Research study Factors affecting construction projects of government
agencies. The objective is to study the impact on the procurement process.
in construction project by government agencies using electronic bidding ( e – Bidding)
and suggest ways to solve problems. In order to speed up the construction project
and efficiency in procurement operations without contravention of the act. As well
as other relevant laws to avoid any impact on each process of the construction project.
This research suggestion should not be considered with the lowest bid alone. Other
elements should also be considered also prepare a manual for conducting procurement.
The government's procurement to promote learning as well as raising awareness
of personnel to be aware of the principles of good governance in operation and
improve the technology system for high efficiency in order to implement the
procurement for the highest benefits to the government.
