ประเทศไทยยังคงอยู่ในภาวะวิกฤตทางเศรษฐกิจที่มีความผันผวนตลอดเวลา เนื่องจากผลจาก
สถานการณ์ความมั่นคงภายในประเทศ และผลกระทบจากสภาวะทางเศรษฐกิจของโลกผลกระทบจาก
สภาวะทางเศรษฐกิจและอิทธิพลของแนวคิดทุนนิยมส่งผลให้เกิดค่านิยมในการดำรงชีวิต พฤติกรรม
และความต้องการในการใช้จ่ายจนเกิดเป็นภาระหนี้สินในครัวเรือนของกำลังพลระดับชั้นประทวน ใน
หน่วย กรมทหารราบที่ ๑๑๑ ซึ่งเป็นหน่วยกำลังพลที่มีความสำคัญของกองทัพบกในการดูแลป้องกัน
ประเทศทั้งนี้ภาระหนี้สินที่เกิดส่งผลกระทบให้กำลังพลขาดขวัญและกำลังใจในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ซึ่ง
ปัญหานี้ต้องได้รับการดูแลเอาใจใส่และมีแนวทางในการแก้ไขปัญหาอย่างยั่งยืนต่อไป
วัตถุประสงค์งานวิจัยครั้งนี้จึงต้องการศึกษาปัญหาและสาเหตุการเป็นหนี้สินของนายทหาร
ชั้นประทวน หน่วย กรมทหารราบที่ ๑๑๑และหาแนวทางในการแก้ปัญหาหนี้สินของนายทหารชั้น
ประทวนของหน่วย กรมทหารราบที่ ๑๑๑ ตามแนวคิดปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงโดยผู้วิจัยมุ่งหวังให้เกิด
ประโยชน์ต่อกำลังพล และกองทัพ ในด้านการจัดการคุณภาพชีวิตของกำลังพลให้มีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้น
ผู้วิจัยใช้ระเบียบวิธีหรือกระบวนการวิธีการวิจัย (Research Methodology) เป็น
กระบวนวิธีทางการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative research) ที่มุ่งเน้นทำความเข้าใจสภาพปัญหา และ
สาเหตุการเป็นหนี้สินเพื่อหาแนวทางการแก้ปัญหาการเป็นหนี้สินของนายทหารชั้นประทวน หน่วยกรม
ทหารราบที่ ๑๑๑ ที่ได้จากการทบทวนวรรณกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง ในแนวคิด ทฤษฎี งานวิจัย โดยการ
วิเคราะห์เอกสาร (Document analysis)และการสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึก (In-depth interview) จาก
ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ(Key Informants) ประกอบด้วย นายทหารชั้นประทวน หน่วย กรมทหารราบที่ ๑๑๑
จำนวน ๑๐ นาย และผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญเพื่อหาแนวทางในการแก้ปัญหาหนี้สินของนายทหารชั้นประทวน
ของหน่วย กรมทหารราบที่ ๑๑๑ ตามแนวคิดปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง จำนวน ๕ คน ซึ่งผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ว่า การน้อมนำแนวคิดตามปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง อันเป็นปรัชญาที่พระบาทสมเด็จพระ
เจ้าอยู่หัว รัชกาลที่ ๙ มาเป็นหลักในการศึกษาหาแนวทางในการแก้ปัญหาหนี้สินของนายทหารชั้น
ประทวน โดยการให้ความรู้ ความเข้าใจตามหลักแนวคิดเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงในการบริหารจัดการการเงิน
ในครอบครัวของนายทหารชั้นประทวน ทั้งนี้การให้ความรู้ต้องครอบคลุมไปถึงสมาชิกในครอบครัวของ
นายทหารด้วย โดยต้องมีการวางแผนการติดตามประเมินผลการแก้ปัญหาภาระหนี้สิน รวมถึงนำผลที่
ได้มาปรับปรุงวางแผนต่อเนื่องเพื่อให้เกิดความยั่งยืนในการสร้างภูมิคุ้มกันให้กับนายทหารชั้นประทวน
และครอบครัวให้หมดปัญหาภาระหนี้สินอย่างยั่งยืนต่อไปABSTRACT

Thailand is still in a volatile economic crisis as a result of the domestic
security situation and the impact of global economic conditions. The impact of
economic conditions and the influence of capitalist ideas on the values of life,
behavior and demand for spending affecting commissioned officers of ๑๑๑ Infantry
Regiment a household debt. Which is an important army unit in the defense of the
country. The debt burden is affecting the lack of morale in the work. This problem
must be cared for and there must be a way to solve the problem sustainably.
The purpose of this research is to study the problems and causes of liabilities of
commissioned officers of ๑๑๑ Infantry Regiment household debt and study to set up
the solution to solve this problem of the commissioned officers of the unit. ๑๑๑th
Infantry Regiment by following the philosophy of Sufficiency Economy. The
researcher aims to benefit the commissioned officers and army in the management
of the quality of life of the army to be more effective.
The researcher uses a qualitative research process as a research methodology.
Focused on understanding the problems and the causes of the debt to find out the
solving solution for this problem by review of relevant literature on the theory of
research by document analysis and in-depth interviews key informants which there
were ๑๐ commissioned officers of the ๑๑๑th Infantry Regiment, and key informants to find a way to solve the issue of the commissioned officers of the unit. ๑๑๑ th
Infantry Regiment according to the concept of Sufficiency Economy Philosophy. The
results of the study concluded that the concept adopted the philosophy of His
Majesty King Rama IX sufficiency economy philosophy is the best solution to
educating the sufficiency economy concept in managing family finances of
commissioned officers. The training must cover the family members of the officers.
The training must be planed and decided how to monitoring the debt solution then
collects the results to led to a continuous improvement plan to achieve
sustainability in building immunity to noncommissioned officers and their families to
out of the debt burden is sustainable.
