เรื่อง แนวทางเสริมสร้างคุณลักษณะทหาร ส าหรับนักเรียนนายสิบทหารบก
ลักษณะวิชา การทหาร

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาแนวความคิดในการเสริมสร้างคุณลักษณะทหาร
ของกองทัพบก วิเคราะห์สภาพแวดล้อมในการจัดการฝึกอบรมหลักสูตรนักเรียนนายสิบทหารบก และ
เสนอแนวทางการเสริมสร้างคุณลักษณะทหารส าหรับนักเรียนนายสิบทหารบก ที่เหมาะสมสอดคล้อง
กับความต้องการของกองทัพบก โดยท าการรวบรวมข้อมูลทุติยภูมิจากแหล่งข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องและ
รวบรวมข้อมูลปฐมภูมิจากการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่เกี่ยวข้อง และน าข้อมูลที่รวบรวม
ได้มาท าการวิเคราะห์ประกอบกับแนวคิดทฤษฎีที่เกี่ยวข้อง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
๑. กองทัพบกมีแนวคิดในการเสริมสร้างคุณลักษณะทหารของกองทัพบก เพื่อสร้าง
ทหารอาชีพที่มีศักยภาพและขีดความสามารถในการปฏิบัติภารกิจของกองทัพบกได้ตามเป้าหมาย
โดยก าหนดแนวทางในการเสริมสร้างคุณลักษณะทหารของกองทัพบกไว้๒ ประการ คือ
การเปลี่ยนแปลงทัศนคติโดยการสื่อสาร และการเปลี่ยนแปลงทัศนคติโดยใช้อิทธิพลทางสังคม
๒. สภาพแวดล้อมในการฝึกอบรมหลักสูตรนักเรียนนายสิบทหารบก ประกอบด้วย
จุดแข็ง : เป็นหลักสูตรหลักในการผลิตนายทหารประทวนของกองทัพบก มีการ
ฝึกอบรมที่มุ่งเน้นทักษะความช านาญและทักษะถ่ายทอดให้กับผู้อื่น และมีครูอาจารย์ที่มีความพร้อม
ในการจัดการฝึกอบรมหลักสูตรนักเรียนนายสิบทหารบก
จุดอ่อน : ครูอาจารย์ขาดแรงจูงใจในการปรับปรุงพัฒนารูปแบบการฝึกอบรม
หลักสูตรนักเรียนนายสิบทหารบก และขาดความร่วมมือกับภาคประชาชนในการสนับสนุนการ
ฝึกอบรม
โอกาส : ผู้บังคับบัญชาระดับสูงให้ความส าคัญและมีการติดตามก ากับดูแลอย่าง
ต่อเนื่อง เป็นสถานศึกษาที่เป็นศูนย์รวมจิตในของนายทหารประทวนของกองทัพบก และผู้เข้ารับ
การศึกษาผ่านการฝึกอบรมและปลูกฝังคุณลักษณะทหารมาแล้ว
อุปสรรค : ขาดความพร้อมทางด้านสิ่งอุปกรณ์และเทคโนโลยีที่ทันสมัย เพื่อรองรับ
การจัดการฝึกอบรมรูปแบบใหม่ และการแพร่ระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา (COVID-19) ส่งผล
ต่อการฝึกปฏิบัติของผู้เข้ารับการอบรม
๓. แนวทางการเสริมสร้างคุณลักษณะทหารส าหรับนักเรียนนายสิบทหารบก
เพื่อเสริมสร้างคุณลักษณะทหารที่ส าคัญ ๓ ด้าน คือ ด้านอุดมการณ์ทหาร ด้านภาวะผู้น าทางทหารข
และด้านความเป็นครูทหาร ซึ่งก าหนดกลยุทธ์ในการเสริมสร้างคุณลักษณะทหารส าหรับนักเรียนนาย
สิบทหารบก แบ่งออกเป็น ๔ กลยุทธ์ ประกอบด้วย
กลยุทธ์ที่ ๑ การพัฒนาหลักสูตรการฝึกอบรม เพื่อเสริมสร้างคุณลักษณะทหาร
ส าหรับนักเรียนนายสิบทหารบก
กลยุทธ์ที่ ๒ การพัฒนาศักยภาพครู อาจารย์และกระบวนการฝึกอบรมเพื่อเสริมสร้าง
คุณลักษณะทหารส าหรับนักเรียนนายสิบทหารบก
กลยุทธ์ที่ ๓ การจัดกิจกรรมเพื่อเสริมสร้างคุณลักษณะทหารส าหรับนักเรียนนายสิบ
ทหารบก
กลยุทธ์ที่ ๔ การพัฒนาสิ่งอุปกรณ์และเครื่องช่วยฝึกเพื่อใช้ในการเสริมสร้าง
คุณลักษณะทหารส าหรับนักเรียนนายสิบทหารบก

Abstract
Title Guidelines for Enhancing Military Attributes for the Army NonCommissioned Officer Students

This research aims to explore the concept of enhancing military attributes
for the Royal Thai Army soldiers, analysis of the environment in the management of
the Army Non-Commissioned Officer Student training course and propose guidelines
for enhancing military attributes for the Army Non-Commissioned Officer students
appropriate in accordance with the needs of the Royal Thai Army. Collecting
secondary data from relevant sources and collecting primary information from indepth interviews with relevant expert. The collected data were analyzed together
with the relevant theoretical concepts. The results of the research found that:
1. The Royal Thai Army has an idea of enhancing military attributes for
the Royal Thai Army soldiers to create a professional soldier with potential and
capability in performing the Royal Thai Army's mission according to the goals. There
are two guidelines for enhancing military attributes for the Royal Thai Army soldiers,
including changing attitudes through communication and changing attitudes using
social influence.
2. The training environment for the Army Non-Commissioned Officer
student training course consists of
Strengths: It is the main course in the production of the Army NonCommissioned Officers, training is focused on proficiency and transferable skills and
there are teachers who are capable of management of the Army Non-Commissioned
Officer student training course.
Weakness: Teachers lack motivation to improve and develop the
training model of the Army Non-Commissioned Officer student training course and
lack of cooperation with the public sector in supporting training.ง
Opportunity: High-level supervisors give importance and have continuous
monitoring and supervision, it is an educational institution that is the center of the
mind of the Army Non-Commissioned Officers and the trainees have been trained and
instilled in military attributes.
Threats: Lack of readiness of equipment and modern technology to
support new training management and the spread of Corona virus disease (COVID-19)
affect the practice of trainees.
3. Guidelines for enhancing military attributes for the Army NonCommissioned Officer students to enhance the important attributes of the military in
3 areas: military ideology, military leadership and in terms of being a military teacher
by defining strategies for enhancing military attributes for the Army Non-Commissioned Officer
students, divided into 4 strategies as follows;
Strategy 1 Development of training courses to enhance military
attributes for the Army Non-Commissioned Officer students.
Strategy 2 Development of teacher Potential and the training process
to enhance military attributes for the Army Non-Commissioned Officer students.
Strategy 3 Organizing activities to enhance military attributes for the
Army Non-Commissioned Officer students.
Strategy 4 Development of equipment and tools to enhance military
attributes for the Army Non-Commissioned Officer students.
