เรื่อง แนวทางการใช้บทเพลงปลูกฝังเด็ก เยาวชน ให้รักชาติ

การศึกษาเรื่อง แนวทางการใช้บทเพลงปลูกฝังเด็ก เยาวชน ให้รักชาติมีวัตถุประสงค์
เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาการใช้บทเพลงในการปลูกฝังเด็กเยาวชนให้รักชาติ ศาสน์ กษัตริย์ของโรงเรียน
ในปัจจุบัน 2) ศึกษาปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการน าบทเพลงไปใช้ในโรงเรียน 3) เสนอแนวทางการใช้
บทเพลงในการปลูกฝังเด็กและเยาวชนให้รักชาติ ศาสน์ กษัตริย์รวบรวมข้อมูลจากการศึกษาต ารา
หลักสูตรการเรียนการสอนของโรงเรียนอนุบาลถึงประถมศึกษา และสัมภาษณ์ครูสอนดนตรีกับ
ผู้ปกครองเฉพาะเขตการศึกษาภาคกลางระดับชั้นอนุบาล 10 แห่ง ระดับชั้นประถม 10 แห่ง
วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Context Analysis) และการวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบ และ
สังเคราะห์ข้อมูลทฤษฎีที่เกี่ยวข้อง สรุปผลการวิจัยได้ ดังนี้
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การใช้บทเพลงในการสร้างส านึกให้เด็กเยาวชนรักษาชาตินั้น
บทเพลงที่ใช้เป็นเพลงลักษณะปลุกใจ เพราะเพลงปลุกใจมีพลังส าคัญท าให้คนฟังรู้สึกคึกคัก ให้รู้สึก
รักชาติสามารถให้อารมณ์ละเมียดละไมฟังแล้วเกิดอารมณ์คล้อยตามได้ 2) บทเพลงการเสนอบทเพลง
ในแนวเพลงสร้างส านึกมีองค์ประกอบที่ส าคัญประกอบด้วยคีตกวีคือผู้เสนอความคิด จินตนาการ
อารมณ์ และความรู้สึก ประกอบขึ้นเป็นเนื้อร้อง ท านอง แล้วน ามาบรรเลงด้วยเครื่องดนตรี 3)
สถานศึกษาต่างๆ ทั้งระดับอนุบาล-ประถม-มัธยม-รวมถึงผู้ปกครองเด็กที่เป็นประชาชนโดยทั่วไปและ
ส่วนราชการจะเปิดรับสื่อและใช้สื่อที่เป็นบทเพลงปลุกใจในการสร้างส านึกให้คนรักชาตินั้น จะใช้
เปิดรับบทเพลงที่มีคุณลักษณะคือใช้บทเพลงที่มีท านองไพเราะเสนาะหูและมีความหมายที่ดี
ข้อเสนอแนะ 1) ระดับนโยบาย ก าหนดนโยบายด้านการพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ในทุก
ช่วงวัย ตั้งแต่ปฐมวัยจนถึงทุก ๆ ช่วงวัย ก าหนดให้มีการจัดกิจกรรมด้านจิตสาธารณะ โดยก าหนดให้
มีการใช้บทเพลงที่สร้างส านึกรักชาติมาเป็นสื่อในการสร้างส านึกในกิจกรรมวันส าคัญต่าง ๆ ของ
ประเทศ 2) ระดับปฏิบัติการ บูรณาการสถานศึกษาทั่วประเทศให้มีการน าบทเพลงปลูกฝังเด็กและ
เยาวชนมาใช้ในการเรียนการสอน การท ากิจกรรมเคลื่อนไหว ตามเสียงเพลงและเสียงดนตรีให้เป็นไป
ตามแนวทางเดียวกันต่อไป 3) เพื่อใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งต่อไป ควรมีการศึกษาวิจัยด้านการสนับสนุนการ
สร้างบทเพลงที่สร้างสรรค์สังคม และการปลูกฝังจิตใจคนตั้งแต่ปฐมวัยถึงทุกช่วงวัย
“. .ศิลปะการดนตรี การเพลง การแสดงนั้นเป็นสิ่งที่ส าคัญ ส าหรับบุคคลทุกคนจะเป็น
ในประเทศไทยหรือต่างประเทศที่ไหนก็ตาม ก็ถือว่าดนตรีคือการแสดง ถือว่าเพลงเป็นส่วนส าคัญ
เพราะเป็นการแสดงออกมาซึ่งจิตใจ ที่มีอยู่ในตัว จิตใจนั้นจะมีอย่างไร เพลงหรือการแสดงดนตรี หรือ
การแสดงภาพยนตร์ แสดงละคร ก็ได้แสดงออกซึ่งความคิด หมายถึง ความดีที่มีอยู่ในตัวได้ทั้งนั้น. . .”

Title Guidelines for using songs to instill children and youth to love
the Country

The study of guidelines for using songs to instill children and youth to love
the country aimed to 1) study the use of songs to instill children and youth to love the
country, religions and monarchy of schools at present, 2) study problems and obstacles in
the implementation of the song in schools and 3) proposed guidelines for the use of
songs in instilling children and youth to love the country, religions and monarchy.
Researcher had collected information from the study of textbooks, the curriculum of
school from kindergarten to primary school, including interview with the music
teachers and parents from 10 kindergartens and 10 elementary schools in the Central
Educational Service Area. Data were analyzed by using content analysis and
comparative analysis and synthesized relevant theoretical information. The research
results were summarized as follows.
The results of the research were as follows: 1 ) using songs to create
awareness for children and youth to love the country, should be a soul-stirring song
that could arouse people to feel energetic and patriotic causing a compliant mood,
2 ) the presentation of the songs to create awareness, consisted of an important
component namely a composer, that was the one who proposed an idea, emotional
imagination and feeling made up of lyrics, melodies and then played with an
instrument, 3 ) educational institutions all kindergarten - elementary - high school -
including parents and children who were the public and government agencies will
expose to the song with a sweet melody and a good meaning.
The researcher had suggested that 1) policy level, set a policy for human
resource development from early childhood to all ages, forming public mind
activities and using soul-stirring song as a medium to create a patriotic awareness in
the important activities of the country, 2) operational level, integrate educational
institutions across the country to use soul-stirring music to instill children and youth
in their teaching and learning, doing movement activities with music to follow the
same guidelines, 3) for future research use, there should be research on supporting
the creation of social constructive songs and implanting the minds of people from
early childhood to all ages.ง

performance and took music as an important part. Because it expresses the mind, in
ourselves. How will that mind be? Music or musical performance or movies or
theatrical performances, which could express the ideas. It meant goodness that exists
