บทคัดย่อ:
การเปลี่ยนแปลงของโลกในยุคศตวรรษที่ 21 เป็นการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่เกิดขึ้นโดยมีเทคโนโลยีเป็น
ปัจจัยหลักในการขับเคลื่อน แต่ความก้าวหน้าทางเทคโนโลยีกลับทำให้ความสัมพันธ์และการสื่อสารใน
ครอบครัวมีช่องว่างส่งผลกระทบต่อการดำเนินชีวิต การทำงาน และการศึกษาของเยาวชนไทยที่เป็นส่วนสำคัญ
ในการสร้างความมั่นคงของชาติ นอกจากนั้นการชุมนุมของเยาวชนในปี 2563 ทำให้สังคมทั้งภาครัฐและ
เอกชนหันมาให้ความสำคัญต่อข้อเรียกร้องของเยาวชน เอกสารทางวิชาการเรื่อง “แนวทางการเสริมสร้าง
เยาวชนเพื่อความมั่นคงของชาติ” เป็นเอกสารทางวิชาการที่ผู้จัดทำให้ความสนใจและตระหนักถึงเสียงเรียกร้อง
ของเยาวชนที่เป็นอนาคตของชาติ เอกสารทางวิชาการฉบับนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์
1) เพื่อศึกษา วิเคราะห์แนวคิด พฤติกรรม เงื่อนไข ทัศนคติ และมุมมองในประเด็นด้านสังคมและวัฒนธรรม
ด้านการศึกษา และด้านเศรษฐกิจและการเมือง 2) เพื่อเสนอแนะแนวทางในการพัฒนาศักยภาพและความ
พร้อมของเยาวชนในด้านสังคมและวัฒนธรรม ด้านการศึกษา และด้านเศรษฐกิจและการเมือง
ต่อการเสริมสร้างความมั่นคงให้กับประเทศชาติ และ 3) เพื่อให้หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องสามารถนำข้อมูลไปใช้
ประกอบในการพิจารณาดำเนินงานด้านการพัฒนาหรือจัดทำโครงการที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อการเสริมสร้างเยาวชน
และความมั่นคงของชาติ ผู้จัดทำได้นำข้อมูลมาสังเคราะห์และแยกองค์ประกอบมุมมองด้านจิตวิทยาเพื่อความ
มั่นคงพร้อมสรุปผลโดยอ้างอิงทฤษฎีที่เกี่ยวข้อง การดำเนินการวิจัยใช้วิธีการสัมภาษณ์ (Interview)
และการสนทนากลุ่ม (Focus Group) กับเยาวชน 2 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ กลุ่มกิจกรรมและกลุ่มทั่วไป ที่กำลังศึกษาใน
ระดับมัธยมศึกษา ระดับอาชีวศึกษา และระดับอุดมศึกษา จากโรงเรียนสุรศักดิ์มนตรี โรงเรียนสามเสนวิทยาลัย
โรงเรียนช่างฝีมือทหาร สถาบันวิชาการป้องกันประเทศ อาชีวศึกษาธนบุรี มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์รังสิต
และมหาวิทยาลัยรังสิต จำนวน 120 คน
ผลการศึกษาได้ข้อเสนอแนะแนวทางในการเสริมสร้างเยาวชนเพื่อความมั่นคงของชาติ ดังนี้
1) สร้างและสนับสนุนนวัตกรรมและพื้นที่การเมืองเชิงทดลองสำหรับเยาวชน 2) พัฒนาระบบเครดิตสังคมเพื่อ
เสริมสร้างพฤติกรรมที่พึงประสงค์ของเยาวชน และ 3) พัฒนาหลักสูตรการศึกษาเพื่อสร้างทักษะวิชาชีพและ
ทักษะชีวิตในศตวรรษที่ 21 โดยเยาวชนและครอบครัวมีส่วนร่วม นอกจากนั้นยังได้ข้อเสนอแนะสำหรับ
การศึกษาต่อไปในด้านการสื่อสารของเยาวชน อนาคตและอาชีพที่เยาวชนต้องการ การนำเทคโนโลยี Big Data
มาใช้ให้เกิดประโยชน์ที่ยั่งยืน แนวทางการส่งเสริมและพัฒนาแนวคิดด้านอุดมการณ์ชาติ และการให้โอกาส
เยาวชนในการมีส่วนร่วมในการกำหนดทิศทางในการพัฒนาประเทศ
abstract:
The dramatically change in the era of 21st century has been driven mainly by
technology. But the progress of technology destructed the relationship in family, the way of
life of people in the good old days and enlarged the gap of communication among generations.
These changed the way of daily living, working and education of young generation who will
become adults and make the future of nation. In 2020, the demonstration of Thai youth is a
new phenomenon in Thai society which government and private sectors impossibly turn away.
This research (Enhancing Capabilities of Thai Youth for National Security) is a qualitative
research presented by students of RTARF Executive Relationship Development Course, has
aims 1) to study and analyze ideology, behavior, attitude of Thai youth in aspect of society
and culture, education and economy and politics 2) to give suggestions to enhance the
potential of Thai youth and 3) to inform relevant organizations for further study and create
some master projects to boosts up the skill and competitive knowledge of youth for
sustainable development of the nation security. The data was collected by interviewing the
focus groups of 120 students who represent students and young generation from selected high
schools, vocational institutes and universities.
The result of this research reveals significant information requested by young
generation who have strong will power to see the remarkable change in society, education
system, economy and even politics. The researchers also accumulate ideas, expectations and
requests of the youth, then analyze and to come up with notable points and approaches to
enhance the young generation ‘s potential for national security as follows: 1) to support
innovative development and establish a politics demonstrated forum for young people to
express ideas 2) to build a social credit to enhance the satisfied behaviors and 3) to develop
educational system to boost up outstanding skill for their future life and career. Moreover Big
Data is also one of the technology database that should be collaborated and used for
sustainable future development. Finally the research underlined the need of youth side to
participate and create their own national ideology and define the direction of nation for
national security.
