การวิจัยเรื่อง “แนวทางการพัฒนาระบบก าลังส ารองของศูนย์การก าลังส ารอง”
มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาระบบก าลังส ารองของกองทัพบก ศึกษาปัญหาและอุปสรรคของการ
ด าเนินงานระบบก าลังส ารองเป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยใช้ข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
จ านวน 3 ท่าน ได้แก่ รองเสนาธิการศูนย์การก าลังส ารอง หัวหน้ากองบริการ และ หัวหน้าแผนก
วิชาทหารราบ ศูนย์การก าลังส ารอง รวมทั้งข้อมูลจากการประชุมของผู้บริหารของ
หน่วยบัญชาการรักษาดินแดน
การจะพัฒนาระบบก าลังส ารองอาจจะไม่สามารถกระท าได้อย่างเต็มที่ ถ้าไม่ได้รับการ
สนับสนุนจากหน่วยอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง รวมทั้งหน่วยงานต้นสังกัดของก าลังส ารองที่ท างานอยู่
เพื่อให้หน่วยต่างๆด าเนินการบรรจุก าลังพลตามบัญชีบรรจุก าลัง และใช้ก าลังพลส ารองได้อย่างมี
ประสิทธิภาพ
ผู้วิจัยหวังว่า เอกสารวิจัยนี้จะมีส่วนที่ท าให้การพัฒนาระบบก าลังส ารองของเราเป็นไป
ด้วยดียิ่งขึ้น เพื่อช่วยให้เรามีความพร้อมที่จะเผชิญเหตุการณ์สงครามที่อาจจะเกิดขึ้นในอนาคต

Research on the" Guidance on the development of Army Reserve by the
Reserve Affair Center” was intended to study the reinforcement system of the army,
identify problems and obstacles related to the reinforcement system. This research
utilized a qualitative study using data from interviews with those involved, including
Deputy Chief of Staff of 3 Forces Reserve Affair Center, Head of Services Division and
Chief Infantry Division including information from the meeting of the executives of the
National Guard Commanders.
The reserve power system will be unable to commit fully if not supported by
other relevant authorities and the full cooperation of own reserve agencyincluding the
availability of manpower and the effective management of reserves.
The researcher hopes that this research will contribute to the better
development of the reserves and to help in preparing the Army to face the war that
may occur in the future.
