ปัญหาหลักสำคัญของกำลังพลส่วนใหญ่ของกรมส่งกำลังบำรุงทหารซึ่งเป็นหน่วยงานที่มีที่
ตั้งอยู่ในเขตเมือง คือการมีปัญหาทางการเงิน ซึ่งอาจเกิดจากการขาดความรู้และแนวทางปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับ
ปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงสำหรับประชาชนในเขตเมือง การวิจัยนี้ต้องการศึกษาสภาพปัญหาของกำลัง
พล สังกัดกรมส่งกำลังบำรุงทหาร และกำหนดแนวทางในการประยุกต์ใช้ปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง
สำหรับกำลังพลกองบัญชาการกองทัพไทย
วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย ผู้วิจัยใช้กระบวนการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Research) แบบ
วิจัยเอกสาร (Documentary Research) และการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก (In-depth Interview) โดยใช้
ข้อมูลปฐมภูมิ (Primary Data) ที่ได้มาจากการสัมภาษณ์กลุ่มเป้าหมาย ๒ กลุ่ม ได้แก่ กำลังพลของกรม
ส่งกำลังบำรุงทหาร และ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ/ปราชญ์ชาวบ้าน รวมทั้งใช้ข้อมูลทุติยภูมิ (Secondary Data) ที่
ได้มาจากการศึกษาแนวคิด ทฤษฎี และการทบทวนวรรณกรรมต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ผลการวิจัยพบว่าสภาพปัญหาส่วนใหญ่ของกำลังพลกรมส่งกำลังบำรุงทหาร มีปัญหาทาง
การเงินโดยมีภารหนี้สินและขาดสภาพคล่องทางการเงิน นอกจากนี้ยังไม่สามารถประยุกต์ใช้ปรัชญาของ
เศรษฐกิจพอเพียงเพื่อการดำเนินชีวิตได้อย่างเหมาะสม สำหรับแนวทางในการประยุกต์ใช้ปรัชญา
เศรษฐกิจพอเพียงสำหรับกำลังพลกองบัญชาการกองทัพไทย จากผลการวิจัยมีดังนี้ ๑) แนวทางสร้างความพอประมาณ โดยจัดทำบัญชี รับ–จ่าย ในครัวเรือน เพื่อเป็นเครื่องมือในการควบคุมการใช้จ่ายใน
ครัวเรือน ๒) แนวทางการสร้างความมีเหตุมีผล โดยลดรายจ่ายที่ฟุ่มเฟือย งดอบายมุข และฝึกอาชีพ
เพื่อหารายได้เพิ่ม ๓) แนวทางการสร้างภูมิคุ้มกัน โดยการออมเงินเพื่อการลงทุน และเป็นทุนสำรองยาม
ฉุกเฉิน ๔) แนวทางการเสริมสร้างความรู้โดยสร้างความรู้ความเข้าใจในปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง
อย่างถ่องแท้และรู้จักประเมินตนเอง และ ๕) แนวทางเพิ่มพูนคุณธรรม โดยการฝึกตนให้มีวินัย ขยัน
และอดออม โดยการปฏิบัติเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงตามแนวทางดังกล่าวข้างต้น จะก่อเกิดความพอเพียงใน
ระดับครอบครัวได้ABSTRACT

The main problem of personnel of Directorate of Joint Logistics, Royal Thai
Armed Forces Headquarters, who live in the urban community are financial problem
which may results from lack of knowledge and practical guidelines on Sufficiency
Economy Philosophy of people in the urban community. This research investigates 1)
Problems of personnel of Directorate of Joint Logistics, and 2) Proposed guidelines to
Apply Sufficiency Economy Philosophy for Royal Thai Armed Forces’ Personnel.
Research methodology, researchers used a qualitative research process including
documentary research and in-depth Interviews by using the primary data collected from
interviews 2 target groups: Personnel of Directorate of Joint Logistics and experts/ local
wisdom, including the use of secondary data that derived from the conceptual and
theory studies, as well as the reviewing of the literature involved. It was found that
problems of personnel of Directorate of Joint Logistics are 1) financial problem e.g. debt
and financial liquidity 2) Lack of capability to apply Sufficiency Economy Philosophy.
Guidelines to apply Sufficiency Economy Philosophy for Royal Thai Armed Forces’ Personnel are: 1) Guidelines for moderation by doing the household accounting to
control the expenses 2) Guidelines for reasonableness by cutting the unnecessary
expense, avoiding allurements which lead to ruin and training for additional job to
increase income 3) Guidelines for prudence by saving money for investment or for
reserve in case of emergency 4) Guidelines for gaining knowledge: need to truly
understand Sufficiency Economy Philosophy and capable to estimate of self. 5)
Guidelines for virtue: self-training to be have discipline, diligence and frugal. By following
the proposed guidelines will make self-sufficiency at family level.
