Title : The study of current suitable of Educational Structure of National
Defense Studies Institute Head Quarters (NDSI HQs), Royal Thai Arm Forced
(RTArF)

These objectives of this study are to study the structure of international and
domestic security educational organization, educational management of NDSI, RTArF
as well as to propose the structure of current suitable of education organization of
NDSI HQs, RTArF. The researcher has investigated seriously organization environment
by SWOT analysis and deeply interview all relevant staffs including operation
superordinate and subordinate units such as thirteen NDSI administrative and
academic commanders. It concludes that NDSI HQs structural draft is as this picture. Structural Organization of NDSI HQs Draft
Consequently, this draft determines six sufficient staff units which will be
divided all responsibilities obviously. As a reason, it will be more effective. This will
also include all equivalent division together to be as unity. Furthermore, it will
establish new divisions to serve all support work. To sum up, this will divide and
delegate jobs properly.
