บทคัดย่อ:
งานวิจัยเรื่อง การพัฒนาการมีส่วนร่วมของเยาวชนในการปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมการใช้
สารเคมีกำจัดศัตรูพืชของเกษตรกร มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและปัญหาการใช้สารเคมี
ในด้านการเกษตร และเพื่อพัฒนานักเรียนให้มีส่วนร่วมในการปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมการใช้สารเคมี
กำจัดศัตรูพืชของเกษตรกร เป็นการศึกษาเกี่ยวกับการใช้สารเคมีในการทำการเกษตรของเกษตรกร
บ้านแสนสุข ตำบลคลองน้ำใส อำเภออรัญประเทศ จังหวัดสระแก้ว โดยมีวิธีดำเนินการวิจัย แบ่งเป็น
3 ระยะ ได้แก่ ระยะที่ 1 การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับพฤติกรรมการใช้สารเคมีกำจัดศัตรูพืชของ
เกษตรกร ระยะที่ 2 การอบรมให้ความรู้กับนักเรียนเกี่ยวกับการปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมการใช้สารเคมี
กำจัดศัตรูพืชของเกษตรกร และระยะที่ 3 การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลการประเมินผลการดำเนินกิจกรรม
ผลการวิจัย ในระยะที่ 1 พบว่า เกษตรกรบ้านแสนสุขโดยภาพรวม มีพฤติกรรมการใช้สารเคมีกำจัด
ศัตรูพืชที่ถูกต้อง อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง แต่ยังมีพฤติกรรมการใช้สารเคมีกำจัดศัตรูพืชที่ไม่ถูกต้อง
ควรได้รับการให้ข้อมูลข่าวสารที่เกี่ยวกับการใช้สารเคมีกำจัดศัตรูพืชที่ถูกต้อง ในระยะที่ 2 พบว่า
นักเรียนมีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการใช้สารเคมีกำจัดศัตรูพืชที่ถูกต้อง อยู่ในระดับสูง หลังจากเข้า
รับการอบรมสามารถถ่ายทอดความรู้ได้รับจากการอบรมไปยังผู้ปกครอง เกษตรกร หรือบุคคลอื่น ๆ ได้
และยังพบว่า นักเรียนมีความพึงพอใจต่อการเข้าร่วมอบรมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ในระยะที่ 3 พบว่า
การดำเนินงานกิจกรรมการฝึกอบรม โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับดีเยี่ยม ทุกคนให้ความร่วมมือเป็นอย่าง
ดี จึงทำให้งานสำเร็จลุล่วงไปได้ด้วยดี ไม่มีอุปสรรคหรือปัญหาใด ๆ ซึ่งถือได้ว่าประสบความสำเร็จ

abstract:
Research on The development of youth participation in changing the behavior
of farmers using pesticides The objective is to study the current conditions
and problems of using chemicals in agriculture. And to develop students to participate
in changing the behavior of farmers using pesticides. This is a study about the use
of chemicals in agriculture of Ban San Suk farmers Klong Nam Sai Subdistrict
Aranyaprathet District Sa Kaeo Province. The research method is divided into 3 phases
as follows: Phase 1: Collecting data on the behavior of farmers using pesticides. Phase
2 : training to educate students about the behavioral change in the use of pesticides
by farmers. And the third phase, data collection, evaluation of activities. The results of
the research in Phase 1 revealed that Baan Saen Suk Farmers Overall The correct use
of pesticides was at a moderate level, but there is still the wrong behavior of using
pesticides Information about the correct use of pesticides should be provided. In the
second phase, it was found that students had a high level of knowledge
and understanding about the correct use of pesticides. After attending the training,
the knowledge gained from the training can be transferred to parents, farmers, or other
people. It was also found that the students were satisfied with the participation in the
training at the highest level. In Phase 3, it was found that the implementation of training
activities Overall, it is at an excellent level. Everyone cooperated very well. thus,
making the work accomplished well There are no obstacles or problems, which can
