การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค3 1) เพื่อศึกษาการพัฒนาประสิทธิผลดานการอานออกเขียน
ไดของเด็กไทยดวยรูปแบบ PATANA Model 2) เพื่อวิเคราะห3การพัฒนาประสิทธิผลดานการอาน
ออกเขียนไดของเด็กไทย โดยใชรูปแบบ PATANAModel3) เพื่อใหขอเสนอแนะการพัฒนา
ประสิทธิผลดานการอานออกเขียนไดของเด็กไทย ดวยรูปแบบ PATANAModel กลุมตัวอยางที่ใชใน
การศึกษาในครั้งนี้ ประกอบดวย 1) ผูบริหาร โรงเรียนสังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา
ประถมศึกษาปทุมธานีเขต 1 จํานวน 103 คน 2) คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษา โรงเรียนในสังกัด
สํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 1 จํานวน 103 คน และ 3) ครูผูสอนกลุม
สาระการเรียนรูภาษาไทย ชั้นประถมศึกษาปDที่ 1 โรงเรียนสังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา
ประถมศึกษาปทุมธานีเขต 1 จํานวน 103 คน เครื่องมือที่ใชในการศึกษาเปEนแบบประเมินมาตราสวน
ประมาณคา (Rating Scale) 5 ระดับ โดยการประเมินคุณภาพ 4 ดาน คือ 1) ดานการบริหารจัดการ
2) ดานการจัดการเรียนรู 3) ดานการมีสวนรวมของผู เกี่ยวของ และ 4) ดานการจัดกิจกรรมสงเสริม
การอาน และวิเคราะห3ขอมูลดวยเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร3โดยใชโปรแกรมสําเร็จรูป SPSS
ผลการวิจัยพบวา 1)ดานการบริหารจัดการ ระดับคุณภาพที่มีตอการพัฒนาประสิทธิผล
ดานการอานออกเขียนไดของเด็กไทย ดวยรูปแบบ PATANA Model มีคุณภาพระดับมากที่สุด ( X =
4.52, S.D.= 0.62) และมีความพึงพอใจระดับมากที่สุด ( X = 4.50, S.D.= 0.64) 2)ดานการจัดการ
เรียนรู ระดับคุณภาพที่มีตอการพัฒนาประสิทธิผลดานการอานออกเขียนไดของเด็กไทย ดวยรูปแบบ
PATANA Model มีคุณภาพระดับมากที่สุด ( X = 4.54, S.D.= 0.64) และมีความพึงพอใจระดับมาก
ที่สุด ( X = 4.53, S.D.= 0.66) 3)ดานการมีสวนรวมของผูเกี่ยวของ ระดับคุณภาพที่มีตอการพัฒนา
ประสิทธิผลดานการอานออกเขียนไดของเด็กไทย ดวยรูปแบบ PATANA Model มีคุณภาพระดับมาก
ที่สุด ( X = 4.56, S.D.= 0.62) และมีความพึงพอใจระดับมากที่สุด ( X = 4.56, S.D.= 0.62) 4)ดาน
การจัดกิจกรรมสงเสริมการอาน ระดับคุณภาพที่มีตอการพัฒนาประสิทธิผลดานการอานออกเขียนได
ของเด็กไทย ดวยรูปแบบ PATANA Model มีคุณภาพระดับมากมากที่สุด ( X = 4.55, S.D.= 0.63)
และมีความพึงพอใจระดับมากที่สุด ( X = 4.56, S.D.= 0.64)5)สรุปรวมทั้ง 4 ดาน ระดับคุณภาพที่มีตอข
การพัฒนาประสิทธิผลดานการอานออกเขียนไดของเด็กไทย ดวยรูปแบบ PATANA Model สรุป
รวมทั้ง 4 ดานมีคุณภาพระดับมากที่สุด ( X = 4.54, S.D.= 0.63) และมีความพึงพอใจสรุปรวมทั้ง 4
ดานระดับมากที่สุด ( X = 4.55, S.D.= 0.64)
ขอเสนอแนะในการวิจัยครั้งตอไป 1) ควรทําการศึกษาการพัฒนาประสิทธิผลดานการ
อานออกเขียนไดของเด็กไทย ดวยรูปแบบ PATANAModel กับโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาอื่นที่มีบริบท
และสภาพแวดลอมที่ตางกับโรงเรียนในสังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานีเขต
12) ควรทําการศึกษาเปรียบเทียบประสิทธิผลดานการอานออกเขียนไดของเด็กไทยดวยรูปแบบ
PATANA Model กับโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาสังกัดอื่นในจังหวัดปทุมธานีและ3) การนํารูปแบบ
PATANA Model ในการพัฒนาคุณภาพงานหรือจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรูในดานอื่นๆ และศึกษาผลที่
เกิดขึ้นจากการนํารูปแบบ PATANA Model ไปใช ค

Abstract
TitleThe development of the literacy effectiveness of Thai children

The objectives of this study were 1) To study the development of the
literacy effectiveness of Thai children with PATANA Model 2) To analyze the
development of literacy effectiveness of Thai children using PATANA Model 3) Give
sample recommendations on how to improve the literacy effectiveness in reading
and writing of Thai children with the PATANA Model format. The group used in this
study consist of 1) Classroom administration under the Pathumthani Primary
Educational Service Area Office, Area 1 has the number of 103 persons. 2) The School
Board Schools under the Office of Pathumthani Primary Education from Area 1 has
103 persons. And 3) Teachers of Thai language learning strands for Grade 1 schools
under the Office of Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Area 1 has 103 persons.
The instrument used in the study has a rating scale of 5 and it has only 4 quality
assessment. Example; 1) The aspect of Management 2) Learning management 3)
Participation of the group that is related to the said work, And to involved to the 4)
Activities for reading promotion and analyzing using a computer program called
“SPSS program”.
The research found that 1) Managing the quality level towards the
development of literacy effectiveness of Thai children “PATANA Model” has the
highest level of quality ( X = 4.52, SD = 0.62) and the highest satisfaction level is ( X =
4.50, SD = 0.64 ) 2)Learning management The quality level towards the development
of literacy of Thai children with PATANA Model has the highest level quality of ( X =
4.54, SD = 0.64) and the highest level of satisfaction is ( X = 4.53, SD = 0.66 3)
Participation of related parties, The level of quality towards the development of
literacy of Thai children with PATANA Model has the highest level quality of ( X = ง
4.56, SD = 0.62) and the highest level of satisfaction is ( X = 4.56, SD = 0.62 4)
Activities for reading promotion The level of quality towards the development of
literacy of Thai children with PATANA Model has the highest level quality of ( X =
4.55, SD = 0.63) and the highest level of satisfaction is ( X = 4.56, SD = 0.64) 5) The
summary of the 4 aspects of quality level in the development of the literacy
effectiveness of Thai children with PATANA Model format, including 4 aspects, with
the highest quality of ( X = 4.54, SD = 0.63) The satisfaction of the highest level is ( X
= 4.55, S.D. = 0.64).
Suggestions for further research 1) We should study the development of
the literacy effectiveness of Thai children with PATANA Model and other primary
schools with different contexts and environments with schools under the
Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 2) Should study and compare
the effectiveness of Thai literacy in the form of PATANA Model with other primary
schools in Pathumthani Province 3) the introduction of PATANA Model in the
development of work quality or learning activities in other and study the effect of
using PATANA Model format.
