย์ สำหรับแนวโน้มของสถานการณ์ของเทคโนโลยีที่
สำคัญ ได้แก่ การเปลี่ยนแปลงของเทคโนโลยีจะเกิดขึ้นอย่างรวดเร็ว, การเกิดขึ้นของการแข่งขันทาง
เทคโนโลยีที่สูงยิ่งขึ้น, มีการใช้ระบบ EV มากขึ้น, การใช้พลังงานสะอาดที่เพิ่มมากขึ้น และการให้
ความสำคัญกับ Cyber Security มากขึ้น การเปลี่ยนแปลงเทคโนโลยีที่จะส่งผลต่อความมั่นคง
ทางด้านการทหาร ได้แก่ การใช้สงครามไซเบอร์, การใช้เทคโนโลยีโดรนหรืออากาศยานไร้คนขับ และ
การใช้ Robotics, การใช้สื่อสังคมออนไลน์, การใช้เทคโนโลยีด้านอวกาศและการใช้เทคโนโลยีด้าน
นิวเคลียร์ สำหรับการเตรียมความพร้อมของหน่วยงานด้านความมั่นคงทางทหารเพื่อรองรับ
การเปลี่ยนแปลงของเทคโนโลยีได้แก่ การสร้างความตระหนักรู้ให้กับกำลังพล การส่งเสริมกำลังพลให้
เรียนรู้เกี่ยวกับเทคโนโลยีสมัยใหม่ การปรับปรุงตำราและหลักนิยม การปรับปรุงกฎระเบียบให้
ทันสมัย การส่งเสริม การวิจัยและพัฒนาอาวุธ ยุทโธปกรณ์ภายในประเทศ และการให้ความสำคัญกับ
สงครามไซเบอร์ เทคโนโลยีด้านอวกาศ เทคโนโลยีโดรนและหุ่นยนต์ทางด้านการทหารข

Title Trends of technology changing and military security

Studying trends of technology changing and military security is a study to
know the situation and trends of technology changing. To study the impact of
technology changing that affects military security. And to prepare recommendations
for military readiness to handle upcoming technology changing. The scope of the research
focuses on the trends of technology changing that affect military security. The study
was conducted in the form of qualitative research by (1) primary data, using the
questionnaire on a population of senior executives who are making the decision-making
from various security agencies and the private sector who are involved in the use of
technology. (2) secondary data, using data from the 20-year National Strategy on
Security Strategy, other various security plans, regulations, orders and relevant documents.
After that all data to be collected and analyzed according to the scope of the study.
From the analysis, it was found that the key situations of technology in
the current day are cyber security, the use of AI and autonomous robots, technology
competition, and the impact of technology on human well-being. The important
trends of technology are the rapid change of technology, emerging higher technology
competition, the more use of EV systems, the increasing use of clean energy, and more
concern on cyber security. Technology changing that will affect military security are
the use of cyber warfare, the use of drone or unmanned aerial vehicles, the use of
robotics, the use of social media, the use of space technology, and the use of nuclear
technology. The readiness of the military security agencies to handle technology
changing are raising awareness of manpower on this issue, encouraging manpower to
learn about modern technology, improving textbooks, doctrines and regulations to be
modernization, promotion and development of military weapons research in domestic,
and more concern on cyber warfare, space technology, military drone and military
robot technology. ค
