การวิจัยเรื่อง แบบแผนวิธีการสอดแทรกจริยธรรมในการสอนของสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเขตภาค
กลางเพื่อพัฒนาบัณฑิตสูความเปนพลเมืองตามวิถีประชาธิปไตย มีวัตถุประสงค ๑) เพื่อศึกษาทฤษฎี
แนวคิดที่เกี่ยวของกับจริยธรรม วิธีการสอดแทรกจริยธรรมในการสอน ความเปนพลเมืองตามวิถี
ประชาธิปไตย และคานิยมหลักของคนไทย ๑๒ ประการ ตามนโยบายของคณะรักษาความสงบ
แหงชาติ (คสช.) ๒) เพื่อศึกษาวิธีการสอดแทรกจริยธรรมในการสอนของครูอาจารยสถาบันอุดมศึกษา
เขตภาคกลางในปจจุบัน และ ๓) เพื่อสังเคราะหแบบแผนวิธีการสอดแทรกจริยธรรมในการสอนของ
สถาบันอุดมศึกษาเขตภาคกลางเพื่อพัฒนาบัณฑิตสูความเปนพลเมืองตามวิถีประชาธิปไตย ขอบเขต
ของการวิจัยดานประชากร ไดแก ครูอาจารยและนักศึกษาจากสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเขตภาคกลาง
จํานวน ๘๕ สถาบัน โดยใชแบบสอบถามเปนเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมขอมูลทุกสถาบันการศึกษา
ตามสัดสวนของจํานวนคณะ การสุมตัวอยางใชวิธีสมัครใจ เก็บรวบรวมขอมูลตั้งแตเดือนสิงหาคม ถึง
พฤศจิกายน ๒๕๕๗ ประโยชนที่สําคัญของการวิจัย คือ การนําเสนอผลงานวิจัยใหกับคณอก.กลุม ๒
เพื่อเผยแพรองคความรูใหกับครูอาจารยในสถาบันอุดมศึกษาทั้ง ๘๕ สถาบัน และนําแบบแผนวิธีการสอดแทรกจริยธรรมในการสอนไปประยุกตใชเพื่อพัฒนาบัณฑิตสูความเปนพลเมืองตามวิถี
ประชาธิปไตยไดอยางเหมาะสมภายใตบริบทของแตละสถาบันตอไป
ผลการวิเคราะหและสังเคราะหที่ได คือ องคความรูเกี่ยวกับวิธีการสอดแทรกจริยธรรมในการ
สอน/วิธีการแกปญหาดานจริยธรรมของครูอาจารย และแบบแผนวิธีการสอดแทรกจริยธรรมในการ
สอน (B-2) ซึ่งอธิบายไดวาการผลิตบัณฑิตใหเปนพลเมืองตามวิถีประชาธิปไตยนั้น ผูบริหาร
สถาบันการศึกษาตองใหความสําคัญในเรื่องจริยธรรมไมแตกตางไปจากดานวิชาการ โดยใหอยูใน
กรอบของการสรางพลเมือง และคานิยมหลักคนไทย ๑๒ ประการ มี คณอก.กลุม ๒ ทําหนาที่กําหนด
นโยบาย กํากับ ติดตาม เพื่อใหมีการขับเคลื่อนอยางเปนระบบ ผูบริหารสถาบันการศึกษาตองปลูกฝง
คานิยมรวมในกลุมผูบริหาร ครูอาจารย นักศึกษา นอกจากนี้ยังตองจัดกิจกรรมเชิดชูคนดีทั้งครู
อาจารย และ นักศึกษา จัดสภาพแวดลอมที่ดี ในเรื่องกฎระเบียบ ขอบังคับ ของสถาบันตองใหมีการ
บังคับใชที่เขมงวดและตอเนื่อง วิชาจริยศาสตร และวิชาหนาที่พลเมือง ควรบรรจุในหลักสูตรบางครั้ง
จําเปนตองใชบุคลากรมืออาชีพสอน การจัดกิจกรรมแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรูวิธีการสอดแทรกจริยธรรมใน
การสอนเปนเรื่องจําเปนสําหรับครูอาจารยที่บรรจุใหม และตองพัฒนาภาวะผูนําใหกับนักศึกษา
เพื่อใหคิดถึงคนอื่นมากกวาคิดถึงแตตนเอง นอกจากนี้ยังตองฝกการบริหารคน บริหารทีม ในสวน
ของครูอาจารยจําเปนตองตระหนักที่จะสอนลูกศิษยใหเปนคนดี และตองปฏิบัติตนใหเปนแบบอยางที่
ดีอยูเสมอ สําหรับวิธีที่นักศึกษาเห็นวาเปนวิธีที่สงผลกระทบตอการตระหนักรู และ/หรือ ปรับ
พฤติกรรมของนักศึกษาในระดับมาก ไดแก การใชจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพ ประสบการณตรงของผูสอน
สถานการณที่เกิดขึ้นจริงตามสื่อตาง ๆ ทุกชวงเวลาที่สอน การทําความตกลงรวมกันกับนักศึกษา
กอนที่จะดําเนินการเรียนการสอน การสงเสริมใหผูเรียนแกปญหาดวยการเปลี่ยนแปลงตนเอง พึ่งพา
ตนเองสรางคุณคาของตนเองและทําตนเปนพลเมืองที่ดีตอสังคม สรางแรงบันดาลใจที่จะทําให
นักศึกษาเกิดแรงขับในการพัฒนาตนเอง การปลูกฝงแนวคิดเชิงบวก และใหนักศึกษาทําโครงงานผาน
ชุมชน
ขอเสนอแนะที่ไดจากการวิจัย ผูบริหารสถาบันการศึกษาตองใหความสําคัญในเรื่องจริยธรรม
ไมแตกตางไปจากดานวิชาการ โดยมี คณอก.กลุม ๒ กําหนดนโยบาย กํากับ ติดตามการสอดแทรก
จริยธรรมในการสอน เพื่อใหเกิดการขับเคลื่อนในประเด็นที่รัฐบาลตองการ โดยเฉพาะประเด็นตาง ๆ
เกี่ยวกับคานิยมของคนไทย ๑๒ ประการ และความเปนพลเมืองในวิถีประชาธิปไตย

The research of Conventional method of incorporating ethical teaching of
university graduates in the central region to become democratically correct citizens.
The purposes are 1) to study the theory, concepts related to ethics and how to
insert ethics into undergraduate teaching for the graduates become democratically
correct citizens and to cultivate the 12 core values of Thailand in accordance with
the policies of National Council for Peace and Order (NCPO) 2) to study the present
methods of integrating moral teachings of teachers in higher education institutions of
the central region and 3) to synthetically study the conventional method of
incorporating ethical teaching of university graduates into the central region to
become democratically correct citizens. The scope of the research population,
including teachers and students from higher education institutions, the central region
of the 85 institutions using a questionnaire to collect information on all educational
institutions in proportion to the number of faculty. The sampling method utilized
voluntarily reply. Data were collected from August to November 2014. The key
benefits of the research are to present the results to the second group SubCommittee to disseminate the knowledge to teachers in 85 higher education
institutions. The resulted method of inserting ethics into teaching to apply to the graduates to develop democratic citizenship as appropriate in the context of the
individual institutions.
The knowledge of the resulted analysis and synthesis is about how to
intervene in the teaching of ethics / ethical solution of teachers. The insertion and
conventional methods of teaching ethics (B-2), explained the production of graduates
to become democratically correct citizens. The management of institutions needs to
focus on ethics as well as the academic side and to stay within the confine of
creating citizens and the 12 core values of Thailand. The second group SubCommittee’s task is to create policy, monitor and follow-up the system. Executive
education must ensure that shared values among administrators, teachers and
students must also be honored to guarantee a better environment. The regulation
requires institutions to have strict and continuous enforcement. Intercultural
education and civics’ duty classes should be included in the course which
sometimes requires professional instruction. Knowledge exchange events and knowhow of inserting ethics into teaching is essential for new teachers. Also needed is the
leadership development for students to think of others rather than thinking only of
themselves. People and team management are also required as well as teachers
need to realize the importance of teaching students to be good citizens. Teachers
must also behave themselves to become a good example at all times. For the
students, that is how the impact of awareness and / or behavior of students on
many levels, including the use of professional ethics, direct experience of the
instructors, the actual situation according to various media, teaching moments
integrity, must be agreed upon before performing student teaching and to encourage
students to solve problems by self-changing, self-reliance and self-worth in order to
become good citizens to society. Aspiration is also a strong driving force in their
development, cultivating a positive concept for the students to work on their
projects through and for the community.
The suggestion from the research: Executives of the higher education
institutions need to focus on ethics as well the academic side. The second group
Sub-Committee must monitor the insertion of ethics in teaching and to derive to the
point where the government requires especially the issues about the 12 core values
of Thailand and democratically correct citizens.
