การวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Gualitative Research) โดยการรวบรวมข้อมูลจาก
นายทหารชั้นประทวน สังกัดกรมทหารราบที่ ๑๒ รักษาพระองค์โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์การศึกษาเพื่อศึกษาการ
พัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตตามสภาพความเป็นอยู่ที่แท้จริงของนายทหารชั้นประทวน สังกัดกรมทหารราบที่ ๑๒
รักษาพระองค์เพื่อเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของนายทหารชั้นประทวน สังกัดกรมทหารราบที่
๑๒ รักษาพระองค์
ผลการวิจัย สรุปได้ว่า การพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของนายทหารชั้นประทวน สังกัด กรมทหารราบที่
๑๒ รักษาพระองค์ตามตัวชี้วัดความจำเป็นขั้นพื้นฐาน อาทิ เช่น ด้านการพัฒนาคุณธรรม และจริยธรรม
ด้านการได้รับบริการขั้นพื้นฐาน ด้านที่อยู่อาศัย และสภาพแวดล้อมที่เหมาะสม ด้านอาหาร และโภชนาการ
กำลังพลนายทหารชั้นประทวนมีความพึงพอใจในคุณภาพชีวิตตามตัวชี้วัดความจำเป็นขั้นพื้นฐาน
ผลการศึกษาครั้งนี้ เพื่อเสนอแนะแนวทางการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของนายทหารชั้นประทวน
สังกัดกรมทหารราบที่ ๑๒ รักษาพระองค์ ให้ดีขึ้น ตามตัวชี้วัดความจำเป็นขั้นพื้นฐาน ซึ่งแนวทางการพัฒนา
ที่ผู้วิจัยได้เสนอในการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้
๑.ด้านการพัฒนาคุณธรรม และจริยธรรม : จัดกิจกรรมฝึกอบรมด้านคุณธรรมค่านิยม ๑๒
ประการ และการใช้ชีวิตตามแนวทางเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงเพื่อเติมเต็มให้มีความสมบูรณ์ยิ่งขึ้น
๒.ด้านการได้รับบริการขั้นพื้นฐาน : ปรับปรุงระบบเสียงตามสายให้มีประสิทธิภาพ จัดทำโครงการ
ส่งเสริมสุขภาพให้กับกำลังพล เพื่อให้สวัสดิการที่ทุกคนได้รับอยู่เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุด๓.ด้านที่อยู่อาศัย และสภาพแวดล้อมที่เหมาะสม : กำหนดมาตรการหรือแนวทางในการพักอาศัย
บ้านพักของทางราชการเพื่อจะได้มีจำนวนบ้านพักเพียงพอ และลดความแออัด
๔.ด้านอาหาร และโภชนาการ : จัดทำโครงการรณรงค์การให้ความรู้ และความสำคัญของการ
รับประทานอาหารมื้อเช้า และมื้อเย็น

This is study is a qualitative research involved with the data collection fromNoncommissioned Officer’s in 12 Merchanized Infantry Regiment Queen’s Guard. The objectives
of this research is to study the quality of live situation of Non-commissioned Officer’s
Quality of lives in 12 Merchanized Infantry Regiment Queen’s Guard and develop
recommendations to improve their quality of lifves.
This research found that the quality of life of the non-commission officers in the 12
Merchanized Infantry Regiment Queen’s Guard was satisfied based on basic necessary criteria. All indicators; food and nutrition, housing and environment, basic care service and the ethical
development; has been fulfilled.
This study has developed the recommendations to improve the quality of life in the
12 Merchanized Infantry Regiment Queen’s Guard according to the basic necessary criteria as
below:
1. Moral and ethical development training based on the 12 National Main Values to
Reinforce the Country and His Majesty the King’s Sufficiency Economy to
emphasis nation moral and ethics for officers
2. Obtain optimum basic service benefits by improving the public relation audio line
and establishing the health promotion projects for Non-commissioned Officers.
3. Accommodation and environment improvement by establishing infantry
accommodation allocation plan for sufficient infantry demand and reduce
congestion.
4. Diet and nutrition improvement by establishing education program emphasis on
an important of nutrition and three meals completion each day.
