This qualitative research had the objectives as follows; 1. To study the
current situation of construction industry management. 2. To study the problems and
obstacles of the construction industry management. 3. To study the sustainable
management of the construction industry. The method used in this research was the
content analysis from the in-depth interview and academic papers. From the
research results, the researcher suggested that the government should establish
sustainable management of the construction industry in the national strategic plan.
Applying the concept of the circular economy in conjunction with the use of
technology in the construction industry can potentially solve problems in many
sectors along the supply chain. It is also a more efficient use of resources and energy
and can reduce the amount of waste and the impact on the environment. In
addition, the development of a strong cooperation network of construction industry
organizations in the circular economy can create sustainability for the construction
industry in the future.ค
