การวิจยัน้ีมีวตัถุประสงค์เพื่อ ๑) ศึกษาโครงสร้างองคป์ ระกอบของการจดั ต้งัศูนยก์าร
เรียนรู้ภาษาอังกฤษด้วยตนเอง ๒) กา หนดแนวทางในการจัดต้งัศูนยก์ ารเรียนรู้ภาษาองักฤษด้วย
ตนเองของกรมราชองครักษ์ ๓) ตรวจสอบแนวทางในการจดั ต้งัศูนยก์ ารเรียนรู้ภาษาองักฤษด้วย
ตนเองของกรมราชองครักษ์ ประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ข้าราชการกรมราช
องครักษ์ ที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ถวายความปลอดภัย ถวายพระเกียรติ และปฏิบัติตามพระราชประสงค์แก่
สถาบันพระมหากษัตริย์ รวม ๑๘ คน ข้าราชการกรมราชองครักษ์ ที่สนับสนุนในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่
การถวายความปลอด ภัย ถวายพระเกียรติ และปฏิบัติตามพระราชประสงค์แก่สถาบัน
พระมหากษัตริย์รวม ๒๓๐ คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็ นแบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์ และ
แบบประเมินความเหมาะสมแนวทางการจัดต้งัศูนยก์ ารเรียนรู้ภาษาองักฤษดว้ยตนเองของกรมราช
องครักษ์ วิเคราะห์แบบสอบถามด้วยสถิติเชิงบรรยาย โดยน าเสนอแบบค่าสถิติ จ านวนร้อยละ
ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าความถี่วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลความต้องการ โดยจัดเรียงล าดับความต้องการจากมากไป
น้อย โดยวิธี Modified Priority Needs Index (PNI modified)
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความต้องการเร่งด่วนที่ข้าราชการกรมราชองครักษ์ต้องการคือผู้ให้
ค าปรึกษาทางภาษาโดยเน้นตอบปัญหาภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อแก้ไขข้อบกพร่องและจุดอ่อนทางภาษาการฝึ กภาษาในมุมอินเตอร์เน็ต และมุมคอมพิวเตอร์พร้อมโปรแกรมเรียนภาษาส าเร็จรูป การพัฒนา
ทักษะด้านการฟัง การพูด การอ่าน และการใช้สื่อประเภทต าราเรียนภาษาอังกฤษพร้อมCD /DVD
และต าราเรียนภาษาอังกฤษที่มีแบบฝึ กหัดพร้อมเฉลย
ข้อเสนอแนะอื่น ๆ กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้ให้ข้อเสนอแนะว่า ควรมีระบบการเรียนรู้ออนไลน์
ผ่านระบบเครือข่ายอินเตอร์เน็ต ควรมีห้องสมุดเสียง ที่สมาชิกสามารถเลือกหนังสือฟังผ่านเครือข่าย
ได้ และขอให้จัดอุปกรณ์ที่ทันสมัยพอเพียงกับความต้องการใช้

Abstract
Title : Guidelines for establishing the Royal Aide de Camp

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the structural components
of the establishment of Self-Access Language Learning Center: SALLC 2) to specify
guidelines for establishing the Royal Aide de Camp Self-Access Language Learning
Center: RADCSALLC 3) to inspect guidelines for establishing the RADCSALLC.
The population and the sampling group of this research were 1) 18 RADC officials
functioning the Royal security, glorification and following the Royal will 2) 230
RADC officials supporting the Royal security duties, glorification and following the
Royal will. The research tools were questionnaires, interview forms and assessment
forms to inspect guidelines on establishing RADCSALLC. The data were analyzed by
descriptive statistics with SPSS program to acquire percentage, mean and frequency.
Data analysis needs were analyzed with the technique of Modified Priority Needs Index
(PNI modified).
The result of this research indicated that the urgently needs of most
RADC personnel on self access language learning were counseling on language
problems, internet corners for language practice and computer corners with
Computer-Assisted Language Learning System: CALLS. The RADC personnel also
needed to improve their learning skills on listening, speaking and reading with the use
of CD/DVD together with texts books with answer keys.
Suggestions from the sampling group were the establishment of online
language learning and sound library via internet as well as high technology equipment
sufficient for all RADC personnel.
