Abstract
Research Title : The Guidelines for the management of nursing personnel to
increase the efficiency providing hospital under the Army.

This research the guidelines for the management of nursing personnel to
increase the efficiency of hospital services under the Army. The purpose is to study
the administrative problems and suggested solutions to the management of nursing
personnel in the Department of the Army. The content of the research relationship
between specific management practices in government guidelines. Demographic data
sample of Phramongkutklao Hospital, Rajvithi Hospital and the Police Hospital.
Research methodology was a collection of secondary data from various sources and
primary data from in-depth interviews. Data were analyzed using content analysis and
interpretation of data from the interview. The results were as follows:
1. Management of nursing personnel structure, chain of command as management
practices as well as the general officers of the army. 2. Management of such a result
show no progress in the career planning and development. That coursing is the loss
out of the profession, so that cannot create incentives the commitment and loyalty
to the organization. 3. The solution adopt the guidelines and regulations of the
hospital's Department of Health and Hospitals include requiring police to deploy a
position to increase - decrease in itself (the merger), and rules for the individual
assessment. That promoted to include an assessment of the individual properties
features guest performance ago. The academic or professional or academic
performance feedback. This research has the suggestion to use the same criteria for
management personnel to the Police Hospital. Which is the similar procedures and
the officials with the rank.
