บทคัดย่อ:
การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ ดังนี้ ๑) เพื่อศึกษาลักษณะของระบบเครดิตทางสังคม
บนฐานของพื้นที่เชิงนวัตกรรมในการเสริมสร้างคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ของนักเรียนในโครงการ
โรงเรียนสุจริต และ ๒) เพื่อสร้างแนวทางการใช้ระบบเครดิตทางสังคมบนฐานของพื้นที่เชิงนวัตกรรม
ในการเสริมสร้างคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ของนักเรียนในโครงการโรงเรียนสุจริต เครื่องมือที่ใช้ใน
การวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม และการสัมภาษณ์แบบไม่มีโครงสร้าง เกี่ยวกับแนวทางการใช้ระบบ
เครดิตทางสังคมบนฐานของพื้นที่เชิงนวัตกรรม ในการเสริมสร้างคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ของ
นักเรียนในโครงการโรงเรียนสุจริต สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย
ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมส าเร็จรูป ส่วนการวิเคราะห์กข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ
ใช้วิธีการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ลักษณะของระบบเครดิตทางสังคมบนฐานของพื้นที่เชิงนวัตกรรม
ในการเสริมสร้างคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ของนักเรียนในโครงการโรงเรียนสุจริต : กรณีศึกษา
โรงเรียนช านิพิทยาคม ส านักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ คุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์
ของนักเรียนในโครงการโรงเรียนสุจริต ความคาดหวังในภาพรวมอยู่ระดับมาก ( X = ๔.๒๓, S.D. = .๙๒)
ซึ่งมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ระหว่าง ๔.๒๒ – ๔.๒๙ และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานอยู่ระหว่าง .๙๐ - .๙๓ เมื่อ
พิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่ ๒ มีวินัย มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด ( X = ๔.๒๙, S.D. = .๙๐) และด้านที่ ๓
ซื่อสัตย์สุจริต มีค่าเฉลี่ย ( X = ๔.๒๙, S.D. = .๙๓) ส่วนรองลงมา คือ ด้านที่ ๕ จิตสาธารณะมี
ค่าเฉลี่ย ( X = ๔.๒๘, S.D. = .๙๓) ส่วนค่าเฉลี่ยต่ าสุด คือ ด้านที่ ๑ ทักษะการคิด ( X = ๔.๒๒,
S.D. = .๙๒) ซึ่งความคาดหวังอยู่ในระดับมาก
แนวทางการใช้ระบบเครดิตทางสังคมบนฐานของพื้นที่เชิงนวัตกรรม ในการเสริมสร้าง
คุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ของนักเรียนในโครงการโรงเรียนสุจริต : กรณีศึกษาโรงเรียนช านิพิทยาคม
ส านักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ ในด้านทักษะการคิด ด้านมีวินัย ด้านซื่อสัตย์สุจริต
ด้านความพอเพียง และด้านจิตสาธารณะ พบว่า พฤติกรรมที่แสดงออกเมื่อจ าแนกตามที่มาของ
พฤติกรรมที่แสดงออกได้ ๓ แนวทาง ได้แก่ ๑) การให้ความรู้ ประสบการณ์ การเรียนการสอน อบรม ข
และประชุม เป็นต้น ๒) การนิเทศ ติดตาม และ ๓) แบบอย่างที่ดี โดยสถานที่ในการแสดงพฤติกรรม
จ าแนกเป็น ๒ ประการ ได้แก่ ๑) ภายในโรงเรียน และ ๒) ภายนอกโรงเรียน ซึ่งเวลาและโอกาสใน
การแสดงพฤติกรรม จ าแนกเป็น ๑) ภายในเวลาเรียน และ ๒) ภายนอกเวลาเรียน โดยมีช่องทางการ
ใช้ ๒ ช่องทาง ได้แก่ ๑) ทางตรง เป็นช่องทางการแสดงออกโดยไม่มีสื่อกลางเชื่อม และ ๒) ทางอ้อม
เป็นช่องทางการแสดงออกโดยมีสื่อกลางเชื่อม เช่น การน าเสนองานผ่าน Facebook และ Line
เป็นต้น โดยมีสิ่งตอบแทนหรือรางวัลมีหลายประการ จ าแนกได้ ๒ ประเภท ได้แก่ ๑) สิ่งตอบแทน
หรือรางวัลที่เป็นนามธรรมเช่น การยกย่องเชิดชูเกียรติ โดยการชมเชย เป็นต้น และ ๒) สิ่งตอบแทน
หรือรางวัลที่เป็นรูปธรรม เช่น การยกย่องเชิดชูเกียรติ โดยมอบโล่ เกียรติบัตร ของที่ระลึก และ
ทุนการศึกษา เป็นต้น
abstract:
The purpose of this research 1 To study the characteristics of the social
credit system based on innovative areas for enhancing the desirable characteristics
of students in the Sujai School Project. 2 To create guidelines for using the social
credit system based on innovative areas to enhance the desirable characteristics of
students in the Sujai School Project. research tools including Unstructured
questionnaires and interviews. On the approach to implementing a social credit
system based on innovative spaces To enhance the desirable characteristics of
students in the Honest School Project. The statistics used in the data analysis were
frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. Analyze the data using a packaged
program. Qualitative Data Analysis Section Use content analysis methods.
Research results: Characteristics of a social credit system based on
innovative spaces In enhancing the desirable characteristics of students in the Sujat
School Project : a case study of Chamnipittayakom School. Buriram Secondary
Education Service Area Office. Desirable Characteristics of Students in the Sukhothai
School Project. Overall expectations were at a high level (= 4.23, S.D.=.92). which has
a mean between 4 .2 2 –4 .2 9 and a standard deviation between .9 0 - .9 3 when
considering each side. The second aspect was discipline with the highest average (=
4.29, S.D. = .90). and the third aspect, honesty, had the mean ( = 4.29, SD = .93),
followed by the 5th aspect, the public mind had the mean ( = 4.28, SD = .93), while
the lowest mean was the skill 1 thinking ( = 4.22, SD = .92), where expectations were
at a high level.
Approaches to implementing social credit systems based on
innovative areas In enhancing the desirable characteristics of students in the Sujatง
School Project : a case study of Chamnipittayakom School Buriram Secondary
Education Service Area Office. in thinking skills, discipline, honesty The sufficiency and
in the public mind, it was found that The behaviors manifested when classified
according to the origin of the behavior manifested in 3 approaches are as follows: 1)
knowledge, experience, teaching, training and meetings, etc. 2) supervision, follow-up,
and 3) good role model. The place of behavior can be classified into 2 things: 1 )
inside the school and 2) outside the school.The time and opportunity for behavioral
behaviors were classified as 1) within class time and 2) outside class time. There are 2
channels to use as follows: 1) Direct is a channel of expression without intermediary.
and 2 ) Indirect is a channel of expression through a medium to connect, such as
presentations via Facebook and Line, etc. There are several types of rewards or
rewards, which can be classified into 2 types: 1 ) Remuneration or reward that is
abstract such asand 2) concrete rewards or awards such as commendation by giving
plaques, certificates, souvenirs and scholarships, etc.
