การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาเพื่อเสนอแนวทางในการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะผู้นำทางทหารของ
กำลังพลสำรองที่เข้ารับการฝึก ภายในศูนย์การกำลังสำรอง โดยการวิจัยเป็นการวิจัยเอกสาร รวบรวมข้อมูล
จากเอกสารและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการพัฒนามนุษย์ คุณลักษณะผู้นำทางทหารที่พึงประสงค์
การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกของผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับการฝึกกำลังพลสำรองเพื่อหาแนวทาง และคุณลักษณะผู้นำ
ทางทหารที่เหมาะสมกับผู้เข้ารับการฝึกภายในศูนย์การกำลังสำรองในห้วงการฝึกในระยะเวลาอันจำกัด
ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ว่ากำลังพลสำรองที่เข้ารับการฝึกยังไม่มีคุณลักษณะผู้นำทางทหาร
ที่หลากหลายด้าน แต่คุณลักษณะที่เห็นได้จากภาพลักษณ์ภายนอกคือคุณลักษณะทางด้านท่าทาง,
คุณลักษณะทางทหาร ด้านความจงรักภักดี กาลเทศะ ความกล้าหาญ ความรอบรู้ทางทหาร และ ความ
ซื่อสัตย์ เป็นคุณลักษณะทางทหารที่เหมาะสมสำหรับกำลังพลสำรอง, ศูนย์การกำลังสำรอง เน้นในด้าน
ท่าทาง ความจงรักภักดี ความกล้าหาญ ความอดทน และความรอบรู้ เป็นหลัก ซึ่งเป็นการปลูกฝัง
ในหลักสูตรที่เน้นตลอดระยะเวลาการฝึก แต่ไม่อาจครบทั้ง ๑๕ ด้าน ของคุณลักษณะผู้นำทางทหาร
ของกรมยุทธศึกษา (๒๕๕๒), และปัจจัยที่สำคัญอย่างหนึ่งของการฝึกคือ ระยะเวลาซึ่งมีห้วงเวลาอันสั้น
ศูนย์การกำลังสำรองจึงเน้นในส่วนความสำคัญในห้วงการฝึกเท่านั้นคือ คุณลักษณะ ด้านลักษณะท่าทาง
ความรอบรู้ทางทหาร และความอดทน ซึ่งเพียงพอต่อการปฏิบัติการทางทหารในระดับผู้ปฏิบัติและได้
แนวทางในการฝึกอบรมกำลังพลสำรองให้มีคุณลักษณะผู้นำทางทหารที่ดีABSTRACT

This research is a study to propose guidelines for development the military
leadership of reserved personnel get into Training in the reserve army center. The research
is document research that collect data from documents and research related to human
development, desirable military leadership features, In-depth interviews with participants
to find guideline for development the Military leadership of reserved personnel and
military leadership characteristics that are suitable for the trainees. In practice for a limited time.
The results of the research concluded that reserve personnel that are trained.
There are not many military leadership features. But the features seen from the external
image are gesture. Military features loyalty, tact, courage, knowledge and honesty are
suitable for reserve personnel.Reserve Army Center focus on gestures Loyalty, courage,
patience and knowledge that emphasizes throughout the training period. But cannot
complete all 15 aspects of military leadership features army training command (2009). And
one of the important factors of training is time which has a short time. Reserve Army Center
emphasizing the importance of training only that gesture features military knowledge and
patience. Which is sufficient for military operations at the operational level. And obtain
guidelines for training the reserve personnel to have good military leadership characteristics.
