The purpose of this research is to study the integration of personnel
management to support the 20 year Air Force strategy by studying the theories related
to personnel management and Air Force strategy. The researcher interviewed the
Air Force personnel management experts. Including studying the best practices of
Government agencies and synthesizing in order to get guidelines for the integration of
personnel management to support the 20-year Air Force strategy. The research found
that Managing people in the midst of a rapid change and intense competition creating
the concept of strategic human resource management to integrate human resource
management policies in accordance with the organization's strategic plan. From the
study of the best practice of Government agencies, they are informed of the steps and
processes in the formulation of a strategic plan for bully management. Can be applied
to integrate the work according to the personnel management cycle of the Air Force.
Analyzing the current status of personnel management of the Air Force can be
analyzed to determine issues that should be considered in the preparation of the plan /
project. Recommendations The Air Force should develop a strategic personnel
management system. Define recipients like to proceed Communicate and understand
personnel at different levels of personnel to recognize the importance of creating a
personnel service strategy Brainstorming the parties involved in the preparation of the
plan / project covering each issue to enable personnel management and drive the
Air Force strategy into action with efficiency.
