การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมการใช้ยาเสพติดของทหาร
กองประจ าการก่อนเข้ารับราชการในกรมสนับสนุนกองพลทหารราบที่ ๙ เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัย/ความเสี่ยง
ที่ท าให้ทหารกองประจ าการที่ผ่านการฝึกทหารใหม่แล้ว กลับมาใช้ยาเสพติด และเพื่อศึกษา
หาแนวทางการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหายาเสพติดในกรมสนับสนุนกองพลทหารราบที่ ๙
ผู้วิจัยด าเนินการวิจัยโดยการทบทวนวรรณกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องและรวบรวมข้อมูลจากการ
สัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกับนายทหารชั้นสัญญาบัตร ๔ นาย นายทหาร ชั้นประทวน ๔ นาย และ
ทหารกองประจ าการ ๔ นาย รวมทั้งสิ้น ๑๒ นาย
ผลการวิจัยสรุปว่า
๑. พฤติกรรมการใช้ยาเสพติดของของทหารกองประจ าการก่อนเข้ารับราชการ
ในกรมสนับสนุนกองพลทหารราบที่ ๙ พฤติกรรมเคยใช้ยาเสพติดมาจากหลากหลายสาเหตุทั้งด้าน
ปัญหาครอบครัว ครอบครัวแตกแยกหรือไม่ได้อาศัยอยู่กับครอบครัว สาเหตุจากสภาพแวดล้อมรอบตัว
แหล่งที่อยู่อาศัยของบุคคล หรือการได้รับความสนับสนุนจากกลุ่มเพื่อน
๒. ปัจจัย/ความเสี่ยงที่ท าให้ทหารกองประจ าการที่ผ่านการฝึกทหารใหม่แล้วกลับไปใช้
ยาเสพติด ประกอบไปด้วยปัจจัยภายในตัวบุคคล ประกอบด้วย ความเชื่อ ทัศนคติและคุณลักษณะ
ทางจิตหรือบุคลิกภาพของบุคคล และปัจจัยภายนอกตัวบุคคล ประกอบด้วย ความสัมพันธ์ภายใน
ครอบครัว อิทธิพลของเพื่อน อิทธิของสื่อ อิทธิพลของคนอื่นและแหล่งที่อยู่อาศัย
๓. แนวทางการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหายาเสพติด ในกรมสนับสนุนกองพลทหารราบที่ ๙
คือ การจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการฝึกอาชีพ เพื่อเป็นการส่งเสริมด้านอาชีพเสริมของก าลังพล กิจกรรม
ที่แสดงออกถึงความต้องการของก าลังพลในเชิงสร้างสรรค์ เพื่อให้บุคคลเกิดภูมิคุ้มกันและมีทักษะชีวิต
มีทัศนคติ ค่านิยม และพฤติกรรมที่ห่างไกลยาเสพติด ด าเนินการประคับประคอง เยี่ยวยาให้ความ
ช่วยเหลือหรือค าปรึกษา การจัดกิจกรรมนันทนาการต่างๆ ให้แก่ก าลังพลที่อยู่ภายใน และการส่งเสริม
การมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนในการป้องกันยาเสพติด

ABSTRACT

This research aims to study the drug usage habits of military troops before
receiving the service in the Department of Support for the 9th Infantryman Division to
study the factors/risks that make A military-trained battalion Back to the drug and to
learn about the prevention and solution of drug problems in the Department of
support for infantry troops 9.
The researchers conducted research by reviewing the relevant literature
and gathered data from an in-depth interview with the officer, the contract Tier 4, Mr.
Military, enlisted
The findings concluded that
1. The behavior of the use of the drug of the military of the troops before
the Ministry of Service in the Department of Support for the Infantry Regiment 9

3. Drug prevention and troubleshooting guidelines In the Department of
support for Infantry troops, 9 is a professional training promotion campaign to promote the auxiliary occupation of the troops. Activities that demonstrate the demands of
creative forces in order for individuals to be immune and have life skills, attitudes,
values, and distant drug behaviour. Conduct the maintenance of the sanitation,
assistance or counseling, recreational activities to the internal forces and promoting
community involvement in drug prevention.
