เรื่อง แนวทางการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศแบบบูรณาการในสายงานบริหาร (บร) ของ

การวิจัย เรื่อง แนวทางการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศแบบบูรณาการในสายงานบริหาร (บร)
ของสำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาตินี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสาเหตุ ปัญหา และวิเคราะห์ระบบสารสนเทศ
ที่มีประสิทธิภาพในสายงานบริหาร (บร) ของสำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติเพื่อกำหนดแนวทางการพัฒนา
ระบบสารสนเทศแบบบูรณาการ โดยให้สอดคล้องกับยุทธศาสตร์ด้านสารสนเทศของสำนักงานตำรวจ
แห่งชาติเป็นการวิจัยแบบเชิงคุณภาพ รวบรวมและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากการศึกษาเอกสารและ
จากภาคสนามโดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกจากผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญจนสามารถวิเคราะห์ในเชิงตรรกะและนํา
การวิจัยแบบเชิงทดลอง เป็นส่วนเสริมให้เกิดความน่าเชื่อถือในเชิงประจักษ์ยิ่งขึ้น โดยระบบ
สารสนเทศแบบบูรณาการถูกวิเคราะห์และออกแบบข้อมูลให้สอดคล้องกับโครงสร้างและภารกิจ
ของหน่วยงานในสายงานบริหาร (บร) ของสำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติ โดยผู้วิจัยสรุปผลการวิจัย ดังนี้
ด้วยโครงสร้างและภารกิจของหน่วยงานในสายงานบริหาร (บร) เป็นลักษณะเฉพาะทาง
มีความแตกต่างกันโดยสิ้นเชิง ภายใต้เงื่อนไขและข้อจำกัดของหน่วยทำให้การนำข้อมูลของหน่วยมาใช้
เพื่อการวิเคราะห์และการบริการมีรูปแบบที่แตกต่างกันและไม่เป็นมาตรฐานเดียวกัน (Nonstandard)
จึงต้องวิเคราะห์และออกแบบระบบฐานข้อมูลและการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศที่มีความสอดคล้องกับ
โครงสร้างและภารกิจของหน่วยงานในสายงานบริหาร (บร) รวมถึงความต้องการของผู้ปฏิบัติงาน
โดยตรง เพื่อเป็นเครื่องมือช่วยในการปฏิบัติงานให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผล ดังนั้น
การพัฒนาระบบฐานข้อมูลขนาดใหญ่ (Big data) และพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศที่รวบรวมข้อมูลของ
หน่วยในสายงานบริหาร (บร) และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงบริหารให้แก่ผู้บังคับบัญชาได้ตัดสินใจจึงเป็น
แนวทางการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศแบบบูรณาการในสายงานบริหาร (บร) ของสำนักงานตำรวจ
แห่งชาติข

Title Developing Channels of the Integrated Information System in the
Administrative Function of the Royal Thai Police

The research on developing channels of the integrated information system
in the administrative function of the Royal Thai Police aims to study causes and
problems and analyze the effectiveness of information systems to set the appropriate
developing channels of the integrated information system in line with the information
strategy of the Royal Thai Police. The research method used are qualitative research
that collected and analyzed data from research studies, written documents and field
studies using in-depth interviews among significant contributors for a logical analysis
and experimental research to create more empirical credibility. The analysis and
developing design of the integrated information system is in line with the structures
and responsibilities of the offices in the administrative function of the Royal Thai Police.
The findings of the research are as follows:
The structures and responsibilities of the offices in the administrative
function are completely different. With conditions and limitations of offices, the use of
data for analysis and service purposes are different and not standardized.
(Nonstandard). Therefore, it is necessary to analyze and design the database systems
and the development of information systems in line with detailed structures and
responsibilities of the offices in the administrative function, and requirements of direct
operators, which will be an instrument in performing efficient and effective tasks.
Consequently, the development of big data system, the information system that
gathers information of each office in the administrative function, and the executive
data analysis are essential for the policy maker to develop an integrated information
system in the administrative function of the Royal Thai Police.ค
