สถาปัตยกรรมองค์กร หมายถึง โครงสร้างขององค์การในส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการดำเนินงาน
ให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายและวิสัยทัศน์ที่องค์การกำหนดไว้ประกอบด้วย โครงสร้างสถาปัตยกรรม
ในส่วนที่เกี่ยวกับตัวธุรกิจ (Business Architecture) โครงสร้างสถาปัตยกรรมในส่วนเกี่ยวกับระบบ
สารสนเทศ (Information Systems Architecture) และโครงสร้างสถาปัตยกรรมในส่วนที่เกี่ยวกับ
เทคโนโลยีที่ใช้ (Technology Architecture)การวิจัยเรื่องนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์สำคัญ เพื่อศึกษาวิเคราะห์
สถานภาพปัจจุบันที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสถาปัตยกรรมองค์กรของกรมส่งกำลังบำรุงทหาร เพื่อนำผลลัพธ์ที่ได้
ไปกำหนดแนวทางการพัฒนาสถาปัตยกรรมองค์กร ของกรมส่งกำลังบำรุงทหาร สำหรับสนับสนุนงาน
ด้านส่งกำลังบำรุง กองบัญชาการกองทัพไทย
การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ทำการวิเคราะห์โดยใช้การศึกษาหลักทฤษฎี
ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ประกอบการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกในระดับผู้บริหาร ระดับผู้พัฒนาระบบ และระดับผู้ปฏิบัติงาน
รวมทั้งใช้ข้อมูลทุติยภูมิที่ได้จากการศึกษาเอกสารการปฏิบัติงาน และผลงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง ซึ่งผู้วิจัย
ได้รวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการค้นคว้าจากแหล่งต่างๆ มาดำเนินการวิเคราะห์เพื่อกำหนดแนวทางการพัฒนา
สถาปัตยกรรมองค์กร กรมส่งกำลังบำรุงทหาร
ผลจากการศึกษาวิจัยตามหลักโครงสร้างสถาปัตยกรรมองค์กร ๕ ด้าน คือ สถาปัตยกรรม
ด้านธุรกิจ สถาปัตยกรรมด้านแอปพลิเคชัน สถาปัตยกรรมด้านข้อมูล สถาปัตยกรรมด้านโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน๒
และสถาปัตยกรรมด้านความปลอดภัย พบว่าสถาปัตยกรรมองค์กรของกรมส่งกำลังบำรุงทหาร
ยังไม่ครบถ้วนสมบูรณ์ตามโครงสร้างหลักทั้ง ๕ ด้านดังนี้ สถาปัตยกรรมด้านธุรกิจ กระบวนงานหลัก
ยังไม่ครอบคลุมตามพันธกิจด้านการส่งกำลังบำรุง สถาปัตยกรรมด้านแอปพลิเคชัน การพัฒนาระบบ
สารสนเทศสนับสนุนการปฏิบัติงานไม่ครบถ้วนและไม่สัมพันธ์กัน ส่งผลให้เกิดปัญหาต่อเนื่องถึง
สถาปัตยกรรมด้านข้อมูลคือความซ้ำซ้อนของข้อมูล การจัดเก็บข้อมูลไม่เป็นระบบ สถาปัตยกรรม
ด้านโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน พบว่าระบบเครือข่ายสื่อสารไม่ครอบคลุมทุกพื้นที่การปฏิบัติงาน และสถาปัตยกรรม
ด้านความปลอดภัย ยังขาดอุปกรณ์และบุคลากรระดับผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ส่วนแนวทางการพัฒนา
สถาปัตยกรรมองค์กรกรมส่งกำลังบำรุงทหาร ควรมีแนวทางดังนี้สถาปัตยกรรมด้านธุรกิจ ปรับปรุงทบทวน
กระบวนการหลักและกระบวนการสนับสนุน ตามพันธกิจกรมส่งกำลังบำรุงทหารให้ครอบคลุมทุกพันธกิจ
สถาปัตยกรรมด้านแอปพลิเคชัน ปรับปรุงกระบวนงานและจัดกลุ่มงานที่มีความสัมพันธ์กัน
เป็นกระบวนงานเดียว กำหนดขอบเขตให้ครอบคลุมระบบงานทั้งหมด เพื่อลดขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงาน
รวมทั้งกำหนดรูปแบบการพัฒนาแอปพลิเคชั่นให้เป็นมาตรฐานเดียวกัน สถาปัตยกรรมด้านข้อมูล จัดทำ
มาตรฐานข้อมูลหลักเพื่อความสามารถในการบูรณาการและการบริการข้อมูลสารสนเทศแก่ผู้ใช้งาน รวมทั้ง
ข้อมูลสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจของผู้บริหารสถาปัตยกรรมด้านโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน ปรับปรุงระบบเครือข่าย
สื่อสารให้สามารถเชื่อมโยงกับเหล่าทัพได้เพื่อการเชื่อมโยงระบบงานและการใช้ฐานข้อมูลร่วมกัน และ
สามารถเข้าถึงข้อมูลได้ทุกที่และสถาปัตยกรรมด้านความมั่นคงปลอดภัย พัฒนาเครื่องมือและบุคลากร
ให้มีความพร้อมรับสถานการณ์ภัยคุกคามด้านความมั่นคงปลอดภัย

Enterprise Architecture means the structure of an organization or enterprise,
which is related to the operation to accomplish the goals and visions that the
organization or enterprise has predetermined. Enterprise Architecture includes of
Business Architecture, Information Systems Architecture and Technology Architecture.
The main objective of this research works is to study on and analyze the current status
that is related to Enterprise Architecture of Directorate of Joint Logistics, in order to attain
findings that can be applied to the determination of Enterprise Architecture
Development Guidelines of Directorate of Joint Logistics, Royal Thai Armed Forces
Headquarters.
This research work is a qualitative one whereby data are analyzed on the
bases of the related theorems that are studied on, and in-depth interviews with
respondents in the level of administrative, the level of system developers and the level
of operators, as well as secondary data derived from the study on documents of operations and other related research works from different sources. Such data are
analyzed in order to extract the Enterprise Architecture Development Guidelines of
Directorate of Joint Logistics, Royal Thai Armed Forces Headquarters.
The findings from the study of the basis of the principle of 5 aspects of the
structure of Enterprise Architecture, namely, Business Architecture, Application
Architecture, Information Architecture, Infrastructure Architecture, and Security
Architecture. It is discovered that the Enterprise Architecture of Directorate of Joint
Logistics, Royal Thai Armed Forces Headquarters has not included all the 5 aspects of
the structure of Enterprise Architecture. As for Business Architecture, the core function
has not covered all the tasks in accordance with the logistic missions. As for the
Application Architecture, the development of information system to support the
operations does not support all the operations and tasks are irrelevant to one another,
which leads to perpetual problems of Information Architecture, which is the redundancy
of information and the unorganized information storage. As for Infrastructure
Architecture, it is found out that the communication network system does not cover all
operation areas. Concerning the Security Architecture, there is the lacking of equipment
and personnel in expert levels. Meanwhile, the directions for Enterprise Architecture
Development Guidelines of Directorate of Joint Logistics, Royal Thai Armed Forces
Headquarters, should be as follows. As for Business Architecture, core function and
support functions should be reviewed and improved to be in accordance with and to
cover all the missions of Directorate of Joint Logistics, Royal Thai Armed Forces
Headquarters. As for the Application Architecture, core function should be improved and
all tasks should be grouped so that they will be relevant and can be included in the
core function. The scope should be set to cover all the systems in order to reduce
operation steps; and the application development scheme should be established so
that the development of all cases can be governed with a single standard. Concerning
Information Architecture, there should be the establishment of information standard in order to build the capabilities of integration and provision of information to users and
to support the decision making by the administrators. As for Infrastructure Architecture,
communication network system should be linked to all the armed forces in order that
their tasks can be interconnected and they can use database together and can access
data from everywhere. As for Security Architecture, tools and personnel should be
developed in order that they can be prompted for all threats in the matters of security
and safety.
