การศึกษาเรื่อง กลไกการขับเคลื่อนการบริหารจัดการในพื้นที่เขตระเบียงเศรษฐกิจ
เวลเนสอันดามัน มีวัตถุประสงค์ในการศึกษาเพื่อ 1. เพื่อศึกษารูปแบบ ปัญหา อุปสรรค การบริหาร
จัดการในพื้นที่เขตระเบียงเศรษฐกิจเวลเนสอันดามัน 2. เพื่อวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อการ
บริหารจัดการ ในพื้นที่เขตระเบียงเศรษฐกิจเวลเนสอันดามัน 3. เพื่อเสนอแนวทางกลไกการ
ขับเคลื่อน การบริหารจัดการในพื้นที่เขตระเบียงเศรษฐกิจเวลเนสอันดามัน และ 4. เพื่อจัดทำ
ข้อเสนอเชิงนโยบายในการพัฒนากลุ่มจังหวัดภาคใต้ฝั่งอันดามัน โดยในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ตาม
วัตถุประสงค์ในการศึกษา เป็นสิ่งที่ยังไม่มีการศึกษาไว้มาก่อน จึงเป็นการค้นหาคำตอบและรวบรวม
ข้อมูลในลักษณะการวิจัยแบบคุณภาพ การรวบรวมข้อมูลและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลต้องอาศัย ความรู้
ความสามารถประสบการณ์หรือความเชี่ยวชาญของผู้วิจัย โดยการรวบรวมข้อมูลจากงานวิจัยเอกสาร
การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก การสนทนากลุ่ม โดยกลุ่มเป้าหมาย ในการสัมภาษณ์เป็นเจ้าหน้าที่หน่วยราชการ
และเอกชน ประมาณ 10 ท่าน สนทนากลุ่ม จากเจ้าหน้าที่หน่วยราชการ และเอกชนที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ประมาณ 15 ท่าน
จากการศึกษาพบว่าการยกระดับเศรษฐกิจด้านการส่งเสริมสุขภาพ เป็นทิศทางที่ถูกต้อง
และเหมาะสมกับสถานการณ์โลกในปัจจุบัน นอกจากนั้นยังพบว่า พบว่า รัฐบาลมีนโยบายในการ
ผลักดันให้ประเทศไทย เป็นศูนย์กลางการท่องเที่ยวในระดับนานาชาติ มีการผลักดันธุรกิจส่งเสริม
สุขภาพ (Wellness Tourism) ธุรกิจผลิตภัณฑ์สุขภาพและสมุนไพร มีการพัฒนาแหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิง
สุขภาพ อยู่เดิมก่อนแล้ว แต่ต้องมีการผลักดันให้เกิดผลลัพทธ์ที่สูงมากขึ้น ปัญหาและอุปสรรคที่เกิด
จากการขับเคลื่อนการท่องเที่ยวในพื้นที่คือ 1. การขาดหน่วยงานหลักในการเป็นศูนย์กลางเชื่อมโยง
นโยบายจากระดับชาติ และระดับพื้นที่ 2. งบประมาณที่ต้องใช้ในการขับเคลื่อนไม่มีความชัดเจน
3. ขาดการบูรณาการแผน 4. ขาดการมีเจ้าภาพในการขับเคลื่อนที่ชัดเจนข
abstract:
Title Mechanisms Driving Andaman Wellness Economic Corridor (AWC)

The study aims to accomplish the following objectives: 1) to investigate
the patterns, challenges, obstacles, and overall management of the Andaman Wellness
Economic Corridor; 2) to analyze the factors that influence the management of the
Andaman Wellness Economic Corridor; 3) to propose guidelines for managing
mechanisms driving AWC; and 4) to develop policy recommendations for the
development of the southern Andaman provinces. This study is characterized as
exploratory, involving the search for answers and the collection of data through
qualitative research methods. Data collection and analysis require the researcher's
knowledge, competence, experience, and expertise. Information has been obtained
from research papers, in-depth interviews, and focus group discussions involving various
stakeholders. The interviews included approximately ten government officials and
representatives from the private sector. Group discussions also involved government
officials and approximately 15 participants from the private sector.
The findings of the study indicate that the pursuit of economic growth
through health promotion aligns with the current global context. Furthermore, the
government has formulated policies aimed at positioning Thailand as a hub for
international tourism, health promotion enterprises (Wellness Tourism), health-related
products, and herbal industries. The establishment of a health tourism destination is
deemed crucial to achieve optimal results. However, several challenges exist in the
promotion of tourism in the region, including: 1) the absence of a centralized agency
responsible for coordinating policies at both the national and regional levels; 2)
uncertainty surrounding the budgetary requirements for promotional activities: 3) a lack
of comprehensive, integrated planning; and 4) the necessity for a clear leading entity
to spearhead these initiatives.These observations underscore the need for coordinated
efforts and strategic planning to overcome these challenges and to realize the
objectives of promoting health-driven economic development in the Andaman region.ค
