เรื่อง ขยะพลาสติกรีไซเคิลกับการพัฒนาธุรกิจสีเขียวที่ยั่งยืน
ลักษณะวิชา วิทยาศาสตร และเทคโนโลยี
ผูวิจัย นายพีระศักดิ์ ศรีรุ$งสุขจินดา หลักสูตร วปอ. รุนที่ 61
งานวิจัยฉบับนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค เพื่อศึกษาถึงการได0มาของขยะพลาสติกที่นํามาใช0ในการ
ผลิตเม็ดพลาสติกและเส0นใยพลาสติกเพื่อศึกษาถึงแนวทางในการบริหารจัดการขยะพลาสติกได0อย$าง
เป7นรูปธรรม และเพื่อเสนอแนะแนวทางในการพัฒนาการผลิตพลาสติกรีไซเคิลเพื่อนําไปสู$การพัฒนา
ธุรกิจสีเขียวที่ยั่งยืน ซึ่งในป9จจุบันประเภทของธุรกิจขยะรีไซเคิลที่เป7นธุรกิจสําคัญที่น$าจับตามอง
สําหรับประเทศไทยคือธุรกิจเม็ดพลาสติกรีไซเคิล เนื่องจากเม็ดพลาสติกรีไซเคิลมีราคาถูกกว$าเม็ด
พลาสติกใหม$ที่ถูกนําไปใช0เป7นวัตถุดิบในหลายอุตสาหกรรมโดยเฉพาะอุตสาหกรรมสิ่งทอ และป9จจุบัน
ได0มีการนําแนวคิดสีเขียวมาใช0ในการดําเนินธุรกิจในหลายลักษณะ เช$น นําน้ําที่ผ$านการบําบัดแล0วกลับมา
ใช0ใหม$ การใช0ไฟฟ>าที่ผลิตจากแผงโซล$าเซลล ที่ติดตั้งบนหลังคา การนําเศษวัสดุเหลือใช0จากผลิตมาใช0
ในการผลิตพลังงาน เป7นต0น
ผลการวิจัยพบว$า แนวโน0มของธุรกิจสีเขียวนอกจากจะเติบโตมากขึ้นแล0ว ยังมี
แนวโน0มที่จะมีวิธีการใหม$ๆ ที่สร0างสรรค มากขึ้น ป9จจัยที่จะส$งเสริมให0ธุรกิจสีเขียวโตต$อได0และสร0าง
ผลประโยชน สู$สังคมโดยภาครัฐควรให0การสนับสนุนผ$านทางนโยบายส$งเสริมการลงทุนอย$างต$อเนื่อง มี
การสนับสนุนให0ภาคธุรกิจสามารถเข0าถึงแหล$งเงินทุนเพื่อนํามาใช0ในการต$อยอดธุรกิจ ลดการสนับสนุน
นโยบายอุดหนุนพลังงานน้ํามันเชื้อเพลิงและกAาซธรรมชาติ ซึ่งเป7นคู$แข$งหลักของพลังงานทดแทน อีกทั้ง
ควรส$งเสริม สนับสนุน ทุนและการวิจัยในการพัฒนาธุรกิจ ทั้งนี้เพื่อเป7นการส$งเสริมให0เกิดการวิจัยและ
พัฒนานวัตกรรมใหม$ๆ ที่เป7นมิตรต$อสิ่งแวดล0อม และเพื่อให0ภาคธุรกิจสามารถนําไปใช0ให0เกิดประโยชน ใน
เชิงพาณิชย ต$อไป และภาครัฐควรให0การสนับสนุนการลดหย$อนภาษี โดยการนําค$าใช0จ$ายในการทําวิจัย
และพัฒนา สามารถนํามาหักค$าใช0จ$ายของบริษัทได0 และผู0เข0าร$วมโครงการอบรมสัมมนาสามารถนํา
ค$าใช0จ$ายต$าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข0องนํามาลดหย$อนภาษีบุคคลธรรมดาได0 เพื่อเป7นแรงจูงใจที่ก$อให0เกิดการพัฒนา
และต$อยอดได0
ธุรกิจการรีไซเคิลพลาสติกจึงเป7นอีกธุรกิจหนึ่งที่สามารถช$วยประเทศในการนําพลาสติก
ที่เหลือใช0กลับมาผลิตเป7นเม็ดพลาสติกชนิดต$าง ๆ และสามารถนํากลับมาผลิตเป7นผลิตภัณฑ นํา
กลับมาใช0ใหม$ ก$อให0เกิดรายได0แก$ภาคธุรกิจ ภาคประชาชนทั้งทางตรงและทางอ0อม สามารถสร0าง
รายได0ที่สําคัญให0กับทั้งครัวเรือน องค กร และภาคธุรกิจระดับประเทศ อีกทั้งยังเป7นการช$วยรักษา
สิ่งแวดล0อม ส$งเสริมสร0างวินัยในการรักษาสิ่งแวดล0อม ปลูกฝ9งจิตสํานึกในการทิ้งขยะของประชาชน
จึงนับว$าเป7นธุรกิจหนึ่งที่ช$วยสนองนโยบายด0านสิ่งแวดล0อมของรัฐบาลในด0านการช$วยแก0ป9ญหา
การจัดการขยะอีกทางหนึ่ง และนําไปสู$การพัฒนาประเทศในเชิงธุรกิจที่สําคัญ จนนําไปสู$ธุรกิจสีเขียว
ที่ยังยืนได0อย$างมั่นคง

recycling plastic business. Because recycled plastic pellets are cheaper than new
