จุดประสงค์ของเอกสารวิจัยเรื่อง “แนวทางการปรับปรุงการปฏิบัติการต่อต้านอากาศยาน
ไร้คนขับขนาดเล็กของกองทัพอากาศไทย” เพื่อหาแนวทางปรับปรุงการปฏิบัติการต่อต้านอากาศยานไร้
คนขับขนาดเล็กของกองทัพอากาศไทย ในการสนับสนุนการรักษาความปลอดภัยด้านการบิน (Airspace
safety) และความมั่นคงของชาติ (Airspace Security) ในห้วงอากาศ
เอกสารวิจัยฉบับนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ มุ่งศึกษาสภาวะแวดล้อมและปัญหาอุปสรรค
ในการปฏิบัติการต่อต้านอากาศยานไร้คนขับขนาดเล็กของกองทัพอากาศไทยที่ผ่านมา ซึ่งผู้วิจัยได้
รวบรวมข้อมูลจากการค้นคว้า จากเอกสาร ตำรา และสื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ต่าง ๆ รวมทั้งการสัมภาษณ์
ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ และผู้มีประสบการณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ทั้งระดับผู้บริหารและระดับผู้ปฏิบัติ เพื่อให้
ได้ข้อมูลและข้อเสนอแนะต่อแนวทางการปรับปรุงการปฏิบัติการต่อต้านอากาศยานไร้คนขับขนาดเล็ก
ของกองทัพอากาศไทย ที่เป็นไปได้ภายใต้ข้อจำกัดทั้งด้านกำลังพล และงบประมาณ
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ภัยคุกคามจากอากาศยานไร้คนขับขนาดเล็กจะเพิ่มมากขึ้นและ
การปฏิบัติการต่อต้านอากาศยานไร้คนขับขนาดเล็กจะยากขึ้น กองทัพอากาศไทยต้องปรับปรุงแนว
ทางการปฏิบัติการต่อต้านอากาศยานไร้คนขับขนาดเล็กให้ทันต่อภัยคุกคามในปัจจุบันและอนาคต โดย
ต้องจัดหาเครื่องมือให้เหมาะสมกับภารกิจ ต้องพัฒนายุทธวิธีและปรับปรุงคู่มือการปฏิบัติการต่อต้าน
อากาศยานไร้คนขับขนาดเล็กให้ทันสมัย และการฝึกปฏิบัติจนชำนาญ ตลอดจนการประสานความ
ร่วมมือกับทุกหน่วยในพื้นที่ปฏิบัติ ABSTRACT

The purpose of this research, "Guidelines for improvement of the Royal
Thai Air Force's small Unmanned Aircraft Systems Operations (CUAS OPS)," is to
improve the Royal Thai Air Force’s Counter small Unmanned Aircraft Systems
Operations for the Thailand’s Airspace Security and Airspace Safety.
This documentary research study is a qualitative research by studying the
environment and problems of the Royal Thai Air Force’s Counter small Unmanned
Aircraft Systems Operations. The researcher has collected data from documentary
researches, textbooks, Operating manuals and electronic media, and tactic knowledge
based on the experience of Officers specialized Counter small Unmanned Aircraft
Systems Operations. including interviews with experts, high ranking officers in the field
of Counter small Unmanned Aircraft Systems Operations. To provide information and recommendations on how to improve the Thai Air Force's small unmanned aircraft
That is possible under the constraints of both manpower and budget.
The research shows that threats from small unmanned aircraft will increase
and the Counter small Unmanned Aircraft Systems Operations will be more difficult.
The Royal Thai Air Force must improve the Counter small Unmanned Aircraft Systems
Operations to keep up with current and future threats by procurement suitable tools
for each mission, developing tactics, modernize Counter small Unmanned Aircraft
Systems Operations manuals and well training as well as cooperating with all units in
the Operation Area (OA).
