เรื่อง แนวทางสร้างแรงจูงใจส าหรับนักเรียนนายสิบเหล่าทหารราบ ของโรงเรียน
ทหารราบ ศูนย์การทหารราบ ให้ตรงตามความต้องการของหน่วยก าลังรบ

ผู้วิจัยได้ก าหนด วัตถุประสงค์ในการวิจัย ๓ ประการ ได้แก่ ประการที่ ๑ เพื่อศึกษา
ปัจจัย ของนักเรียนนายสิบโรงเรียนทหารราบ ศูนย์การทหารราบในการเลือกหน่วยบรรจุ ประการที่ ๒
เพื่อศึกษามาตรฐานส าหรับนักเรียนนายสิบที่หน่วยก าลังรบต้องการ ส าหรับโรงเรียน ทหารราบ
เพื่อด าเนินการพัฒนานักเรียนนายสิบ ให้ตรงตามความต้องการของหน่วยให้มากที่สุด และประการที่ ๓
เพื่อให้ได้แนวทางการสร้างแรงจูงใจส าหรับนักเรียนนายสิบเหล่าทหารราบ ให้ตรง ตามความต้องการ
ของหน่วยก าลังรบอย่างแท้จริง โดยมีการวิจัยครั้งนี้ใช้ประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จากผู้มีส่วนได้
ส่วนเสีย (Stakeholders) ดังนี้๑. หน่วยทหารราบ ระดับกองพันทหารราบ จ านวน ๒๐ หน่วย
๒. ครูปกครอง และครูผู้สอนหลักสูตรนักเรียนนายสิบ ๓. นักเรียนนายสิบทหารราบ ๔. ผู้ปกครอง
ของนักเรียนนายสิบทหารราบ และขอบเขตเวลาที่ท าการศึกษา จะด าเนินการวิจัยเป็นเวลา ๘ เดือน
ตั้งแต่ เดือนพฤศจิกายน พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๔ ถึง เดือนมิถุนายน พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๕ ทั้งนี้รูปแบบการวิจัยเป็นการ
วิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ที่นักวิจัยจะต้องลงไปศึกษาสังเกต และการสัมภาษณ์แบบไม่เป็น
ทางการเป็นหลัก มีผลการวิจัย สรุปได้ดังนี้ปัจจัยของนักเรียนนายสิบของโรงเรียนทหารราบ
ศูนย์การทหารราบ ในการเลือกหน่วยในปัจจุบัน สรุปได้ดังนี้๑. ภูมิล าเนา ๒. เวลา ๓. สภาพร่างกาย
๔. ทัศนคติและ ๕. ความจ าเป็นอื่นๆ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นเรื่องครอบครัว พ่อแม่พี่น้อง เรื่องภรรยาหรือบุตร
ส่วนในด้าน คุณลักษณะของนักเรียนนายสิบที่หน่วยต้องการนั้น หน่วยมองว่า คุณธรรม จริยธรรม
ค่านิยม จิตส านึก สามารถอยู่ร่วมกับผู้อื่นในสังคมได้เป็นสิ่งที่มีความส าคัญมากที่สุด รองลงมาเป็น
เรื่องของความรู้และทักษะอื่นๆ ส่วนแนวทางการสร้างแรงจูงใจส าหรับนักเรียนนายสิบเหล่าทหารราบ
ให้ตรงตามความต้องการของหน่วยก าลังรบอย่างแท้จริง สรุปได้ว่า ในการใช้การเลือกหน่วยแบบใหม่
ของนักเรียนนายสิบ โรงเรียนทหารราบ ศูนย์การทหารราบนั้น เป็นรูปแบบที่ดีท าให้หน่วยรบได้รับ
นักเรียนน ายสิบที่มีคุณภ าพ มีคว ามรู้ ทักษะและคุณลักษณะต รงต ามที่หน่วยต้องก า ร
โดยสามารถเป็นรูปแบบที่ใช้ได้ทั้งกองทัพบก

Abstract
Title Motivational Guidelines for Infantry Corps of the infantry school, Infantry

The researcher has defined 3 research objectives as follows: Firstly, to
study the factors of infantry school cadets, infantry center for the selection of
manned units. Second, to study the standards for cadets required by the combat
forces for the infantry school to develop the cadet to meet the needs of the unit as
much as possible. And thirdly, in order to get a guideline for creating incentives for
infantry cadets to meet the real needs of the combat forces. This research uses the
population and a sample of the stakeholders as follows : 1. Infantry unit, infantry
battalion 20 units 2. Administrative teacher and sergeant course teacher 3. Infantry
sergeant student 4. Parents of infantry sergeant students. The scope of study time
will be conducted for 8 months from November 2021 to June 2022. However, this
research model is a qualitative research. that researchers will have to study and
observe and mainly informal interviews. The results of the research can be
summarized as follows : The factors of the cadets of the infantry school infantry
center to select the current unit. They can be summarized as follows: 1. domicile,
2. time, 3. physical condition, 4. attitude, and 5. other necessities whether it is family
parents, siblings Regarding or the wife or child. As for the characteristics of the cadet
students that the unit needs, the unit views that morality, ethics, values, and
consciousness can coexist with others in society as the most important thing
followed by knowledge and other skills. The motivational guidelines for infantry
corps to truly meet the needs of the combat units is a good pattern. This allows the
combat unit to receive qualified sergeants with the knowledge, skills and attributes
that the unit needs. It can be a form that can be used by both the Army.
