เรื่อง แนวทางการปรับปรุงหลักสูตรแพทยศาสตรบัณฑิตให้สอดคล้องกับ

แนวทางการปรับปรุงหลักสูตรแพทยศาสตรบัณฑิต ให้สอดคล้องกับยุทธศาสตร์ชาติ
ครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาของหลักสูตรแพทยศาสตรบัณฑิตในปัจจุบัน
เพื่อศึกษาและวิเคราะห์ความต้องการหลักสูตรแพทยศาสตรบัณฑิต ตามแผนยุทธศาสตร์ของชาติ
เสนอแนะแนวทางการปรับปรุงหลักสูตรแพทยศาสตรบัณฑิต ให้สอดคล้องกับแผนยุทธศาสตร์ของ
ประเทศ โดยผู้วิจัยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยในการศึกษาเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Research) เพื่อศึกษา
ทบทวนหลักสูตรแพทยศาสตรบัณฑิต และแนวทาง ความคิด กระบวนการปรับหลักสูตรฯ
จากมหาวิทยาลัยของรัฐขนาดใหญ่ ๕ แห่ง การสัมภาษณ์ผู้บริหารการศึกษา รวมถึงศึกษาและ
วิเคราะห์ แผนยุทธศาสตร์ของชาติ เมื่อรวบรวมข้อมูล เป็นที่เรียบร้อยแล้วจากนั้นจะทำการตรวจดู
ความครบถ้วนสมบูรณ์ของข้อมูล ผลการศึกษาครั้งนี้ ศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาของหลักสูตร
แพทยศาสตรบัณฑิต ในปัจจุบัน ศึกษาและวิเคราะห์ความต้องการหลักสูตรแพทยศาสตรบัณฑิต
ตามแผนยุทธศาสตร์ของชาติ และแนวทางการปรับปรุงหลักสูตรแพทยศาสตรบัณฑิต สอดคล้องกับ
แผนยุทธศาสตร์แผนการศึกษาแห่งชาติ พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๐ – ๒๕๗๙ ยุทธศาสตร์ที่ ๑ : การจัดการศึกษา
เพื่อความมั่นคงของสังคมและประเทศชาติ ยุทธศาสตร์ที่ ๒ : การผลิตและพัฒนากำลังคน การวิจัย

Title Guidelines for improving the Doctor of Medicine curriculum to be
consistent with national strategy

The study on the guidelines for improving the Doctor of Medicine (MD)
curriculum this time aims to: 1 ) Examine the current status and issues of the MD
curriculum. 2 ) Study and analyze the curriculum's alignment with the national
strategic plan. 3) Propose recommendations for improving the MD curriculum to align
with the country's strategic plan. Methods: The qualitative research review the MD
curriculum and its processes at five major state universities. The study also conduct
interviews with educational administrators and analyze the national strategic plan.
Once the data collection is complete, they will verify the completeness and
comprehensiveness of the information. This study aims to understand the current
state and issues of the MD curriculum, assess its alignment with the national strategic
plan, and provide recommendations for curriculum improvements in line with the
National Education Strategic Plan for the years 2017-2036. Strategy 1: Education
Management for the Stability of Society and the Nation. Strategy 2: Production and
Development of Human Resources, Research, and Innovation to Enhance the
Country's Competitiveness. Strategy 3: Developing the Potential of People at All
