การวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Research) โดยการรวบรวมข้อมูลจาก
ผู้บังคับบัญชาในหน่วยงานศูนย์ฝึกทหารใหม่ กรมยุทธศึกษาทหารเรือ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์การศึกษาเพื่อ
ศึกษาการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิต ตามสภาพความเป็นอยู่ที่แท้จริงของทหารกองประจำการ ศูนย์ฝึกทหาร
ใหม่ กรมยุทธศึกษาทหารเรือ และเพื่อเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของทหารกองประจำการ
ศูนย์ฝึกทหารใหม่ กรมยุทธศึกษาทหารเรือ
ผลการวิจัย สรุปได้ว่าการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของทหารกองประจำการ ศูนย์ฝึกทหารใหม่
กรมยุทธศึกษาทหารเรือ อยู่ในเกณฑ์ดีตามตัวชี้วัดความจำเป็นขั้นพื้นฐาน อาทิ ด้านอาหารและ
โภชนาการ ด้านที่อยู่อาศัยและสภาพแวดล้อมที่เหมาะสม ด้านการได้รับบริการขั้นพื้นฐาน และด้านการ
พัฒนาคุณธรรมจริยธรรม ซึ่งผู้บังคับบัญชาคิดว่าหน่วยงานมีศักยภาพเพียงพอที่จะยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิต
ของทหารกองประจำการให้ดีขึ้นกว่าเดิมผลการศึกษาครั้งนี้ เพื่อเสนอแนะแนวทางการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของทหารกองประจำการ
ศูนย์ฝึกทหารใหม่ กรมยุทธศึกษาทหารเรือให้ดีขึ้น ตามตัวชี้วัดความจำเป็นขั้นพื้นฐาน ซึ่งแนวทางการ
พัฒนาที่ผู้วิจัยได้เสนอแนะในการวิจัย สรุปดังนี้
๑. ด้านอาหารและโภชนาการ จัดทำโครงการอาหารสะอาด รสชาติอร่อย (Clean food
good test) โดยปรับสภาพโรงอาหารให้สะอาด ปลอดภัย อาหารมีคุณภาพ ถูกสุขลักษณะตามหลัก
มาตรฐานกระทรวงสาธารณสุข และมีการตรวจประเมินปีละ ๑ ครั้ง
๒. ด้านที่อยู่อาศัยและสภาพแวดล้อมที่เหมาะสม จัดทำโครงการปรับปรุงอาคารพักทหาร
กองประจำการจากเรือนไม้ เป็นอาคารคอนกรีต และจัดให้มีสโมสรสำหรับทหารกองประจำการ เพื่อ
เป็นสถานที่จัดกิจกรรมสันทนาการ ออกกำลังกาย และรองรับญาติ เป็นต้น
๓. ด้านการได้รับบริการขั้นพื้นฐาน จัดทำโครงการส่งเสริมสุขภาพทหารกองประจำการ โดย
ออกหน่วยแพทย์เคลื่อนที่ในหน่วยงาน อาทิ บริการฉีดซีนป้องกันไข้หวัดใหญ่ตามฤดูกาล พัฒนาระบบ
คุณภาพยารักษาโรคให้ได้ตามมาตรฐาน และบริการให้คำปรึกษาสุขภาพกายและจิต
๔. ด้านการพัฒนาคุณธรรมจริยธรรม จัดกิจกรรมฝึกอบรมด้านคุณธรรมตามค่านิยม ๑๒
ประการ และการใช้ชีวิตตามแนวทางเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงABSTRACT

This is the Qualitative Research by collecting information and involving data
from commanders in Recruit Training Center of Naval Education Department. The
objectives of the research were to study the Development in Quality of life following
the real situation of recruits in Recruit Training Center of Naval Education Department
and to recommend various approach the Development in Quality of recruits life in
Recruit Training Center of Naval Education Department
The results found that the Development in Quality of recruits life in Recruit
Training Center of Naval Education Department was a high level through using the Basic
Necessary Criteria to be Indicators such as food and nutrition , housing and environment ,
basic care service and the ethical development. The commanders in Recruit Training Center of Naval Education Department think about that there is enough potential to
improve the lives of recruits better than ever.
And the result was done to recommend about the guideline to the
Development in Quality of recruits life in Recruit Training Center of Naval Education
Department. This research have already been suggested in conclusion that.
1. Food and Nutrition Project Clean Food Taste (Clean food good taste) by
thoroughly reconditioned cafeteria food quality, Hygienic by the Ministry of Health. and
audits 1 time per year.
2. The housing and the right environment. The project of renovating the rooms
Infantry wooden mortar and building a house, find a shady relative ease.
3. Obtaining basic services, health promotion projects Infantry. The mobile
medical unit in departments such as vaccine injection to prevent seasonal fluenza,
develop quality medicines baseline, counseling healthy and psychiatry service.
4. The Ethical Development and training activities based on moral values, 12
complete. And living under the sufficiency economy.
