รัฐธรรมนูญแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทยก าหนดให้รัฐต้องจัดให้มีเทคโนโลยีที่ทันสมัยจ าเป็ น
และเพียงพอเข้ามาใช้ในทางทหาร ซึ่งกองทัพได้ก าหนดเป็ นนโยบายและอนุมัติใช้หลักนิยมการรบ
ที่ต้องน าเทคโนโลยี เข้ามาใช้ในการปฏิบัติ ทางทหาร ซึ่ งเทคโนโลยีที่มีบทบาทอย่างมากคือ
เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและคอมพิวเตอร์การวิจยัคร้ังน้ีจึงมุ่งเนน้ ไปที่ การน าความรู้ดา้นเทคโนโลยี
สารสนเทศและคอมพิวเตอร์ที่ทันสมัยมาพัฒนาระบบทหารปื นใหญ่สนาม ของหน่วยทหารปื นใหญ่
สนาม ที่เป็นหน่วยยิงสนับสนุนการหลักของกองทัพบก
การวิจัยคร้ังน้ีเป็นการวิจยัเชิงคุณภาพ ขอ้มูลที่ใชใ้นการวิจัยประกอบด้วย ข้อมูลทุติยภูมิ
โดยศึกษาจากเอกสาร หลักนิยม คู่มือ เอกสารทางวิชาการ แผนแม่บทการพัฒนาเหล่าทหารปื นใหญ่
วรรณกรรมและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง แล้วน ามาจัดท าเป็ นแบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้างและข้อมูล
ปฐมภูมิโดยการสัมภาษณ์นายทหารปื นใหญ่ และผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านทหารปื นใหญ่สนามที่มี
ประสบการณ์ปฏิบัติงานในหน่วยทหารปื นใหญ่สนาม จ านวน ๘ นาย และผู้บังคับหน่วยหรือรอง
ผู้บังคับหน่วยและนายทหารที่ปฏิบัติงานในระบบทหารปื นใหญ่ของหน่วยทหารปื นใหญ่สนาม
ระดบักองพนัไม่นอ้ยกว่า ๑ ปีจา นวน ๑๒ นาย รวมท้งัสิ้น ๒๐ นาย
ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังน้ีแนวทางการพัฒนาความรู้ด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและ
คอมพิวเตอร์ที่ทนั สมยัคือ ต้องมีการพฒั นาก าลงัพลและยุทโธปกรณ์ของแต่ละระบบดังน้ีระบบ
คน้ หาเป้าหมาย จัดหายุทโธปกรณ์ที่ทันสมยัและทา การวิจัยยุทโธปกรณ์ข้ึนเอง โดยกองทัพอาจข
ร่วมมือกับหน่วยงานด้านการศึกษาของภาครัฐหรือเอกชน ระบบอ านวยการยิง ต้องมีการปรับปรุง
เครื่องมือให้เป็ นระบบอัตโนมัติและสามารถใช้ร่วมกันได้กับทุกระบบ ระบบอาวุธกระสุน ต้องท า
การวิจัยยุทโธปกรณ์ในระบบอาวุธข้ึนเองและทา การฝึกใช้เทคโนโลยีที่ทนั สมยัที่มีอยู่ให้เกิดความ
ช านาญและคุ้นเคย ระบบการควบคุมบังคับบัญชา ต้องจัดหาและพัฒนาระบบปฏิบัติการสนามรบ
ให้เข้ากับหลักนิยมและข้อจ ากัดของกองทัพบกข้นั ตอนการพฒั นาความรู้ดา้นเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ
และคอมพิวเตอร์ที่ทันสมัยโดย การพัฒนาคน ด้วยการสรรหาบุคลากรที่มีพ้ืนฐานด้านการใช้
คอมพิวเตอร์และก าหนดให้หลักสูตรการศึกษาและการฝึ กของหน่วย มีการใช้งานด้านคอมพิวเตอร์
ให้มากข้ึน การพัฒนายุทโธปกรณ์โดยการวิจัยและพัฒนาโปรแกรมข้ึนเองและจัดหาจาก
ต่างประเทศบางส่วน ผลกระทบที่เกิดจากการพัฒนาระบบทหารปื นใหญ่สนาม ด้วยเทคโนโลยี
สารสนเทศและคอมพิวเตอร์ที่ทันสมัย การค้นหาเป้าหมายมีประสิทธิภาพสูงข้ึน การอา นวยการยิง
เกิดความรวดเร็วแม่นยา ในการโจมตีมากข้ึน อาวุธปืนใหญ่มีความทนั สมยั แม่นยา มีอา นาจในการ
ทา ลายสูงและระยะการโจมตีที่ไกลข้ึน การควบคุมบงัคบั บญั ชา ผูบ้ งัคบั บญั ชามองเห็นภาพสนาม
รบได้ชัดเจนสามารถควบคุมหน่วยได้อย่างแน่นแฟ้น มีเอกภาพ ท าให้เกิดความรวดเร็วในการ
ควบคุมและสั่งการ ผลกระทบที่เกิดข้ึนส่งผลต่อหน่วยคือ หน่วยสามารถตอบสนองต่อคุณลกัษณะ
ทางยุทธวิธีของทหารปื นใหญ่และการสนับการยิงได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ วิธีการเตรียมความพร้อม
ของหน่วย หากมีการพัฒนาระบบทหารปื นใหญ่สนามด้วยเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและคอมพิวเตอร์ที่
ทันสมัย ทุกระบบของทหารปื นใหญ่สนามต้องมีการเตรียมพร้อมด้านก าลังพลด้านการฝึ ก/ศึกษา
ของหน่วยทุกระดับในด้านความรู้ความสามารถด้านสารสนเทศและคอมพิวเตอร์ที่น าเทคโนโลยี
ทันสมัยมาใช้ ด้านยุทโธปกรณ์ ต้องปรับอัตราการจัดอาวุธยุทโธปกรณ์ให้รองรับ เครื่องมือที่
ทันสมัย ด้านการส่งก าลังบ ารุง ต้องเตรียมการด้านการปรนนิบัติบ ารุงและการซ่อมบ ารุงอย่าง
ต่อเนื่อง ด้านการควบคุมบังคับบัญชาหน่วยต้องเร่งพัฒนาและปรับปรุงยุทโธปกรณ์ เพื่อให้รองรับ
เทคโนโลยีใหม่ ๆได้รวมท้งัต้องมีการปรับปรุงหลกันิยม อตัราการจดั หลกั สูตรการเรียนการสอน
คู่มือราชการสนามและคู่มือการฝึ กไปพร้อมกัน
ส าหรับข้อเสนอแนะที่ได้ คือ ควรมีการจดั ต้งัคณะกรรมการในการจดั ทา แผนการพฒั นา
ระบบทหารปื นใหญ่ โดยมีการก าหนดความต้องการยุทโธปกรณ์ที่ทันสมัยที่จะน ามาใช้และมีการ
ก าหนดความเร่งด่วนและห้วงเวลาในการด าเนินการที่ชัดเจน มีการวิจัยและพัฒนาโปรแกรมหรือ
อุปกรณ์ที่สามารถน ามาใช้ในระบบทหารปื นใหญ่ด้วยก าลังพลของกองทัพหรื อร่ วมกับ
สถาบันการศึกษาอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม

From advances in technology today, Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand
requires states to provide necessary and sufficient technology to use in the military. The military
has set its policy and approve the core values that have led the battle to use technology in military
action. This technology has a significant role. Information and computer technology. This
research is focused on. Knowledge in information technology and advanced computer systems to
military field artillery. Field artillery units of the military. A fire support unit's main army. This
research is qualitative research. Data used in this study include Secondary data. The core values
guide the documentation of technical documents. Development Master Plan artillery literature and
related research. Then be conducted in a structured interview, and primary data by interviewing
field artillery system. And an expert on field artillery soldiers with experience working in a field
artillery unit of eight soldiers said. And the enforcement unit or secondary, the enforcement and
military units working in the bombardier's military field artillery battalion level not less than one
year, 12 said. Total of 20 said.
Conclusions, The development of knowledge in information technology and advanced
computer is. Must be developed to troops and equipment of each system follows. Target system. ง
Providing advanced weaponry and equipment research in itself. The army may cooperate with

automated tools and can be shared with all systems. Weapons, ammunition system. Equipment to

information technology and computer. The development of modern people, with the recruitment
