การวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Research) โดยการรวบรวมข้อมูลจาก
ผู้บังคับบัญชา และนายทหารชั้นประทวน สังกัดสำนักงานปลัดบัญชีทหาร โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์การศึกษา
เพื่อการศึกษาคุณภาพชีวิต ตามสภาพชีวิตที่เป็นจริงของนายทหารชั้นประทวน สังกัดสำนักงานปลัดบัญชี
ทหาร และเพื่อเสนอแนะวิธีการต่างๆ ในการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของนายทหารชั้นประทวน สังกัดสำนักงาน
ปลัดบัญชีทหาร
ผลการวิจัย สรุปได้ว่า คุณภาพชีวิตของนายทหารชั้นประทวน สังกัดสำนักงานปลัดบัญชีทหาร
อยู่ในเกณฑ์ดี เมื่อคิดจากตัวชี้วัดคุณภาพชีวิตคนไทย เรียกว่า เกณฑ์ความจำเป็นพื้นฐาน (จปฐ)
ผลการศึกษาครั้งนี้ เพื่อเสนอแนะแนวทางการกพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของนายทหารชั้นประทวน
สังกัดสำนักงานปลัดบัญชีทหาร ให้มีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีขึ้น เช่น การให้สหกรณ์ออมทรัพย์ของหน่วย เข้ามา
ช่วยในการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิต การให้สวัสดิการร้านค้าของหน่วย เข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิต
และแนวทางการพัฒนาที่ผู้วิจัยได้เสนอในเอกสารวิจัย ดังกล่าวABSTRACT

This is the Qualitative Research by collecting information and involving data from
commanders and non-commissioned officers in office of the comptroller general. The
objectives of the research were to study their quality of lives following the real situation of
non - commissioned officers working in office of the comptroller general and to
recommend various approach to improve quality of non-commissioned officers’ lives .
The results found that the quality of non-commissioned officers’ lives in office of
the comptroller general was at a high level through using the Basic Necessary Criteria to be
Indicators.
And this result was done to recommend about the guideline to improve quality
of non-commissioned officers’ lives in office of the comptroller general such as
encouraging the Saving Cooperation of the Unit and Social welfare shop of the unit to participate in improving their quality of lives according to the developmental guidelines
have already been suggested in this research .
