บทคัดย่อ:
การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Method) มีวัตถุประสงค์ดังนี้
๑) เพื่อศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมของเยาวชนในการจัดการขยะของชุมชนหลักทรัพย์ธานี ๒) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัย
ที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการขยะของเยาวชน ในชุมชนหลักทรัพย์ธานี ประชากร คือ
เยาวชนที่มีอายุ ๑๒ ปี ถึง ๒๒ ปี อาศัยในพื้นที่ชุมชนหลักทรัพย์ธานี จำนวน ๕๐ คน ซึ่งประชากร
มีขนาดเล็ก จึงสามารถเก็บข้อมูลกลุ่มตัวอย่างจากประชากรทั้งหมดได้ และมีการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ให้ข้อมูล
จำนวน ๖ คน ได้แก่ กำนัน จำนวน ๑ คน ผู้ช่วยผู้ใหญ่บ้าน จำนวน ๑ คน ผู้ปกครอง จำนวน ๓ คน
และผู้นำเยาวชน จำนวน ๑ คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย จำนวน ๒ เครื่องมือ ได้แก่ ๑) แบบสอบถาม
และ ๒) แบบสัมภาษณ์สำหรับการสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งโครงสร้าง สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ
ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน
ซึ่งผลการวิจัยพบว่า
๑. หลังให้ความรู้ความเข้าใจ เยาวชนมีองค์ความรู้และการมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการขยะ
เพิ่มขึ้น สามารถทำแบบสอบถามได้ถูกต้อง และเมื่อสังเกตจากพฤติกรรมการจัดกิจกรรมการจัดการ
ขยะให้กับเยาวชนชุมชนหลักทรัพย์ธานี ส่งผลให้เยาวชนเกิดการพึ่งพาตนเอง พัฒนาความรู้
ความเข้าใจ และความตระหนักวิธีการในการกำจัดขยะ
๒. ความรู้ความเข้าใจในการจัดการขยะของชุมชนกับการมีส่วนร่วมของเยาวชน
มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวก ซึ่งจะเห็นได้จากพฤติกรรมที่เยาวชนแสดงออกหลังจากการจัดกิจกรรม
การจัดการขยะที่มีผู้ให้ความรู้ และมีส่วนร่วมจากประชาชนในชุมชน ส่งผลให้เยาวชนเริ่มการคัดแยก
ขยะในครัวเรือน หากเป็นขยะแห้งที่สามารถนำกลับมาใช้ใหม่และจำหน่ายได้ ส่วนการดำเนินงาน
ของชุมชนหลักทรัพย์ธานี จังหวัดปทุมธานีสามารถจัดการขยะได้โดยถือว่ามีความสำเร็จในระดับหนึ่ง
เยาวชนในชุมชนมีการคัดแยกขยะภายในครัวเรือนและมีการจัดการกันเองภายใน ชุม ชน
มีการลดการใช้ถุงพลาสติก มาใช้ตะกร้าหรือถุงผ้าแทน ทำให้สิ่งแวดล้อมดีขึ้น ค่าใช้จ่ายลดลง
จากการปรับเปลี่ยนค่านิยมในการบริโภค รวมทั้งการมีผู้นำที่เข้มแข็งและมากความสามารถ
ซึ่งเป็นปัจจัยสำคัญในกระบวนการและชุมชนมีความเข้มแข็งสามารถเรียนรู้และนำองค์ความรู้ใหม่
ที่เกิดจากประสบการณ์การทำงานร่วมกันไปใช้แก้ปัญหาอื่น ๆ ได้
abstract:
This research is qualitative method. The purposes of this research are
1) to study Youth Participation in Waste Management of Lak Sap Thani Community,
and 2) to factors influencing Youth Participation in Waste Management of Lak Sap
Thani Community. Population is youth aged 12 to 22 years living in the area of Lak Sap
Thani Community, Pathum Thani Province. The samples consisted of 50 people which
the population is small. Therefore, sample data can be collected from the entire
population. Have an interview with information providers consisted of 6 people; village
headman of 1 people, assistant village headman of 1 person, guardian of
3 people and youth leader of 1 people. The instruments for gathering data were
1) Questionnaire and 2) Semi-structured Interview Form. The statistics employed for
data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard Deviation and Pearson
product-moment correlation coefficient. The results were concluded that
1. After understanding, Youth have increased knowledge and participation
in waste management. Able to complete the questionnaire correctly and when
observed from the behavior of waste management activities for youths in Lak Sap
Thani community as a result, youth arise from self-reliance, develop knowledge,
understanding and awareness of waste disposal methods.
2. There was a positive relationship between community waste management
knowledge and youth participation. This can be seen from the behavior shown by the
youth after organizing waste management activities with knowledgeable people and
participation from people in the community. As a result, youth started by separating
household waste. Operations of Lak Sap Thani Community, Pathum Thani Province,
able to manage waste with some degree of success Youth in the community have
their own household waste sorting and management within the community. There is a
reduction in the use of plastic bags. Instead, use a basket or cloth bag and make good
environment. Including having strong and competent leaders which is an important
factor in the process and that the community is strong, able to learn and apply new
knowledge gained from the experience of working together to solve other problems.
