การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ศึกษากระบวนการจัดการป่าชุมชน ด้านการดำเนินงาน
การมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการอนุรักษ์และพัฒนาป่าชุมชนโนนใหญ่ จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ เป็น
งานวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ผู้วิจัยใช้วิธีการเก็บข้อมูลด้วยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก ประชากรที่เข้าร่วมในการ
วิจัยประกอบด้วย กลุ่มผู้นำชุมชน กรรมการป่าชุมชน ครูโรงเรียนบ้านอีเซ (คุรุราษฎร์วิทยา)
เจ้าหน้าที่หน่วยงานภาครัฐ ซึ่งเป็นผู้มีบทบาทสำคัญและเกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดการป่าชุมชน รวม ๕
คน ผลการวิจัย พบว่าชุมชนบ้านโนนใหญ่ในปัจจุบัน แม้วิถีชีวิตมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงไปตามกระแสการ
พัฒนาสมัยใหม่ แต่การเปลี่ยนแปลงยังอยู่บนฐานวิถีชีวิตแบบดั้งเดิม ซึ่งได้หลอมรวมคนในชุมชนให้
เป็นน้ำหนึ่งใจเดียวกัน และมีผลต่อการพลิกฟื้นสภาพป่าและทรัพยากรชีวภาพที่เคยเสื่อมโทรมให้
กลับอุดมสมบูรณ์อีกครั้ง
ชุมชนมีการพึ่งพิงใช้ประโยชน์จากป่าชุมชนทั้งทางตรงและทางอ้อม ได้แก่ เป็นแหล่งอาหาร
สมุนไพร ไม้ใช้สอย ก่อสร้าง แหล่งพลังงานและพิธีกรรมความเชื่อ นอกจากนั้น ยังเป็นแหล่งเรียนรู้
ทางธรรมชาติและความหลากหลายทางชีวภาพ องค์ความรู้การจัดการป่าชุมชนโนนใหญ่ เกิดขึ้นจาก
จิตสำนึกของคนในชุมชนที่ต้องเผชิญปัญหาวิกฤติและได้ร่วมกันแก้ไข ทำให้เกิดความร่วมมือร่วมใจใน
การรักษาป่าและแสวงหาแนวทางฟื้นฟูดูแล ทรัพยากรป่าไม้ของหมู่บ้าน ประกอบกับการสนับสนุน
จากภาครัฐ ทั้งด้านวิชาการและงบประมาณ ทำให้เกิดกระบวนการเรียนรู้และการมีส่วนร่วมในการ
จัดการป่าชุมชน ชาวบ้านมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการป่าโดยผ่านมิติของวัฒนธรรม ประเพณีพิธีกรรมข
และความเชื่อต่างๆ ก่อให้เกิดกิจกรรมการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรอย่างต่อเนื่อง ในภาพรวมชาวบ้านมีส่วน
ร่วมในการจัดการป่าชุมชนในระดับดีถึงดีมาก ผลของการทำลายป่าในอดีต ทำให้ปัจจุบันชาวบ้านหัน
มาฟื้นฟูป่าด้วยกิจกรรมต่างๆ อย่างจริงจัง ซึ่งในอนาคตชาวบ้านต้องการส่งเสริมและเผยแพร่ความรู้
ความเข้าใจ เกี่ยวกับประโยชน์ของป่าชุมชนและทรัพยากรธรรมชาติแก่ประชาชนทั่วไปและกลุ่ม
เยาวชนให้มากขึ้น ต้องการให้มีกิจกรรมเพื่อสนับสนุนการส่งเสริมการจัดการป่าชุมชนให้ประสบผล
สำเร็จดียิ่งขึ้น ชาวบ้านมีส่วนร่วมในการออกกฎ ระเบียบ วางแผนการดำเนินงาน และมีผู้รับผิดชอบ
ในแต่ละกิจกรรมอย่างชัดเจน ผลการวิจัยมีข้อเสนอแนะ ๓ ประเด็นหลัก ได้แก่ข้อ เสนอแนะทาง
กฎหมาย ข้อเสนอแนะต่อองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น และข้อเสนอแนะต่อชุมชน

The purpose of this research is to study for the process Public participatory
Promotion in Forest Conservation and Development of of Nonyai Community, Sisaket
Province.This is qualitative research. The data was collected by in-depth interviews.
The population participate in the research consists of community leaders, director of
forest home school teacher (guru) Officer I se rat science government agencies.
Which is the key role and related to forest management including 5 students were
ban non big current. Though lifestyle changes according to the current development
of modern. But the change is still based on the traditional way of life. Which fused
the people in the community to solidarity. And the effect on the Rebuliding the
state forest and biological resources ever worsen back fertile again.
The community is a reliance on the use of the forest, directly and indirectly,
including a source of food, herbs usable wood construction. Energy sources and
ritual beliefs also is the source of learning and natural diversity. Knowledge
community forest management non. Arise from the consciousness of the people in
the community to face the crisis and solve together. In cooperation in the treatment
of forest and seeking for rehabilitation care of the forest resources . Along with
support from the government. Both academic and budget. In the learning process
and participation in forest management. The villagers participation in forest ง
management through the dimensions of culture, traditions, rituals, Cause the
resource conservation activities continued. The villagers participation in forest
management in good to excellent levels. The effects of deforestation in the past.
The villagers to forest regeneration with activities. In the future, people want to
promote and disseminate knowledge and understanding. On the benefits of forestry
and natural resources to the general public and the youth group more. Want to have
activities to support the promotion of community forest management to achieve
success even better, people involved in issuing rules Planning; And is responsible for
each activity clearly, the researcher suggests 3 main issues such as legal suggestions
recommendations to local governments. And suggestions on the community.
